It is INSANE the Markup that MJNA is making on their RSHO. Do the math MJNA get about $600 for 2.1 or 2.4 Grams of CBD in their 21% or 24% I forget.. Either way that amount medicinally is only around $10 to $20 WOW $15 Avg vs $599 AMAZING Markup.

Is LVVV Stock a Buy now??

No clue that's your job.... Its been a Ride that's for sure and it is in a range now where people can go either way and hopefully NOT lose too much.. At the same time all of the hanging on and waiting have been for a announcement just like this... I will comment more on this later I am sure..;-)

ANY way you look at it this Chinese CBD deal is HUGE news for LVVV and should be interesting to see what happens as the news makes its rounds for the next few weeks. CBD Production in China is the next logical step here in this Fiasco that is American Legalization.

Pumpers, Dumpers, Liars Hurt LVVVStock

I have sent A Lot of people to look at LVVV ADIS APRU and RSHN Stocks Among others. LVVV is My Favorite of My holdings and the one I work on the Most. There is a HUGE Problem of Pumpers & Dumpers here though and I want to put out this Alert and Warning so people are in the know... Be CAREFUL!!

It matters NONE where You go... I hear People Talk Crap about Yahoo Finance Investors Hub, Investors Hangout The Motley Fool on an on.. Its NOT the Websites that are the problem nor will they Ever be. I LOVE reading Investors Hub and Seeking Alpha. It is important however to take some things as a grain of sand. If you latch onto just ANYTHING that ANYONE Posts and take it as truth you are only sitting yourself up for failure! Investors hub and these other places are GREAT Places but the post are just like anything ONLY Opinions or sometimes Lies to Pump or Bash for personal reasons. As with ANYTHING in Life it is Important to be on your toes and Verify Verify Verify!!!!

The Pumping Pricks are back... But wait there's MORE.. They are Pumping ADIA this time!

If you were a Dentist wouldent you make sure that you didnt hurt people with Shots? And If you were a Drug Doctor and you counted Pills into a Bottle for a Living. Would you not do your best to make sure that people got the Correct Pills instead of Giving someone a upper instead of Heart Medicine?? Of Course you would. MOST people are pretty Honest and do not enjoy Lying and Misleading people and truthfully we are all FAR to Trusting in life. There are about a Half a Dozen Investors that will do ANYTHING and say ANYTHING just to get a 10% 50% even 100% Pump so they can sell and start over. The main Ones getting these Toxic Pumps right now are ADIA and APRU

ADIA has been taken into like CRAZY this weekend. The main person doing this pump does the same things over and over profiting on you. He has worked his way through every stock in the Family of LVVV Brands and many others as well. I used to know this Lying Shill but have since Blocked him from all my Sites I could... The guy is Toxic and a Liar in every meaning of the word!

The Latest ploy is to Claim we can order ADIA Products on the ADIA Website... This person KNOWS this is NOT True and Will NOT help the stock.. He tried this before and we had to call Tony verify this prick was full of shit and go on damage control.... Once agaon its the same deal DO NOT ORDER ADIA PRODUCTS THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE YET!!!! The website is simply being set up and should work when the company is ready to start making products again.\

For now ADIA does NOT make anything again yet and is just treading water sitting on a Shelf... There is Nothing to Hype when there is Information the Company will make a Formal Announcement

As of now the DO NOT want people ordering from the Website It will only cause issues for them and waste time. Thats the sad thing these pumpers are just wasting everyones time and making pennies while the suck in anyone who believes their lies.

These "Investors" Turns my stomach... Really This main Prick runs around spreading Lies and False information Buying and Selling the Stock Scalping EVERYTHING He touches. The sad thing is people are STARVING for Information and will believe anything they are told and people like this are scum of the earth taking advantage of these Poor Souls!

I want Badly for My Stocks to Go up and to profit on them... However I am not going to falsely run them up so I can Profit like these scalper do.

That ADIA video got less hits in around 2.5 years than most uploads get in 3 to 6 hours... I doubt new management can even log into that account ADIA Has been and IS in a holding pattern for a LONG time even Previous Management expects nothing soon.

Someday LVVV may be able to make a go of it AFTER they take care of APRU and RSHN... But thats FAR down the Road and as Hot headed as Previous Management is over there I really Expect a Shipwreak just as easily as a deal.

ADIA is in a holding pattern and although I am NOT commenting on its value in this article. ADIA has a VERY low Outstanding share count and is a Interesting stock. I like ADIA in fact I like the entore basket that Bill Hodson is working on. However its Important to remember most of these companys ADIA RSHN APRU are like Beat Up Rusty old Project cars and will take time to get running again! For now NOTHING HAS HAPPENED LATELY EXCEPT WITH LVVV STOCK!!!!!

Reasons for Stock Float Increases & Outstanding Share counts

How Series C and Preferred Shares are used in OTC Companies.

Float increases Although NOT as important as Outstanding share Counts and Shares that are actually Issued. They do stand out to a guy! Whats gonna happen WHY the Increase etc. Hands down there can be MANY reasons why this can happen and with a OTC ticker even if it's NOT a Pink Sheet stock there is NOT usually much News. Some Companies really try and Connect and Give their Reasons and such Others just Slap it on as the see fit and others Yet seem to Bring the "Iffy" News at the Times when you were hoping for a Rally. Companies with series C or most Any "Special" Class of shares will come with "Special" Voting rights on the Stock that make a Regular shareholders vote not a concern anyways. These are not truly Public companies they are in a Iron Grip of a few people and this is a Known fact going in. The hope is... Well You get your own hopes up... It is good to know its NOT all bad with lot's of companies.

No way to spin it!

These shares have NOT been Issued they are just available if need be. However when they are issued restricted of not they count to the Outstanding shares. Yeah a Investor can talk about it being "Locked up" or say that they will not count because the company will only trade them as Restricted. Well Stone the messenger here but that does not matter one bit. I feel it is Important as a Investor to figure your holdings from a TRUE Value perspective and I guess the point here is this

NO NEW SHARES WERE ISSUED!
The Available share count was raised by 33%
The Previous Shares added Value!

Shell Company Issue Shares Reverse Split Merger Buyout A/S O/S Video below Check it Out!

In the case on Livewire Ergogeics or Livewire Energy Chews We know for a fact that they are changing the Available Shares Partly due to Major Purchases and Partnerships they have started This & Last Quarter. We knew they would have to increase this Number soon as the had already has 134 of 150 Issued and the APRU deal to boot so they were almost maxed out. There is at least the need for a bit of a buffer and According to many ways of thinking this was needed.

Hempwire deal & others

The Hempwire deal used up some of the last shares as did the APRU deal You can see the disclosures for that in the MJNA 10Q released earlier this month. these deals will Grow the bottom line and Asset value of LVVV and to Boot this deal with Medical Marijuana is Very Important to long term sale of CBD to Livewire I think MJNA is the #1 way to go in Quality Hemp Oil!

The APRU / RSHN deal should also add to the Bottom Line Asset value of LVVV starting this Quarter. This has not showed up before and with APRU leveling out down towards a real Value its a GREAT Sign and once some of the Convertible Debt (Old & New) is shaken out over the Next year or so it should start being a good asset for Livewire and Interesting on its own I would think.

Even the people who Own APRU Stock now know they are only in it Short to medium Term. and it's because they also know there is a Reverse Split coming and just like the Noteholders many of them will abandon ship as well. Only time will scrub this Asset and although some "Fluffy" PR's May be coming out I look for there not to be much in the way of earnings at APRU anytime soon.... Why in the Heck would they Entice Convertible Noteholders to stay? In any Takeover in control the Goal i to shake any other debt and increase value. If it works LONG term Investors will Profit if not it will just hang and wait for the next "Deal" where LVVV can Profit Another way... They have MANY Irons in the Fire! APRU will add lot's of Value once Managements plan comes full circle.

Stock Research of Partner Companies is Smart Investing

How To find More Information on your Stocks.

Sometimes it seems there is More info in a Partners PR's than Your Stocks PR's. This is NOT unique to any one ticker. In this Blog we will look at a couple of Situations where the Stock a person is Researching may have Very Valuable information that you should know Tucked away in another companies PR"s or 10Q, 8k etc.

NEW LiveWire (LVVV) Information Below!

Long gone are the days of looking up your Stocks in the Newspaper using a Highlighter to keep track... In fact most Investors today never even had that wonderful pleasure...;-) I have been around the Block... A few times.. In fact Im still walking around the Block learning new things daily!

In the below Examples you will notice that the information in the other companies reports may even be more Key than the information in the one you are interested in. There is A Lot to consider and I wont get into it much but OTCQB or another or if its OTCPINK or a Pink Sheet Company.

The Pink Sheet Companies are the very very bottom of most Any companies i know of. In the Pinkies Markets there is A Lot of room for Manipulation. Pink Sheet Stocks are not Required to report all the same things of a OTCQB Company and the only thing worse than a Pink Sheet stock from a Information standpoint is a Stock trading on the Grey Market. Money can be Made and Lost no matter OTCQB OTCPINK, NASDAQ or NYSE etc etc.

Its not ALWAYS a Defining Factor BUT One must be Extremely Vigilant in Researching these Lower Quality Stocks. Not only when Buying them but they are a CONSTANT Upkeep issue and the Research must be done through other companies sometimes.

Why is Stock information Hidden like this.

Well it's really not hidden and the reasoning has to be on a case by case basis. From Buyouts, Purchases of Majority Control, Subsidiary' s, Partnership Ventures. Joint Ventures...On and On and going by MANY Diff descriptions. Whatever the case may be there are MANY Reasons to Research ANY Company your Stock is connected to if you are serious at all about your investing.

Remember some Investors are NOT Serious. Most you run into never invest enough to matter. The number of eople who own $50 to $500 in a Stock is AMAZING and they are the Loudest it seems..;-)

Ok first off lets Look at the LiveWIre Ergogenics (LVVV) and the Apple Rush Company (APRU) Connection.

There are MANY reasons to keep up on whats going on at BOTH of these Companies no matter Which one you are invested in. Many months ago LiveWire Effectively Gained Majority control through the past "Management" of the Shell APRU. Livewire Maker of the LiveWire Energy Chews got one Hell of a Deal and has somewhere over 90% of the combined stock in APRU through 77% Common Stock and $5 Million Due from APRU from the Super Preferred Shares they Own It just depends on how you figure it.

The Plot is simple LVVV made APRU its Subsidiary and will use this shell to shield the Main Company from Legal Hassles dealing with Marijuana and Hemp or CBD Products

What we are looking at here is the Company LiveWire Ergogenics who has Bought out... In this case Apple Rush Company (To be Changed to Applied Herbaceuticals at a later date.)

Apple Rush is one of these Pink Sheet stocks and Information is VERY Limited on them. In fact the Corp did not file for MANY years. There are MANY Problems including Debt and Management Problems etc This is Why they became a Buyout Opportunity in the first place.

With just a Tiny bit of Money Bill Hodson took Livewire Forward and Completed a Majority Control Buyout of APRU. This creates a MESS of Books and things that are even hard to imagine. Also in this case Bill took on the task of putting right all the books of APRU a VERY Tedious task I am sure.

On LVVV's end it caused a Large Immediate DROP in the Stock . There was many Pitfalls I wont get into like Illicit Pump & Dumps By Jilted APRU Shareholders and Confusion And Scalping it Caused at LVVV... When the dust all settled it this process was VERY Costly for LVVV but in the end there is a HUGE amount of Value here that has been created and will be unlocked at a Later date..;-) Even as soon as this Quarterly report we should see APRU as a Asset Value Showing up on the LiveWire Ergogenics Books!

Information on APRU is Scarce & likely will be for some time.

Looking at it from both sides here the company doing the buying and the company being bought there are MANY Considerations.

400% more Stock in APRU was issued overnight
People who were Invested in APRU were riding a Wave that was about to hit the shoreline
LVVV Gained a HUGE Profit By paying a Pittance for the APRU Shell
APRU Shareholders lost around 80% value right away and the Stock actually went up on that news as the Pumping started
There was Never any chance for APRU to go up and most who bought it lost money and A Lot of it. Anyone who made money was already laying there lurking.
Market Makers are the ones who made the money here with all the naked shorting and such they made a Mint on LVVV and APRU and they fell
Everyone is Confused that owns both tickers and Information is Blurred between Fact and Fiction right now
In situations like this there is most ALWAYS a Reverse Split!
The Books on APRU are Current now up till last Quarter and new ones are due out in about a Month
APRU will get New Products from LVVV in this deal to sell
Right now APRU is Still selling Nothing and ANY sales of the APRU is going through Livewire NOT Apple Rush.
LiveWire Needed a Shell to Defer Liability for CBD and Marijuana Products

Some things are Obvious and some take just a bit more research and that is just what this is about. Most of this info is something you would have to read up on LVVV to learn.

When the LVVV/APRU deal Took Place No one knew much of anything and No one could say for sure the facts of how the deal was going down... That is unless you were Lucky or Smart enough to read the LVVV PR's and 8k 10Q Reports. This has been the case with APRU No information being released and the shareholder cry about it many times a day. Problem is ALL of the Information they need is being released... AT LVVV..

LVVV is the Reporting company here and Not only that they are the one in control... You Cannot look a APRU and get the full picture you MUST look at the LVVV news to get anywhere near the complete story here.

For Months APRU Shareholders have went out of their way to talk Poop about Livewire and its Products. There was a HUGE misunderstanding here from the word GO! At first they only thought there was 4.8 Billion Shares out standing and Promoted that when actually by the time they got any more info that number was actually Mid 20's Billion shares PLUS a $5,000,000 Debt or Preference hanging over there head in the form of Super Preferred shares.. WOW and these Newbies never even knew the Super Preferred Existed or there was a Increase.

All they had to do was read a 8K for LVVV and they would have known at that point 4 Months ago that a 300% Immediate Dilution had occurred! Below you will see that 8k From LiveWire.

Many more things like this were there for the reading... They were either Ignored with Ill intent or not found due to lack of looking or possibly Common Sense..;-(

Anytime I as a LVVV and at that time a APRU shareholder spoke truth about the deal I would RIght Away be attacked and it was sad i was Bashing...LOLOL Why Because I can read... People seemed to think I should stick to talking about the opportunity and NOT what the company was worth. That is in NO WAY Possible!

One MUST have a good idea of the value of a company and its assets to Invest or its just plain Gambling. Though Lots LOVE investing this way I think of it more as Poker and the Odds being VERY easy to control. In life there are chices we make and I am PROUD that I have spoken the truth about how I feel about this deal on the way down. I thank GOD that I did not jut throw in and act like it was all roses and Whisky all the rest of the year because that attitude cost a lot of people a lot of money!

Many Investors who were in the know early or already investors Right Away started Pumping the Stock trying to get the price up. There is No Doubt in My mind people with Huge amounts of shares have made a lot of Money Scalping APRU in the last 4 months!

Right Now is a Time to Research and Possibly Double Down.. Thats all on you to decide..;-)

LVVV is selling for .043 to .047
APRU is trading at .0002 to .0004

At this time APRU has to go up 15 to 30 times it's current price to reach it's old high...

On the other hand Livewire only has to go up 2 Times Current Value to get back to its High.

LVVV has Value, Assets and a Track Record that is Positive with Investors so A Lot of Implied Goodwill to hold the price in there However APRU is lacking in ALL those areas because APRU is truly overvalued. The current share count does NOT allow the Market to put a Fair value on the Stock.

It is Very Obvious both stocks went down

The figures are this.. If you had $10,000 you invested in LVVV at its high at around . 13 to .14 you would only have like $3500 left now
That SAME $10,000.00 Invested in APRU from that tragic day You would be Lucky to get $333

A HUGE Difference to say the very least.

For LVVV I believe there is a Buying Opportunity. For APRU it really makes it hard with all the manipulation and the fact it can fall or rise 50% in a minute. In fact if you look at the trades you will notice it Popped UP on Friday because someone Purchased .15 cents worth of Stock. A bid Paint of the worst Quality... WOW there is a Long ways that ANY Stock can fall but the Dilution has not been fully snuffed out of APRU yet and there is still around 1 Billion shares on the market and Tradeable that are in the Hands of Previous Debtors from YEARS ago and they will be able to dump into any rise in Share Price at APRU putting a Constant Pressure on the Stock... I will get into this more Tomorrow on my new Blog about Why a Reverse Split is GOOD for some companies like APRU.

I Hub for the most part is easy to figure out there is either serious Conversation going on and actual discussion going on. If you simply read over the posts of any give board on I Hub You will quickly see either a Pattern of people Stroking each other and Filling up the postings with 1 Liners and Cheerleading It is a Good sign the Stock has many issues. With APRU it seems like anything that addresses Value or the Fact they got bought out just Pisses them off and they Cry Basher quicker than Santa Crys Dancer to try and dispell the very thought that APRU has been sold and Reorganized.

Be careful who you listen to on I Hub Everyone is hiding online and is too much of a "Girlie Man" to Poke their head up and even share on their personal Facebook walls. Holiday & Summer Pressure = Buying Opportunity.

Right now is a Pretty interesting time for LVVV Stock there is A Lot going on out there and at the same time people are expecting this or that to happen in a Flash... Well that's not the way it works. LVVV is a Longer term Play I believe will play out HUGE!

It is VERY Doubtful there will be news this week. HOWEVER Based on Regular timing and just thinking aloud I Totally expect to hear something Next week. I may be off by a week but I think that there is things that have went on since the last PR's and there would be no need to make these expensive PR's going into a EXTRA Super long Off weekend 4 Days almost!!

It's Summer and people Go on Vacation... Dad's are pulled away from their computers nationwide to take 1-3 week vacations and your stocks most usually will get Pressure in the July Aug Sept times Especially Heavy. This is most always a Buying Opportunity on the Strong ones and I DO Believe LVVV is one of these Stronger Stocks that is worth buying a Chunk of at the Bargain Basement prices LVVV is going for.

APRU Will Adds Value to LVVV But causes issues

These issues are Temp for LVVV However it has affected Share price at LVVV. APRU will add Value here in the Long run that is Why Bill Bought out the Shell.

At the same time Old shareholders and Debt Holders still have their Claws sunk into APRU Deeply. These deals happen all the time and all require a shakeout which has been underway for awhile. Its likely NOT over.

When Will there be News???

I expect new Products and announcements as soon as the first part of this month. All of this over time will add value to LVVV however for APRU I believe if thing go up there the older Convertible Noteholders and New Convertible Debt Holders will sell into any gains as we have seen happen in the past.

Bill got a Great deal on APRU Sure maybe there could have been a cleaner shell out there and maybe we could have started diff and Better without being connected to Bob Corr. However one of the things that made the APRU deal so unique is that the deal was for mostly all stock and not only that. LVVV Bought APRU at around 98% below the high rice when they Bought them out.

LVVV and Bill Hodson are for Real!

That is hard to find in a OTC Penny stock. However I have Met and Talked with Bill and other Management members Many times from LVVV and I get the feeling that they are Plugging along with Goals in mind. Sometimes things are not as quick as some think and Life may throw he curveball now and then. But Bill is in it to win it thats for sure. I really do enjoy being in on this opportunity at this early of a stage and from what i see at this time I feel I am in the right lace at the right time.

IDGC or APRU Shareholder Pump and Dumps are all the Rage...

Watch out for these tiny shells that use MOU's and PR's along with Shareholder organized Pump and Dumps to Promote their stock price. There are MANY of them trying to connect to the LVVV and APRU deal now as well. Sebastien DuFort With IDGC Global and PRCM with whoever is running the show there and many more have tickers that shareholder claim are connected to LVVV. on the ADIA deal Jason Combs recently started talking up a storm on I Hub after a long silence and oddly enough he is slinging mud.

These are all problems that will work themselves out over time but along with it comes a bit of Pressure on LVVV stock. When Corr goes off and makes these Outlandish MOU's that I doubt he can even come through on due to current dealings with Livewire. I have spoken to Tony from APRU where Corr made the Original deal and Tony has stated he is working on getting that situation under control.

I must admit with both PRCM and IDGC I looked at the tickers and did some research on them and back when they were cheaper they would have been interesting if not for the fact that they were just posting lies to promote their stock price. With this last one in gets burned game... Well I dont lay it although there may be profits to be made. As time goes on truth comes out they go down. Maybe someday they can rise on their own merit.

Keep the Trash Out!

Right now is a VERY important time in LVVV's History and YOU need to make sure and Research and Keep straight what is and is not true.. In the past people have been talked into selling LVVV to buy APRU and that just was not a good trade off.

I still Love my LVVV Stock and hope for a Bright Shiny Future I hope to see you there. I do Not own PRCM or IDGC but who knows I hear some fish do walk maybe a 10% stake is in order following a selloff ;-)

Seriously though these Tickers trying to get in on LVVV as a premium in this OTC world is long played out. People are able to easily dog on PRCM as a Shell etc and they have no connection to LVVV except to make a commission by middle manning a ad... Just like Buying a Extra Value Meal at McDonald's.. Its just a Purchase not PR for PRCM as a connection and new target... And IDGC... Well thats a Mess spurred by APRU Shareholders who follow Corr and are Savvy to Shady deals and Quick buying and selling from what I see. IDGC Got a Transfer of shares from its owner who owned them since long ago and simply transferred them to his shell. Sure he gets a Free ride for awhile and likely Dilutes out in the meanwhile if possible.. What a Game this is.

A little more Below but this is just Great and I Thank ALL Subscribers Old and New!

I am still 100% in & With LVVV & Bill Hodson / Tony Torgerud

There has been much that has happened since last Aug/Sept when I was Buying LVVV Hard. Mainly the Stock is up 400% minimum since the Low I bought at. I knew this was a Good one.

However I believe there is SO MUCH more here to come.... Like I said SO Much has Happened with LVVV. Bill is Building a Powerhouse here and the Asset Value that has been added in the last 3-5 Months easily Equals the Fall from the High a few months ago. This is NOT a easy time for Investors here and the ones that a VERY good at Timing their buys and Sells have a lot more to gain here and could have easily made a TON in between all these numbers.

Stupid or Not I have NOT sold a Single share of Livewire Ergogenics! I may sell at anytime that's My choice however I do not see that as something that is in My best interests right now. I have A Lot of stock and holdings worth a lot in many OTC smaller tickers like this and I like holding larger positions for long periods of time. I guess I am NOT so good at timing etc and I just leave my money on the Table.... Sure I could have made a Extra $300,0000 to $400,000 by selling and waiting to rebuy again... But I didnt know that at the time for sure of course... And it was not the way I Planned my investments here. I made a Commitment and when I do that I stick to it. In the coming months we shall see where this goes.

Vernacular & Rednecks & MASSIVE Profits

I am a working Man.... Not suits although I LOVE wearing them...LOL I have in the past on this Blog and other places said what I believe in situations and taken Massive heat for it and that is just Fine with me, What I would like to do is make a few things Clear in a BIG Way.

Bill and Tony give us more information than most of the Stocks out there. Some of the OTC's may give A Lot of fluff but thats not exactly what we get with LVVV... Sure You may not like everything you hear or it may make you want to hear more. But thats just NOT how it works. We get plenty.
Awhile Back There was SO many Questions and people were understandably worked up. Heck most everyone myself included had questions and after the Botched Investor call... Well the Answers were at a Stop.

I took it upon myself to create a "Open Letter" that combined EVERYONE'S Questions and direct it to Management. I took heat for this however that's fine I was already getting many calls a day and Countless message from My YouTube Subscribers and Misc Investors. I NEEDED to get answers cause I was taking far too much of the heat.. So why not take more I figured....LOL

In placing myself in yet another Position like this with My subscribers and other Investors... I called and Asked questions too and the answers I git sometimes were late. Well here is where I am a Redneck and not only that a Investor...

I get these answers and Pass them along For instance.... "Monday we will have the Answers"

When that does not happen... And then a day... Then 2 Days... Then 3 Days and the a week and the 2 weeks go by.. The People are restless and they want the Answers that Now I have Promised by association or something...
Well sometimes its just too much.. I have Many Businesses to run and on a daily Basis have 15-19 hours of work to complete and sometimes the mentality that we are owed answers now will get to me as well but I do NOT watch the share rice every day and worry its not how I invest.

I want to make it clear that at the height of these questions when I Promised what I was Promised I said I was "Lied" to... Well I realize that on 1 hand that is offensive and I know that maybe I should have said it a different way. Tony and Bill Lying to me is 1 way of saying it. Also it didnt hapen like they planned works as well.. I said Lied though.. This is a Great example of how Pressure from calls and Emails gets to me also..
I am NOT a Company man for LVVV... I am a Investor just like anyone. On top of that I got alot of people Involved and buying shares as a Gamble at the time based on My beliefs.. I am a HUGE LVVV fan.. I still tell everyone about LiveWire and hand out chews like crazy.
My point of that is.. Im just a Investor and Lie is a word in my Vernacular that I did NOT mean in such a serious way and if I was not being ran through town to be hung at the time. I would have chose a different word MAYBE... Look we are all just living life and we all say things different I said that and Did Not mean it so seriously "That Way" and hope and truly feel it should not be taken as such

If Tony or Bill had told me Lies that were deceiving and Bilked us out of money I would be Angry However this is NOT what this was... This was Simple Timeline issue and with people Yelling and Screaming at me

I just Threw up My hands and said "They lied to me Call them I dont know what to say But I believe"

In the end I dont think of it much till someone wants to pick every word apart etc and that's fine I Stand behind what I think About APRU and With the Aprox .000026 a share that Bill paid for APRU I am LVVV'N it!!!

I am Behind Bill Hodson and Tony Torgerud 100% on this deal with the APRU and RSHN Buyout. Sure I HATE what it has done to our share price. Mostly the confusion it has caused between Stockholders.
I know this is a hard position that Bill has placed himself in and I back these goals and believe they will add massive value at LVVV in the Future.

The APRU deal

I do NOT see them adding the Massive value to APRU in the same ways. I believe that APRU is VERY Overvalued in the past months since the "Buyout" and that has Proved true.. We are getting close now thats for sure. Seeing APRU at .0003 awhile back was actually a good thing. YES I believe a Reverse Split is in order and a MUST for a stock in this position. SURE its NOT what most want to hear but these are the ones who were already fleeced by Bob Corr. Bill knew when he bought APRU the Price would fall.. How could it not?? I knew and Bill is Far more Experienced than me..

I would Buy APRU again at .0002 for Sure although I know even at .0002 there is A Lot of Downside when the Reverse Split happens. MAYBE it wont do the drop of the reverse spits but likely it will. I do Enjoy the fact that I Control so much of APRU a asset value with LVVV shares. About 200 APRU shares for every LVVV share

It is a Shell.... I have been bashed for Saying that it is NOT worth much and I would like to say I am sorry.. Sorry that some do not have enough brains to see that. The Lies that have been told by the Shareholders of the Existing stock we bought out have been HUGE and there is no place for that sort of Bob Corr attitude in LVVV!

There is speculation out there in the Market for sure and with the Position APRU is in They COULD go up from here but the Market Cap and everything about it is out of Whack and there is still HUGE room for a Coming Correction.

I really do not care as much what APRU does in the short term it is a very interesting time there and soon there will be Products and some of the bigger Noteholders will Convert and Sell some of the older ones Obviously Have this month & will likely Continue causing ups and downs. But someday this could get a lot more interesting when Cleaned up and Disclosed

I believe there is HUGE things Coming for LVVV still In fact order the NEW Icy Mint on Amazon.com..;-)
