LVVV and Bill Hodson are for Real!

That is hard to find in a OTC Penny stock. However I have Met and Talked with Bill and other Management members Many times from LVVV and I get the feeling that they are Plugging along with Goals in mind. Sometimes things are not as quick as some think and Life may throw he curveball now and then. But Bill is in it to win it thats for sure. I really do enjoy being in on this opportunity at this early of a stage and from what i see at this time I feel I am in the right lace at the right time.

IDGC or APRU Shareholder Pump and Dumps are all the Rage...

Watch out for these tiny shells that use MOU's and PR's along with Shareholder organized Pump and Dumps to Promote their stock price. There are MANY of them trying to connect to the LVVV and APRU deal now as well. Sebastien DuFort With IDGC Global and PRCM with whoever is running the show there and many more have tickers that shareholder claim are connected to LVVV. on the ADIA deal Jason Combs recently started talking up a storm on I Hub after a long silence and oddly enough he is slinging mud.

These are all problems that will work themselves out over time but along with it comes a bit of Pressure on LVVV stock. When Corr goes off and makes these Outlandish MOU's that I doubt he can even come through on due to current dealings with Livewire. I have spoken to Tony from APRU where Corr made the Original deal and Tony has stated he is working on getting that situation under control.

I must admit with both PRCM and IDGC I looked at the tickers and did some research on them and back when they were cheaper they would have been interesting if not for the fact that they were just posting lies to promote their stock price. With this last one in gets burned game... Well I dont lay it although there may be profits to be made. As time goes on truth comes out they go down. Maybe someday they can rise on their own merit.

Keep the Trash Out!

Right now is a VERY important time in LVVV's History and YOU need to make sure and Research and Keep straight what is and is not true.. In the past people have been talked into selling LVVV to buy APRU and that just was not a good trade off.

I still Love my LVVV Stock and hope for a Bright Shiny Future I hope to see you there. I do Not own PRCM or IDGC but who knows I hear some fish do walk maybe a 10% stake is in order following a selloff ;-)

Seriously though these Tickers trying to get in on LVVV as a premium in this OTC world is long played out. People are able to easily dog on PRCM as a Shell etc and they have no connection to LVVV except to make a commission by middle manning a ad... Just like Buying a Extra Value Meal at McDonald's.. Its just a Purchase not PR for PRCM as a connection and new target... And IDGC... Well thats a Mess spurred by APRU Shareholders who follow Corr and are Savvy to Shady deals and Quick buying and selling from what I see. IDGC Got a Transfer of shares from its owner who owned them since long ago and simply transferred them to his shell. Sure he gets a Free ride for awhile and likely Dilutes out in the meanwhile if possible.. What a Game this is.

Marijuana Stocks dealing with Legal Medicinal Weed and Recreational as well. We all know this is a ULTRA HOT Industry and Companies are flocking to the game with cash and ideas. This is like a Gold Rush in California its HUGE!! I have written on this for a long time now and have gotten to know a lot of the players and what their angle is on this game. There are SO many companies out the and I can easily see what it is the SEC is worried about.

There are SO Many scams out there in the OTC markets not even figuring Marijuana Stocks & Now with them in the Mix WOW The Scam level is Def out... Any .0001 to .05 Stock that says the words Marijuana or CBD in a PR is "King for the Day" and the Pumping and Dumping is on. If you are Lucky enough to have been sitting on a few Million shares then your "Stud for the Day" ';-)

The way the SEC went about it is pretty RUDE to say the least and it seems the wanted to hurt the Whole Industry. Let's face it the Big Corporate people Bribed and Scammed Marijuana into the Closet already once so there could be a lot of that at play here. However I tend to agree with the SEC the are a Awful lot of Scams out there. They have halted 8 Stocks in the last few months I have heard. However I also Lived through it with PHOT and That was NOT a Fun deal in the least. I believe PHOT is one of the Strongest and Best Pot Stocks out there and It got caught up somehow I have No Clue how Sucked for Me though..;-)

In the End No matter if you agree Pot should be legal or not and whether you Like what I am saying here. Fact remains you NEED to Research Marijuana Stocks ASAP

LVVV Conference Call on APRU RSHN

I would Not put too much Stock in this call.

Number one it has A Lot from Robert J Corr in it and I really don't know how much of any of that crap to believe. As far as What Bill Hodson or Tony Torgerud I really dont know. Most of what they say will happen, Well it seems at times like they are just hoping things go OK at some point.

What??? You dont believe they are working hard??

Well Not exactly... I think that they THINK that they are working hard.... If that counts for anything.

A Social and Online Investment world

This is a Whole Different kind of Investment world then it was in 2005 2000 or he 90's this market is ran by whoever can convey their Plan and what we do to the masses. Both to sell Product and to get the Stock Noticed.

One only needs to look as far as FITX to see this in action. Management at FITX has been on top of letting its investors know whats happening and as the rest of the market has went down over time. It has NOT been so Extreme in the case of FITX.

Standing up and Telling people what you do really can help the stock thats all there is to it... More Importantly NOT Conveying this Information can be the death of a company. LVVV Has done a Awful Job of getting out what they are doing or they are just not doing that much its pretty much one way or the other. No matter what the Facebook and Instagram accounts are hardly ever used except for simple postings that are to few and far between to matter. Something has to be done to up the amount of people that know about LVVV and at the same time to Tell the world what we do correctly.

Every single Goal that Management sets as a Timeline they miss... Every single one.. and They are the ones saying when it will happen. This month If I were betting on a 10Q or a NT-10Q there would have to be odds to get any action.

Like I say I would NOT put too much Stock in this Video I wanted to post it cause its Always neat to look back...

I remember My First Sharholder meeting in Butte Montana for Montana Power Company in around 1998 pretty cool for a Big company meeting and all but in the last 16 years I have heard plenty of Fluff and BS and The answers here are Full of it

Will there be APRU Dilution ~~ We are Exploring all options for Raising Shareholder value etc etc etc... LOL you get the Drift.... We know there will be Dilution How else will APRU handle the Debt.. I dont even get why the question actually.

Do I believe in Management?

That is a Hard question... Basically. I Can't say I believe most of what they say anymore. They have to make some changes. How can I say that when over and over again they do not come through. I'm all for being Positive But I am NOT going to turn a Blind Eye and act like problems are not happening. I have to be a Realist. I am not against them But I have been lied to right to my face and over the phone many times by Tony and Bill. I have watched as things change here and I watch as they are willing to Promise the moon and talk to you for a Freaking hour ON THE PHONE and NEVER Deliver.. Its like they just want to have you give their excuse to the masses so they don't have to say it and then in the end you are the douchebag and not them. I played that game for far to long. About 2 months ago I couldent any more. Its not like I think they are Crooks or Liars.... Well ok Lying is NOT really a stretch for some of this stuff.

Am I selling all my LVVV Stock?

Well nothing that serious just yet. I do Believe there is Opportunities here. However MASS Improvement is needed or they will Piss it all away....MASS Improvement!! I do not see that they are able to bring these improvements fast enough. Honestly at this point they HAVE to waste more time explaining their failures on the phone & making more empty promises.

It's like they answer questions one at a time Vis US Mail and the rest of the world does it Digitally. Why in Gods name would you NOT have a Standard way to answer the Common questions all at once... To Boot why would you do this and Not release it as they did on the open letter... Something Stinks... There just has to be more to why they are willing to waste all this time on the phone saying things they are not willing to put in print over and over... It just makes no sense without some alternative motive.

SADLY MANAGEMENT DOES NOT SEEM TO VALUE THEIR OWN WORDS..

Right now there is A Lot of Improvment needed in this company and they do not stick to what they say. For me I will be Evaluating ALL My investments and Being so heavily invested in LVVV for Me is Not worth it when there in Such a Loss of respect for the shareholders as we have witnessed with LVVV. Now is not the time to sell But My belief in LONG term thoughts have been questioned in a HUGE way.

Mismanagement caused one of the biggest selloffs in the Market!

I am a Huge fan of LVVV I hope all the best for the Stock and all of that wonderful stuff... However with all the deals out there and as low as all the stocks are right now in this sector I do not see a reason for me to Promise to be here forever. Especially with Managements Failure Time & Again to come through on what they promise. I cant tell people what they tell me and the have them not come through anymore. They have pushed too far and they have refused to act when they promised to and Mismanagement has caused one of the biggest selloffs in the Entire Market. To just Cheer Lead and act like they will do better is not the way to handle it.

What I post here will get more and more Surreal I guess More blunt. I am Far too deeply Invested in LVVV to just go away & be Quite... We are where we are on Price and thats that and Since I do not get ANY answers as Promised I will just make the most of what I have and Plan My Goals Accordingly.

If you own LVVV Stock now
I would say Keep trying and stay in touch with them I HOPE they get back on Track. When Its Low Consider "Doubling Down" It's Low right now.

If you have NOT Bought into this Stock yet.
My God LVVV is Cheap! However I would Consider Other Stocks as well. I would NOT Avoid LVVV in any way but I would Possibly consider Splitting your investment between LVVV and another Pot Stock with Potential until there is a bit more Clarity here.

The Interference is bad at points, The information from Robert Corr could make LVVV look badly, A Lot of the Answers are just pretty standard fluff. LVVV Stock Questions answered Equals Strength!

As many Youtube Subscribers & LVVV Shareholders know I made a Video on and also made a Blog and Page about a Open Letter to LiveWire Ergogenics (LVVV) and Brought up a Few of My questions and MANY from all sorts of investors and Distributors that sent in Questions as well.

Some of the Questions may Seem Small or Duplicate However These Questions are what people asked so I kept it as Original as I could!

I know that I am NOT the Best at Relying things and the way my Improper Punctuation and Typing Plus the Whole Redneck thing... Well.... Let's Just say My Social Graces are a Bit LOW and Vulgar Compared to... Well about anyone. I do Not feel bad for this I like me & those who listen close know when I like something or someone I am a HUUUGGEEEE Fan at the same time I expect the same Improvement and Honesty that I expect of Myself or its NOT worth My time!

I know I know I may seem Rude or just plain Wrong to some people. That's Ok It is My Goal here with this Letter is to soak up as many Questions for LVVV & yes I will take a much hate as needed to Succeed in Taking these questions to to management & Getting answers. I feel that As a Investor it is VERY Important that we find out what other Investors think and use this to Adjust our Investment Strategy. Weed Stocks are NOT Something to ask a Investor about!!

If you do the BEST Outcome is they say they don't Know anything... BUT Usually it will be some Douche that will give you a rundown of how it will all fail and no money there. SURE there are going to be ups and downs However I think Companies like PHOT LVVV and HEMP MJNA FITX are Here to stay... Only time will tell!

Lets face it anyone who tells you what will happen in the Marijuana sector is a Fool... No 2 ways about it.

There is No single event in History that is this.... Well Historic.

This Article is About PHOT FITX and LVVV MJNA HEMP mainly. These Companies have A Lot in Common and have been thrust into the Spotlight lately and have got their share of Negative and Positive press along with plenty of just Gawkers..;-)

Some people like to Compare Pot Stocks to "Dot Com Bubble" and such that is not even a good analogy. In the dot com BOOM Venture capitalists and Bankers Threw Money at Companies and they "Went Public" and had Money like crazy to lose. They had 100's of Millions of Dollars. There was no such thing as dilution if they issued stock... They went even higher no one cared. This is Totally Different These "Pot Stock" Companies are Small businesses the CEO's are REAL Entrepreneurs and you are betting on Them!

Marijuana Stocks are Penny Stock land and Right now at this Point likely TRIPLE as risky as regular penny stocks. However the Reward is SUPER High! Companies like FITX LVVV PHOT HEMP MJNA and Many Many more All coming from Sub penny or a few pennies a share Some to even Dollars per share. On 1 hand its CRAZY... Well that's unless you actually have a clue in life and any savvy for Business and Public opinion.

I see people Comparing the Market Caps and the Revenue or earnings of these Tiny companies to standard NYSE and NASDAQ Market Stocks... You know where the Market Cap and all that goody stuff is required to be more and share price UP UP UP.

I saw a post where they are Complaining about dilution... YES these small companies have to use their Stocks as Currency to Buy things Operate and well even tread water. This is Very normal in the Stock world and it seems like Brokers and Pros would know this

It feels like they feel dumb for missing the boat and are now trying to talk Crap to manipulate the Prices lower

It's Kind of like the Jocks are Jealous the Stoners Ideas are making Money now... LOL

CANV is now a Billion Dollar Company!

These "Analysts" Don't even Mention or Understand the Difference between HEMP and Marijuana

Comical.... Yeah that's pretty much what it is when people write Articles on Pot Stocks Talking about just How Experienced they are at investing and how the numbers don't make sense...LOL No SHIT Sherlock???

These people act like the entire Marijuana sales in this sector is going through their friend Bubba who lives with his Grandma..

Seriously this is 2014 they have Labs and such they are making advancements and medical discoveries Monthly on Marijuana. And while these small businesses run around building up their product lines and getting legal Entities set up to sell pot and Not injure the main core etc these brokers just talk smack still. Either they are smart enough to stay quite or they Gamble on Saying they Know.

On the other hand right now there is a 2 1/2 month old market in Colorado... WOW... Colorado... Who would have ever thunk it...lol. But 2.5 months Come on It is Amazing the Federal Government did not try to stop them. But that really says something with Washington Close behind and set to sell SOON. Things are heating up. When California joins in OMG thats Many Many times bigger than Both of those markets combined. there are 48+ more states to legalize it.

That does not even consider the Global Market.

Marijuana is already going Strong overseas in many ares legal or not In fact what we have here is a Product that is being used Everywhere legal or not! You will not stop people and whether you are against it or for it we may as well Tax it!

We all know that any Idiot (just like you and me) Can Write a Market Wired or a Seeking Alpha article and act like we are in the know..

LOL Funny stuff. Its not like these Traders (If they even are a trader) Have EVER Lived through anything like The Legalization of Marijuana.

YES I have made More Money percentage on FITX than ANY Stock I have EVER owned like 70 Times on My money from my lowest Buy.. YES the stock will breath and go up and down that is the nature of the market.

Recently I have seen A Lot of posts Calling Foul because Bill and other Members Filed form 144's with the SEC. I for one do NOT take this as all bad and in My Layman's Understanding it does not mean he sold or EVER will sell it is a Process in Which the Securities are Unregistered and this Process Registers them in the Open Market. Now They CAN sell if they so choose and Who knows I don't know Bills plans But if I got paid to walk around in fields of Marijuana and Build things I don't think I would sell out anytime soon. You can tell by his posts Bill LOVES hos Ideas and Is Building a MONSTER over there!!

In the Above Video I bought about $440 Worth of FITX to ADD to my Coffers and Now that buy alone is worth about $38,000.00 WOOOOOO Buddy.. Is there downside Sure there may be Ups and Downs but when this is all clicking along I think Companies like these ar going to take the world by a STORM!!

I wonder how a Tech "Nerd" Who bought Microsoft Stocks because they knew the Market did overall Vs "Stockbrokers" who Downplayed it?

LOL A Lot better would be My guess. Stockbrokers have been some of the biggest idiots and drug addicted Blowhards i have ever met. I dont know if you can remember the old days when you called your broker and he would pull a number out of his ass as a Price for the Commission... Mostly like $80 to $300. For 1 they are pretty useless on Penny Stocks for the most part and EVERYONE is useless on Pot Stocks.

These Jerks have went out of there way back in the day to make me feel like a idiot for the Stocks i wanted to buy. and tried to sell me on others.. I actually split My focus and took their advice to be "Safe" I sure wish I would have told him to get lost.

They Laughed when I bought AAPL for Under $9.00 a share
They Laughed when I bought Netflix for about $9.00 a share
I was told I was being Foolish when I bought Denny's at .25
Told me I couldent keep buying Junk to use my online acct when I bought ASKJ at .80

ALL of these and Many more are some of the biggest winners I could have EVER Imagined! and if i would have spent it all on MSFT CSCO GLW GM Enron and others I would be Broke!

I truly Believe there are MANY Gems out there in penny stock land and there is a HUGE Grassroots Movement going on in Penny Stock land and Brokers just dont understand that Legitimate Companies have Learned to Reverse Merger in to Pre loaded shells and Operate in the OTC markets till they can step up.

I believe in the next 10 years or so we are going to see so Many Micro Cap Penny Stock Come up like Crazy!!

Keep an Eye on the you never know which ones will hit but one thing is certain.... It is far too risky to take My word or some bloggers word on ANY Investment You need to do your own research Look it all up call the up. Visit them order the Product etc then make your choice.;

It is so funny to see people compare revenue and Earnings from Companies like PHOT or FITX to companies like MSFT or the Standard Giant.

Remember It can All Disappear Tomorrow....

Seriously that's just How much No one Knows... Do I think it will. Well No I do Not think it will However the Feds could Raid the whole state of Denver tomorrow. Anyone who tells you different is trying to suck you in or pull you out! Some of these people writing "Articles" would LOVE to see PHOT or FITX drop in Half so the can Load up!

Yeah I own ALL these Stocks and I own A Lot of them A LOT!! I think they are a GREAT risky Investment and I think we are going to see innovation like never before in this field.. NO I do not see any of them coming out and saying HEY we made 100 Million Profit last Quarter. No... Not likely These are Like a Start up Pharma Company or something We will Not know the outcome for a VERY Long time and as they Ramp up the ones you are investing in Now will be the ones at the Forefront of the New Frontier in 2 years when Legal weed is opening up in Drodes across the USA!

Its no secret that Pot has become "Legal" In 2 States this may just leave a Black Hole of opportunity although you will have to forgive the bad analogy. Lets face it this is a HUGE Business Before it even opens.. I really wonder what the lines are going to look like on the first days of selling?? I remember when Krispi Kreme was opening new stores and OMG the Lines LOL.

Anyways I will give My opinions here as i have many times on these stocks and give you a bit of a update on some of them!!

Stocks seem to fall every year in Oct / Nov This year has been a bit odd thats for sure but I am really watching some stocks out there most of them are Penny Sticks and I REALLY would Like to see them Hit..;-) I will list here a few of the Sticks I am Watching this week However I will really have to apply Myself to Buy any I have used up all of the Money in my account and Honestly I am Saving and Skimming Everywhere To add some more money here in Oct Nov I do Regular Investments but try to add in a extra 10% to 20% a few times a year and I really have NOT done that well at it in My life and get into other things THIS YEAR is different and I am back on Track with Automatic investments and such and have High Hopes.

Pot Stocks Marijuana Stocks Are Hot Hot Hot. As the States Approve either Medicinal or Recreational use of Marijuana There are stocks out there that Stand to make HUGE Gains. PHOT Growlife Inc. is a Well Established Company and have Done a Number of Very Fine Buyouts that Scream Vertical Integration at its Finest! I believe the Management here Has a Plan and is Very Focused on a Specific Outcome.
There are a Few Things about this stock that make it even more of a steal in My opinion here are a few. The Products they sell are Products that will Work in the Growing and Cultivation of Marijuana or a Variety of other plants as well there stores and such are able to support a very wide range of Products that most Indoor Growers NEED for A Successful Harvest. Not only that Growlife Inc. has Products That Speed up the Growing Process and also Add to it making Higher Harvest Yields! This is HOT. Here is a Video Buy of the PHOT Stock I Really like this Stock and have amassed between 50,000 and 90,000 Shares I believe it was a Great buy and i have " High Hopes " LOL Whenever I see a Video where I made a stock buy like this and look at it a month or more later and am up 187% or so I just Wish I would have DONE it!! LOL I almost bought 17,000 Shares here and ended up only getting 11,000..;-( Hind site is Truly 20/20. However I believe there is A Lot of Upside in these "Pot Stocks" as Legislation becomes more & more Accepting of this Industry Again! Either way Hold on its gonna be a Great Ride..;-)
