Warning this is No Holds Barred!! I have been Putting in Time here and there to write this Bog this week and I Believe in the Direction of LVVV and Think that there are some Awfully HUUUGGGEEEEE Things Coming down the Line. I have been Worried to say THIS or say THAT well I am Sick of it and I am Sick of Typing It is NOT My strong Point as I am sure most know. I am going to just Pull ALL the Stops here and Break down what I see happening and Even if it is NOT what is happening, Heck it was something to read and it has a lot of good LVVV Info.

APRU and RSHN What the Hell??

APRN of course is the Company that LVVV made a deal to buy 60% of last Week and RSHN is Partially owned By Apple Rush so I am Pretty sure we own a Piece of that as well. 
WHAT ARE THEY THINKING! Well I saw it Straight off and I think it's Brilliant... However there were some Flaws in the Execution of how it went down I think. But thats life we will be fine. Why is this important to us we already make chews. I mean The Products the Apple Rush Makes a Defunct at best and Not exactly a Arsenal of Ready to Go items in any way. These Items are NOT the Value.

APRU Does have Value in that it gives us a Valuable Publicly Traded Entity to do Business as. With the Deal Fallout they just had I believe LVVV is their LAST shot and they will make it work We shall see when the Dust Settles!

Well the Coolest thing About this is the Stock on Hand to sell and Trade. Plain and simple... It is NOT about the Product or Ideas for Products in My opinion and to be Honest I do not believe these "Brands" are worth shit! Thats My opinion what is worth something is the Shell to house NEW Operations Reporting aside from LVVV. and Mostly this New Stock to Issue and Make deals and Buy our Products or Companies. 

But WHAT ABOUT DEBT Yes there is Debt on the Books and it is something that needs to be addressed and I am sure it will Remember This is NOT A DONE DEAL This is a MEMO for a Possible deal If Bill dont like what he sees or was Misguided and Lied to we walk away its that Simple from My understanding! Honestly the Shell is a Businessman's DREAM to sell that Stock along with Products! 

DO WE GET STOCK?? Who Cares. Either we get stock or the Company retains control I do NOT think we will get Stock and do not see the deal being Structured that way or I think the company would the lose control of the voting unless Super Duper Voting Shit Shares are issued or retained.

I believe we lost a lot of Stock Value on Friday just because no one knew what to think and the APRU stock is REALLY Overvalued right now! If this deal had NOT been made with us it would have fell flat a day earlier and i dont see how it can retain the Money here without OUR products They do NOT have Products or the Ability or Money to make them. APRU is Bankrupt and the only real Value there is the Shell without LVVV in the Mix. The APRU is NOT the Caliber of Stock that LVVV is and in the end I believe that Ticker could reap A Lot of the Benefit of the CBD Product. WAIT NOW dont take this as Bad LVVV is VERY Much in the Legal Marijuana Business and WILL see Profits on the Bottom line from selling the NEW Improved "Pot Brownies" so if its against your Moral code you should sell and Buy MSFT or  CSCO.

A friend of Mine Jesse Made this chart on How He sees this new deal and I CANNOT Confirm this is how it will work and will not likely be exact... But I can say its on the Right Track to what is happening and Gives a good idea of the Flow that should happen in 1 form or another. Jesse got a Great bunch of info onto the I Hub board about this that if the company would have Released that info in a Timely manner and NOT in emails then we could have avoided some of the ensuing sell off and General Mistrust of the Old CEO of APRU The Important thing to remember is Nothing has Changed the Value and Opportunity is STILL HERE we are just in a mode of Change and that always makes Waves in some way or another.

Again at this point ALL we have is a MEMO and will have to wait for Bill to Nail this down. Maybe the deal dont even go through?? Thats the problem about getting worked up about EVERY PR some dont work out. If this does not work out APRU will CRASH HARD I think! Either Way I feel safe in LVVV Not so Much in the APRU and RSHN I bought. But I believe in Bill and the Company and cannot wait to see what the week holds!

Mistakes Happen and LVVV made one!

WTF are you saying Nathan... I am saying we are supposed to be Preemptive and answer the questions that Google Presented in the Announcement. It is Obvious just looking them up that people would Freak. This should have been addressed. NOT the end of the world However I think its Pretty Obvious that our Stock price took a hit on Friday Likely PART because people didnt understand this deal which is sad and Partly because well No one likes how the Company and its CEO looks and This is a HUGE Deal and The MAIN reason why that I believe LVVV took a Dive is Uncertainty in the Investment that we just Purchased... The Conference call was NOT Bill or LVVV's Fault but that don't really matter does it someone has to pay and it is LVVV. This is where NOT being Patient and Waiting it out can really cost you BIG time in this Game. We as Investors cannot Expect EVERYTHING Right NOW!! This is the Penny Stock that is NOT a Penny Stock! It's the same as the PR's we all want. Some things just cant be said till they are Final without shooting ourselves in the FOOT. Or Maybe the Vender we are selling to does NOT want Undue attention! Remember THC Chews would Be federally Illegal even though Legal by State Law Medically. With this in Mind a Press Release is just sometimes a Liability to us and NOT whats Needed. What would be Nice is if Bill would get on Facebook more and Create a Buzz!!


 I have A Lot of Stock in Creative Edge Nutrition FITX and Bill there is AMAZING on Facebook!! and Posts 3-7 times a day. The Comments and BUZZ there is Amazing!! We dont need that much but once or twice a week is NOT enough and Bill needs to Step up his Game!

I get A LOT of Calls about Product and everything to do with LVVV and I will tell you what My phone BLEW UP on Friday and Sat I really REALLY tried to Calm people etc but at the same time I can NOT just say I believe in this Deal yet It is NOT TRUE! I believe in Bill and I also believe in the Concept of this deal! This is HUGE and puts us in another Bracket Entirely This gives us Marketable Securities and Book Value that we Badly need. So what was the Mistake??

It was a Honest Mistake and Bill should have preemptively Answered the Question of The AppleRush CEO Being OUT of Control and DEBT being Handled. Honestly I cant see putting a PR together until the Old Debtholders are Paid or a deal made this will give them a Bit of Leverage knowing we want it etc. To Boot the old Deal that Apru had was the Reason t the Stock has run up 2000% to 3000% + over the last month and I think Investors saw their out NOW. That being said I dont know if the stock can hold up to that sort of price that its at now. Its still up 2000% and that is the POP that LVVV is Supposed to get NOT a Pre made POP that the New Ticker will carry with it

However We are NOT MSFT and do NOT have Billions in the Bank.. Well I WOULD DO IT THIS WAY.. Yea thats Nice but LVVV is not playing By my Balance sheet and they are NOT Liquid to make a deal work many other ways if we want a nice shell. Sure it would be nice to get a CLEAN one even in a different sector that did NOT have the Pre made run up built into it THAT is the part that i dont like the most is when a New investor sees that chart they will say WOW they are already up 2000% I dont know... VS Starting from a lower base we could buy for cash 15% of a cleaner company on the open Market make a deal for direct investment and control and utilize that shell... Yeah Nice But we dont have the Cash once again and in this world if the deal presents itself you work on it and if there is a Obscene amount of money to make you TAKE IT!! 

Bills Stock Broker Background and Proven Ability to File proper and in a Timely manner is Proven and Bringing this to ANY shell and Moving it up the OTC to a Better place is a GREAT way to Create Value for Shareholders. I have MANY Business and some make Amazing returns and It is nice in this instance to let Bill and other do the legwork on these deals and leave me with More pie and More Pie

I cant possibly be FOR or AGAINST something till I know all the Facts and on this deal right now NONE of us know enough of the facts on the Buyout. In the coming days and as the 8k is filed I am sure things will become clearer. I enjoy all the calls and Hearing what you have to say I use EVERYTHING You the Investor tells me in My research and Believe me when I say I Blindly follow once at this level because I HAVE done so Much research. If My thoughts change... Well This Blog would be Different its only a few clicks away & 4 Million Shares of LVVV converts to ANYTHING I want it to Maybe even just I QUIT ENTIRELY this time.... LOLOL Yeah Right!!! I do not see that in My cards I am Years out on this stock and I see THIS Stock LVVV being what pays Me to sit on the Beach
