Cliven Bundy ~~ Range War ~~ Showdown with Feds The Aftermath!!
Cliven Bundy, SO Many know his Name now and he was Virtually Unknown just a few short months ago. Well If you have not heard the Federal Government through the Unlawful use of the BLM arm of the Government. This is a Odd situation as it Brings together All political views in some ways and splits them apart in others.
I believe that The rights of the States or States Rights Supercede that of the Federal Government on certain things and I believe it is the states duty to protect and serve its Citizens. Whether you think that state rights Supercede Federal Law matters none that was all answered when the COUNTY Sheriff told the BLM to pack up and Leave!! This IS How it is supposed to be and the BLM Misuse of their Power has gone far enough. Lots of folks say The people farther up are being bribed and this is a Land Grab for a Solar Energy Project or other uses. Whether the BLM is acting the Pawn for Harry Ried another politician or some Private or Public Business interest is not the problem I dont think. Problem is The Government thought they could do this in America... and to HER OWN CITIZENS!!

Government Land Grab Foiled!
I wanted SO badly to get over there that day and I ALMOST left a day before the big showdown and i just could not get out of my place for a few weeks.. In Fact I had just arrived in San Diego to work 2 days Prior. I did what I thought I could making a few videos and also sharing and making all those aware that I could but I wanted to see this area for Myself and just a few days ago I finally did..;-) Check out the Pictures below and Hope You enjoy!

States Rights VS Federal
What I saw here is a Man in the Middle of nowhere making a living. YES There are issues with Free Grazing and all that and likely will be for many more years to come. There was MANY more ways to do this Maybe make a ruling that the Exclusive rights that Cliven Bundy claims Die with him. Maybe win in a Court of law and even Take all he owns and force him into Bankruptcy. There are Laws and a System in Place that the Government can use.
If you care about your Personal rights you have to think about States Rights! They are what makes Freedom what it is. Gay Marriage, Medical and Legal Marijuana, Guns, ANYTHING That you consider to be a Right like this is still on the lcal residents NOT the Federal Government. We do not Force the people in Dingleberry Montana to think and do the same as the Fancy ones in New York. local Communities and the Residents of those areas are what make law in these cases.... Hell thats why there are still dry counties and other laws not the same in every place. State Right Matter!!
They Federal Government needs to go about it in a Civil manner and do it through a Proper court.
And it should NOT be in a Federal Court that would be a Sham... we know who they would side with...;-)
I do not know all there is to know about Law & without a spell checker can only spell Constitution about 70% of the time. However I know that there is a Court of law or a Elected Group of officials that Represent states. Somehow the Feds should have done this better and if they are right Prove it by winning in Court or By a Vote of Congressmen or Senators or????? I dunno whose Job it is But we pay someone to make the call here! There is no way this should have happened.
Good people almost Died in this mess and it was NOT a Proud moment for our Country. I hope this works out in a good way for Mr Bundy and the State of Nevada.
