Websites, Products, Stocks and Assets!

Livewire Energy Chews (LVVV) Has been really doing A lot over the Last 6 months or so. Even though Bill Hodson has not had much to say there have been thing happening that's for sure.

When the whole APRU deal went down almost 5 Months ago now things defiantly took a turn for the worse and No One knew which way was UP and Which way was down.

Well Things have become a bit clearer and there are New accounts that have been added to the pile of locations that carry Livewire Energy. The place where the Stock is now seems to be Quite low and I am really hoping for a HUGE Turnaround. and some Great 2nd Quarter results. We shall see that's for sure We should see the 10Q in by sometime around August 20th or so. Most Everything will show on the LVVV Books However it will be interesting to see the APRU books as well that were "Cleaned Up" and we are expecting Announced Debt Deals and to see just how much it costs to operate this new Shell. LVVV is set to GAIN for Sure though it would seem.. ;-)

This New Website is thanks due to YOU the LiveWire Shareholders that Participated in the Open Letter and Demanded better Contact and to see answers to Questions that were Nagging at the Minds of ALL. Yes even the ones who were Bashing the whole process and trying to make Trouble for LVVV by Misleading Shareholders that Assets would be Moved to APRU and almost any Lie the could get a Grip on!

However in the end the shareholders won out as i figured it would go & Bill answered ALL of the questions that were asked and also built this site around the Idea of being able to keep Stockholders better informed.

DON'T let Information, Pumpers or YOU mislead you!!

Nothing is a Done deal here at LVVV it is a Ongoing battle to have a Conglomerate that sits on top of quite the nice pile of Assets. The First time I started using Conglomerate in My Blogs many of the Investors Laughed... LOL No they post the Same things and its no biggie. I LOVE IT!!! Now that's Action happening no matter how you slice it. Livewire is being seen differently by the Shareholders and I believe they have almost Built a foundation that given the Time to grow will bring Fruit in Abundance!

I do NOT Expect to see Every Product talked about on that or any other site made soon... Maybe.. But that's not really what its about... They are just things we can Chase down now. The Time Effort and Money Will go where the Interest is... Someone want a Protein Powder, Vape Oil, or ANY Hemp or other product... Well BAMM Livewire through its Vast amount of Favorable deals in this Arena can Capitalize on these deal and Middleman the Project Making a Healthy return for No Liability etc!! What a Deal for Livewire.

It is really NOT worth getting worked up over a bunch of logos being added to a Website that is being Improved just because it was rushed out Late.. And people Complained. I have spent hours on the phone and many emails to Tony as have others and YES he has the site looking better and Better but its thanks to Investor Input and The Ergogenics site should show all of the brands. This does not mean Production is Imminent or We will Skyrocket tomorrow however it is for SURE showing that they are getting more and more set up and getting a better Online presence.

Just do't set yourself up for letdowns. There is Nothing wrong with being Enthusiastic and Pumped up about Prospects I am NOT saying that... Just make sure your not Depending on that being what Doubles your money... This is a LONG Game and I believe will bring good Results Long Term.. Also to get others believing things that are a long shot will only hurt the share price in the end unless its True and actually happening.. ;-)

Watch out for the Pump

I believe the right steps are being taken however I believe that people like to distort the truth and try and Pump things up to seem like more than they are and in the long term that hurts the stock as people then get angry as things don't go as they thought. This is Especially true for Holders of APRU as they seem to cling to anything and Obsess about it Wrong or Right all it takes is a Slight Mention
and the Story Grows like Wildfire!

Things Develop Slowly Especially in the OTC world.. I will not be surprised to hear the announcement that the made some kind of deal to "extend" the Timeline on the drinks and No fine No being made yet.. Like I say they are going to Invest where they see fit to Invest. Right now there is NOT enough money to Spread around to every small project on the table. There are MANY things that COULD happen its ALL Speculation at this point besides what is released and out there for sure from the company.

There is No reason for a company to POP 50% 200% or anything of the sort over announcements they are thinking about making a product... Hell it does not even matter when They spin out $1000 to $12,000 Worth of product.

This should have VERY Minimal effects on the stock price.... I know some will hate that I say this but COME ON PEOPLE we are dealing with a company that has a Combined Market Cap of over $10 Million Dollars...

What we need here is SALES, Revenue & Profits!!

I look Forward to seeing Massive Increases in Bottom line Assets in this Quarterly Report and Who know what Surprise Announcements and things to do they have been keeping tight lipped about!

Apple Rush (APRU) Where it stands.

Noteholders & Disgruntled shareholders are the main Problem there I believe and Shaking some of them is what is taking place over the next year or so..

I think it is only part Market Makers & they are just feeding the need... Once a bit more of the larger old debt is diluted out via sales on upticks it should level out Somewhat. However that is around the timeline for a reverse Split. As I have Stated Over and Over... Its not happening Tomorrow it will be during the Perfect Storm of Share Price Coupled with The Threat of the Reverse Split for Current Debtor's Coupled along with the New Shares unlocking in 8 months or so and them wanting out Before and After the Split.
There are around 1 Billion or so shares from the first reverse Split and the Noteholders from that. Plus plenty of shareholders that have a extra 450 million to 600 million or so the can dump etc.

At this point we know part of that has been moved around because of the volume in the last months (it can't be all pumpers) however as long as a few hundred shares can move this stock away from .0002 it will be a Hot Potato I think and only good for flipping till real Profits and news come down the line.

Just Yesterday we saw Around 35 Million share SOLD at .0001 The Market Makers are Simply selling between themselves and sometimes Naked Shorting I am sure at .0001 and .0002 and selling them back slowly to people at .0003 & .0004 its downright Criminal!

There will just be a lot that Affects APRU in the Future since so many of the shareholders there have the same Short to Med term mindset Even the ones who say they are serious know the shoe will drop as well. They even post it all right on the boards its Obvious people are trying to Pump and Dump APRU and it makes it really hard for serious Long Term Investors to get on it. Long term all this Shaking out of the old is Good for all tickers I believe.

I have seen it posted that Management has Given UP on APRU!!

Management has NOT given up on APRU!

This will be a Long Process and that's a Known fact. APRU can float between .0001 and .0005 for a long time YEARS even.. Swapping back and forth. It Seems like some of the larger Debtholders from the Corr days are getting rid of some of their 1 Billion Plus shares and Of course a bit of Market Maker Manipulation makes for a nice trading week.

Point is its a known fact there has been Gobs of Dilution and APRU stock is trading at much more than its worth. The Market Makers will gladly sell you today at .0003 or .0004 what the bought yesterday at .0001 but that does not have anything to do with Management. They are doing good work just right now there isn't a lot that can happen here when they have to use Livewires accounts to sell products and have no money to advance. That doesn't mean APRU has been given up on it just means its a Shell sitting on a shelf waiting for the right timing.

Even the Investors here that Buy it know they are in Short to Medium hoping to get IN and OUT before a Reverse Split... No Its not forgotten its just being remodeled and is not in need to be a Reporting Nasdaq by next Quarter or anything.

Any Way you Slice it there is A Lot going on it just makes sense to use Caution for sure when looking at these OTC companies... There is a happy medium between that and missing the boat..;-)

One of the things I have seen hurt more OTC Stocks is the Misleading things said by Investors that don't come to pass.... Really it can Totally KILL any Momentum when people figure out it was all just a "Hope/Lie" SURE there are things announced that are Imminent however some thing that people pull out of reports goes from reading between the lines to adding things that are Untrue real fast!

Beware of getting Caught up in these things Rely on Truths and What you can actively Verify online in Company Reports NOT just the Words of some Nerd on Seeking Alpha or some Blog Like Myself!

Remeber Adia Nutrition (ADIA) and RushNet (RSHN) More Irons in the Fire that are being worked on By LVVV ;-)

Livewire is on a Roll and SOMETHING is Popping that's for sure! We know that they have some kind of commercial coming out Sometime a month 2 months 3 months down the Road Who knows. Honestly I would Rather see them Organize everything as needed before spending a Ton of money on a commercial and then Launching 2-5 Products Afterwards... it just don't make good sense and I believe they are Planned out better than that!

Finding Value & Info after Buyouts like LVVV & APRU

APRU is a Catacomb of Debt and Clauses or Preferences

In the OTC market as we all know it does not take long to run across a company that is Not so Up front and Honest about what it is doing or its intent. APRU was one of these companies and Previous Management ran it so far into the ground there was not even a market for APRU till just a short few months ago.

When Previous Management left they even took All of the Money from the deal and 80% of the Stock that was traded for the deal as well leaving APRU with a small fraction of the sales price. When LVVV made this deal it was known there was debt and Super Preferred Shares and All sorts of things to get in line and MANY Filings to place in order.

A LOT of work to say the least. Now partway along with their plan it is becoming quite the thing to consider as the RSHN deal now comes into light as well.

For Livewire APRU is a Bottom line Value coming soon.

Yes there will be a Value added to LVVV's Bottom line in the coming 10Q due the Getting so much APRU Stock. It should be interesting to see to say the least. To see how a deal like this works you can look to HEMP or FITX and see how they Run their Subsidiaries. Its a Great setup and will limit Livewire's Exposure when making CBD & Medicinal Marijuana Products. Having a Subsidiary especially a Publicly traded one will offer many Perks for Sure. and YES at some Point APRU will also be a Cleaned up company that just may be a pretty Good investment for LVVV. So far Bill could Already sell for much more than he paid and also There is now Opportunity on the Horizon for APRU as New Product are Unveiled and the New Subsidiary is Brought back to life. He I believe in the Deal I believe in APRU i just Believe in the Values that I have stated and will restate below..;-) However at this Point You will not hear all that Much out of me about it Please read on and see why NOW is the Time to Research LVVV and do what you think you should!

$5 Million Dollars LVVV Holds EXTRA in APRU Stock

WOW $5 Million dollars extra... Now LVVV already took $5 Million worth in the first half of these Super Preferred shares. This leaves the 5 Million more shares Worth $1.00 each and Convertible at 20% below market price of APRU stock.

You can figure these shares Either as $5 Million or as $6 Million in shares either way works

Where is the Bottom on this APRU Sinkhole

Well the Bottom is most Obviously .0001 for this Stock however with so many Billions of shares out there we also know that there is most likely a Reverse Split coming. This makes for a VERY hard to judge Stock price and Will Cost LVVV and APRU dearly when serious OTC Investors look at the Company.

Even at these Levels The APRU Market cap is Nearly $9 Million Still More than 50% more than LVVV's Less than $6 Million... Totally A total Farse.
APRU Has a Outstanding Convertibles and Preferred Share that it owes around $6 Million in Debt or Diluted Shares Depending on how you want to figure it.
A Reverse Split is Needed for APRU to Protect against Market Makers, Defend against Naked Shorting and Chase the Pumpers out of the Stock. Make No mistake about it this Reverse Split s coming.

Make no mistake about it...

Previous APRU Management Ruined APRU value and left it out in a field. Then LVVV bought APRU as a Project car NOT a Daily Driver... They already had that or would not have been looking for a Fixer Upper Company like APRU.

At the end of the day There is Still a LONG ways for APRU to fall so use Caution but I would Def be Keeping a Eye on ALL the Tickers.

Almost all I have said would happen has happened.

I have spoke Candidly about the APRU deal since the start. I have NOT been 100% on board about the way the company handled it in any way! My Blog and websites list all this out over the entire timeline. If you are on the I hub boards its easy to see who does not like me now. LOL Sure is funny I think... They did but just had to be dishonest and try and take advantage of any Investor who looked at the APRU tickers.

Its only a few people but Oddly enough they are the ones who scalped LVVV and ran over and Bought APRU. Those people are made because they lost their Ass trying to Pump and Dump APRU. I am glad they lost their Ass I sold and I talked Truth about where the deal was. That is the only way to be about it and that's for sure! Any others are People who were sitting on stack and stack of APRU shares and selling them to the Suckers who came over from LVVV.

At the end of the day There is Still a LONG ways for APRU to fall I have long said it would be down to .0002 and that's where it went. I have also stated it will be hard for it to go to .0001 Where it should be without a reverse split. Too much speculation hype and actual news coming hopefully... Either way its Inflated and the Market always will Correct it seems.

It has been A SLOW Process which I was worried of since day 1 and it will still be longer but in the end I believe LVVV made a Great Investment and the Share price has Suffered because of the Mess up in handling it and also people just simply not understanding the deals and Mostly the Outright Lies and Bad Rumors going around about LVVV/APRU started by APRU shareholders to artificially inflate the stock price trying to Cling to LVVV's Glory till we give them some of their own. This will of course happen once the name change and Hopefully a Reverse Split. There are about 9+ Billion more APRU shares due to LVVV when we convert the other 5 Million shares of APRU Super Preferred Stock. APRU has been Diluted A Lot and at least we know now more of where things stand. Not having this information out there for long, These things are Pulling LVVV down HARD and Once people understand the deal and things are on track and DONE all tickers should rally a guy would think.

So where is the APRU bottom? Whats a Good Price per share?

LOL.... That's the Million Dollar Question isn't it..;-) I look at it this way. With Current Market conditions It COULD go down to .0001 that's just a Fact of life... This is of no concern to Livewire and they bought in for 75% less than that. However for the Avg investor this could amount to a 75% loss and not very fun ride at that. On the other end YES a Reverse Split will come and Change the share structure of APRU its just good Business and it is Important to Establish a point that it all changed. I find it hard to believe it will drop to .0001 before the reverse split there is just too much speculation and Pumping and Dumping and Market Maker manipulation to fall there right now.

Corr messed this company up Almost to the point it was not worth saving... He just may have accomplished this with RSHN and as the clock ticks down to the end of the year so does RSHN's time as a Publicly traded company. If we do not hear something about them Positive SOON that will just Disappear. There are Deadlines that MUST be met by RSHN worse than that though they have not paid their state fees in 10 years, Owe over $40,000 PLUS lost a 3 Million dollar suit.. WOW Lot's of baggage... I am sure there is some deal that will be lucrative for all parties involved that could be reached... The only question is will it happen?

A reverse Split will be AWESOME Sign!!

APRU was never worth the Inflated Price it was at when LVVV Took over which is why they bought it for about 4% of Market cap or so.... Without Livewire APRU was Sunk and worthless. Now a Reverse Split is Needed to clean it up.

Right now people cant even choose to buy and sell at a good point. One second and the company Loses or Gains 50% Market Cap. This is Not a Gamble lots want to take. Putting the Number of shares in line and raising the share Price accordingly Would be AWESOME!! 500 for 1 would be a Great split rate Giving APRU about 44 million Shares and Should clean up most of the Convertibles next year after reverse Split or in fear of.

A Reverse Split was made just for this sort of thing and will put things in Perspective I think.... ANY share price is better than this...

Lets say they Bite the Bullet and went for the Full Deal and Reverse Split 2500 for 1 Giving APRU a $1 share Price AWESOME People can Better judge Value when you can Buy at $1.01 or Sell at .98

RIGHT NOW APRU IS A SCAMMERS PARADISE
That's Right I said it... The people making Money are the Market Makers.

If some Poor soul wants to sell $400 worth of APRU it can Swing the Entire Market Cap by 50% Utterly Pathetic Unbelievable and Not something that Attracts Serious Investors.

I am sure a Reverse Split is the right move and will be enforced. Honestly the only other choice would be a Hail Mary with upping the share count available and doing a Forward Split LOL... It would be one of the most Interesting things ever done Just go 3 for 1 Split to .0001 and Whammo no more Dilution...;-)

So glad i stood by what I believed!

WOW... I mean really a few of the LVVV Shareholders showed their true colors and that they are a Snake in the grass! It was sick to see these Liars run out there telling lies to pump up APRU and try and make it seem like it was worth more than it was. APRU was going DOWN and I stated it as I bought it. As i Researched More and More and found about just how many Super Preferred shares there were and seen the coming Dilution that others refused to see.. I was out and I broke even THANK GOD!!

These Shareholders have hurt LVVV pretty bad and it will take time to come back. They hurt LVVV by trying to Strip assets and claim them for APRU while giving No credit and not being willing to admit that LVVV would even get the shares that they got.... I have texts and messages from some of these shareholders chewing me out and telling me what I am supposed to say since I am Invested in LVVV LOLOLOL I can only Promote what I believe to be True and I look at the APRU Investment as My LVVV Investment Different than Some... I want to Value it at actual value when I talk about it Not DO what Other mods did and Promote that it was going to the moon from .006... WOW

Livewire stands to gain HUGE!!

YES I could have and Maybe I should have sold My LVVV at .14 and re-bought 3x as much now but I didn't and I do believe in this company. An I bought for a Longer term deal than that. I see A lot of Opportunity coming with Livewire and Cant wait to see this APRU Investment CRANKING ALONG YES I believe in the deal I LOVE what Bill paid for APRU and I see A Lot of Potential here to say the Very least!!

I do think APRU will prove to be a nice good clean shell that is valuable and will not only be a good investment for LVVV and give them a HUGE Bottom line Asset. But also be a Good stock to own directly. Right now there is just still a awful lot of room to fall. If you watch the stock on Level 2 you will see A Lot of the Orders are Market makes and they are on BOTH sides Buy and ASK and not only that they are Buying at .0002 and selling at .0003 and .0004 SO MUCH MARKUP FOR THEM!!

I would Not sell APRU at .0002 Sure there is possible downside to .0001 and Reverse split in the cards BUT also there should be product releases as well but we have seen that already with Livewire and other companies it is just not moving stocks like it was 6 months ago..;-(

Things have been happening that Bill has been sitting up for Quite Awhile.... So like anything there is Good and Bad.... however When you Include the $5 Million in Super Preferred APRU has around $13 Million to $14 Million in Issued Stock compared to LVVV having about 6 Million Outstanding stock Well thats off. SO still the company that owns APRU is worth less than half as much as a shell that does not even do anything yet... In fact Any order you place still has to go through LVVV since Apple Rush or Applied Herbaceuticals is not set up yet. They are simply being Supported by LVVV. Any Product you buy... Payment will go to LVVV... It will take time to get APRU in order but when they do yeahhhh Buddy Livewire will be firing on all Cylinders and gain back some fast value I would think..

I do not have very much more to say on the APRU subject anymore and since it has hit the targets I predicted a Few weeks ago I believe that is where we are till the impending Reverse Split and the we can All run up on all the things that have been set up. However APRU must Shake some Convertibles Next year and actually get some Sales or at least its own paypal account for online sales. I have one more Blog on this subject Planned and that's about it... Back to just Other things it is..;-)

Basically where APRU is now is just closer to being a Gamble that's Inflated. Not near the Ludacris Market Cap it held in March do Much leveler Playing field but still in need of Clarity..;-)

There are New Products and Big Things coming for LVVV and APRU make sure and keep an eye on the there is Buying Opportunity out there on APRU at 25% to 50% less than Market price. Research these stocks and Place your bets gentlemen! ;-)

As Washington becomes the second US State to begin Recreational Retail sales of Marijuana. The year should Prove a Interesting 3rd and 4th Quarter for these Stocks. For MJNA and HEMP the Quarterly Reports for Quarter 2 looked Pretty good.

How To find More Information on your Stocks.

Sometimes it seems there is More info in a Partners PR's than Your Stocks PR's. This is NOT unique to any one ticker. In this Blog we will look at a couple of Situations where the Stock a person is Researching may have Very Valuable information that you should know Tucked away in another companies PR"s or 10Q, 8k etc.

NEW LiveWire (LVVV) Information Below!

Long gone are the days of looking up your Stocks in the Newspaper using a Highlighter to keep track... In fact most Investors today never even had that wonderful pleasure...;-) I have been around the Block... A few times.. In fact Im still walking around the Block learning new things daily!

In the below Examples you will notice that the information in the other companies reports may even be more Key than the information in the one you are interested in. There is A Lot to consider and I wont get into it much but OTCQB or another or if its OTCPINK or a Pink Sheet Company.

The Pink Sheet Companies are the very very bottom of most Any companies i know of. In the Pinkies Markets there is A Lot of room for Manipulation. Pink Sheet Stocks are not Required to report all the same things of a OTCQB Company and the only thing worse than a Pink Sheet stock from a Information standpoint is a Stock trading on the Grey Market. Money can be Made and Lost no matter OTCQB OTCPINK, NASDAQ or NYSE etc etc.

Its not ALWAYS a Defining Factor BUT One must be Extremely Vigilant in Researching these Lower Quality Stocks. Not only when Buying them but they are a CONSTANT Upkeep issue and the Research must be done through other companies sometimes.

Why is Stock information Hidden like this.

Well it's really not hidden and the reasoning has to be on a case by case basis. From Buyouts, Purchases of Majority Control, Subsidiary' s, Partnership Ventures. Joint Ventures...On and On and going by MANY Diff descriptions. Whatever the case may be there are MANY Reasons to Research ANY Company your Stock is connected to if you are serious at all about your investing.

Remember some Investors are NOT Serious. Most you run into never invest enough to matter. The number of eople who own $50 to $500 in a Stock is AMAZING and they are the Loudest it seems..;-)

Ok first off lets Look at the LiveWIre Ergogenics (LVVV) and the Apple Rush Company (APRU) Connection.

There are MANY reasons to keep up on whats going on at BOTH of these Companies no matter Which one you are invested in. Many months ago LiveWire Effectively Gained Majority control through the past "Management" of the Shell APRU. Livewire Maker of the LiveWire Energy Chews got one Hell of a Deal and has somewhere over 90% of the combined stock in APRU through 77% Common Stock and $5 Million Due from APRU from the Super Preferred Shares they Own It just depends on how you figure it.

The Plot is simple LVVV made APRU its Subsidiary and will use this shell to shield the Main Company from Legal Hassles dealing with Marijuana and Hemp or CBD Products

What we are looking at here is the Company LiveWire Ergogenics who has Bought out... In this case Apple Rush Company (To be Changed to Applied Herbaceuticals at a later date.)

Apple Rush is one of these Pink Sheet stocks and Information is VERY Limited on them. In fact the Corp did not file for MANY years. There are MANY Problems including Debt and Management Problems etc This is Why they became a Buyout Opportunity in the first place.

With just a Tiny bit of Money Bill Hodson took Livewire Forward and Completed a Majority Control Buyout of APRU. This creates a MESS of Books and things that are even hard to imagine. Also in this case Bill took on the task of putting right all the books of APRU a VERY Tedious task I am sure.

On LVVV's end it caused a Large Immediate DROP in the Stock . There was many Pitfalls I wont get into like Illicit Pump & Dumps By Jilted APRU Shareholders and Confusion And Scalping it Caused at LVVV... When the dust all settled it this process was VERY Costly for LVVV but in the end there is a HUGE amount of Value here that has been created and will be unlocked at a Later date..;-) Even as soon as this Quarterly report we should see APRU as a Asset Value Showing up on the LiveWire Ergogenics Books!

Information on APRU is Scarce & likely will be for some time.

Looking at it from both sides here the company doing the buying and the company being bought there are MANY Considerations.

400% more Stock in APRU was issued overnight
People who were Invested in APRU were riding a Wave that was about to hit the shoreline
LVVV Gained a HUGE Profit By paying a Pittance for the APRU Shell
APRU Shareholders lost around 80% value right away and the Stock actually went up on that news as the Pumping started
There was Never any chance for APRU to go up and most who bought it lost money and A Lot of it. Anyone who made money was already laying there lurking.
Market Makers are the ones who made the money here with all the naked shorting and such they made a Mint on LVVV and APRU and they fell
Everyone is Confused that owns both tickers and Information is Blurred between Fact and Fiction right now
In situations like this there is most ALWAYS a Reverse Split!
The Books on APRU are Current now up till last Quarter and new ones are due out in about a Month
APRU will get New Products from LVVV in this deal to sell
Right now APRU is Still selling Nothing and ANY sales of the APRU is going through Livewire NOT Apple Rush.
LiveWire Needed a Shell to Defer Liability for CBD and Marijuana Products

Some things are Obvious and some take just a bit more research and that is just what this is about. Most of this info is something you would have to read up on LVVV to learn.

When the LVVV/APRU deal Took Place No one knew much of anything and No one could say for sure the facts of how the deal was going down... That is unless you were Lucky or Smart enough to read the LVVV PR's and 8k 10Q Reports. This has been the case with APRU No information being released and the shareholder cry about it many times a day. Problem is ALL of the Information they need is being released... AT LVVV..

LVVV is the Reporting company here and Not only that they are the one in control... You Cannot look a APRU and get the full picture you MUST look at the LVVV news to get anywhere near the complete story here.

For Months APRU Shareholders have went out of their way to talk Poop about Livewire and its Products. There was a HUGE misunderstanding here from the word GO! At first they only thought there was 4.8 Billion Shares out standing and Promoted that when actually by the time they got any more info that number was actually Mid 20's Billion shares PLUS a $5,000,000 Debt or Preference hanging over there head in the form of Super Preferred shares.. WOW and these Newbies never even knew the Super Preferred Existed or there was a Increase.

All they had to do was read a 8K for LVVV and they would have known at that point 4 Months ago that a 300% Immediate Dilution had occurred! Below you will see that 8k From LiveWire.

Many more things like this were there for the reading... They were either Ignored with Ill intent or not found due to lack of looking or possibly Common Sense..;-(

Anytime I as a LVVV and at that time a APRU shareholder spoke truth about the deal I would RIght Away be attacked and it was sad i was Bashing...LOLOL Why Because I can read... People seemed to think I should stick to talking about the opportunity and NOT what the company was worth. That is in NO WAY Possible!

One MUST have a good idea of the value of a company and its assets to Invest or its just plain Gambling. Though Lots LOVE investing this way I think of it more as Poker and the Odds being VERY easy to control. In life there are chices we make and I am PROUD that I have spoken the truth about how I feel about this deal on the way down. I thank GOD that I did not jut throw in and act like it was all roses and Whisky all the rest of the year because that attitude cost a lot of people a lot of money!

Many Investors who were in the know early or already investors Right Away started Pumping the Stock trying to get the price up. There is No Doubt in My mind people with Huge amounts of shares have made a lot of Money Scalping APRU in the last 4 months!

Right Now is a Time to Research and Possibly Double Down.. Thats all on you to decide..;-)

LVVV is selling for .043 to .047
APRU is trading at .0002 to .0004

At this time APRU has to go up 15 to 30 times it's current price to reach it's old high...

On the other hand Livewire only has to go up 2 Times Current Value to get back to its High.

LVVV has Value, Assets and a Track Record that is Positive with Investors so A Lot of Implied Goodwill to hold the price in there However APRU is lacking in ALL those areas because APRU is truly overvalued. The current share count does NOT allow the Market to put a Fair value on the Stock.

It is Very Obvious both stocks went down

The figures are this.. If you had $10,000 you invested in LVVV at its high at around . 13 to .14 you would only have like $3500 left now
That SAME $10,000.00 Invested in APRU from that tragic day You would be Lucky to get $333

A HUGE Difference to say the very least.

For LVVV I believe there is a Buying Opportunity. For APRU it really makes it hard with all the manipulation and the fact it can fall or rise 50% in a minute. In fact if you look at the trades you will notice it Popped UP on Friday because someone Purchased .15 cents worth of Stock. A bid Paint of the worst Quality... WOW there is a Long ways that ANY Stock can fall but the Dilution has not been fully snuffed out of APRU yet and there is still around 1 Billion shares on the market and Tradeable that are in the Hands of Previous Debtors from YEARS ago and they will be able to dump into any rise in Share Price at APRU putting a Constant Pressure on the Stock... I will get into this more Tomorrow on my new Blog about Why a Reverse Split is GOOD for some companies like APRU.

This here affects one of My Main holdings LVVV and in a few ways. This is where I would like to see lots of Improvement from Livewire in relaying some of the more Important things to Shareholders Quicker and in a more Full way.

It is just yet another reminder that one MUST read the Information released by companies that the Companies you are invested in are in bed with. This will give you a wealth of Knowledge and Sometimes put you FAR ahead of the rest of the class. This was the case partly with APRU no one knew cause No one read LVVV reports.. I was in the know simply because I read EVERYTHING on LVVV and knew Exactly how that would work out... In Fact Look out Belowwwwww... ;-)

Let's face it some people are just Stubborn and for whatever their reasons may be they will NEVER admit a Crack in their theories. Even if you line it all out for them and tie it up in a Pretty Pink bow.

It's NOT Our job to change their mind in any way shape or form. however sometimes it becomes needed to defend your company and its Investments from Lies and Illicit Pumps when these Bull Headed people Post things On Investors Hub or Facebook trying to get people to buy stock with False Information that never happens or worse yet shows up somewhere else it Hurts the stock.... In this case All of the Bill Hodson Stocks.

I Hub for the most part is easy to figure out there is either serious Conversation going on and actual discussion going on. If you simply read over the posts of any give board on I Hub You will quickly see either a Pattern of people Stroking each other and Filling up the postings with 1 Liners and Cheerleading It is a Good sign the Stock has many issues. With APRU it seems like anything that addresses Value or the Fact they got bought out just Pisses them off and they Cry Basher quicker than Santa Crys Dancer to try and dispell the very thought that APRU has been sold and Reorganized.

Be careful who you listen to on I Hub Everyone is hiding online and is too much of a "Girlie Man" to Poke their head up and even share on their personal Facebook walls. Their opinions are easily forgotten by just not addressing them. in the end no one knows who they are so what do they care they can just start over again as bobbiepublic022 next time instead bobbiepublic021

Holiday & Summer Pressure = Buying Opportunity.

Right now is a Pretty interesting time for LVVV Stock there is A Lot going on out there and at the same time people are expecting this or that to happen in a Flash... Well that's not the way it works. LVVV is a Longer term Play I believe will play out HUGE!

It is VERY Doubtful there will be news this week. HOWEVER Based on Regular timing and just thinking aloud I Totally expect to hear something Next week. I may be off by a week but I think that there is things that have went on since the last PR's and there would be no need to make these expensive PR's going into a EXTRA Super long Off weekend 4 Days almost!!

It's Summer and people Go on Vacation... Dad's are pulled away from their computers nationwide to take 1-3 week vacations and your stocks most usually will get Pressure in the July Aug Sept times Especially Heavy. This is most always a Buying Opportunity on the Strong ones and I DO Believe LVVV is one of these Stronger Stocks that is worth buying a Chunk of at the Bargain Basement prices LVVV is going for.

APRU Will Adds Value to LVVV But causes issues

These issues are Temp for LVVV However it has affected Share price at LVVV. APRU will add Value here in the Long run that is Why Bill Bought out the Shell.

At the same time Old shareholders and Debt Holders still have their Claws sunk into APRU Deeply. These deals happen all the time and all require a shakeout which has been underway for awhile. Its likely NOT over.

When Will there be News???

I expect new Products and announcements as soon as the first part of this month. All of this over time will add value to LVVV however for APRU I believe if thing go up there the older Convertible Noteholders and New Convertible Debt Holders will sell into any gains as we have seen happen in the past.

Bill got a Great deal on APRU Sure maybe there could have been a cleaner shell out there and maybe we could have started diff and Better without being connected to Bob Corr. However one of the things that made the APRU deal so unique is that the deal was for mostly all stock and not only that. LVVV Bought APRU at around 98% below the high rice when they Bought them out.

LVVV and Bill Hodson are for Real!

That is hard to find in a OTC Penny stock. However I have Met and Talked with Bill and other Management members Many times from LVVV and I get the feeling that they are Plugging along with Goals in mind. Sometimes things are not as quick as some think and Life may throw he curveball now and then. But Bill is in it to win it thats for sure. I really do enjoy being in on this opportunity at this early of a stage and from what i see at this time I feel I am in the right lace at the right time.

IDGC or APRU Shareholder Pump and Dumps are all the Rage...

Watch out for these tiny shells that use MOU's and PR's along with Shareholder organized Pump and Dumps to Promote their stock price. There are MANY of them trying to connect to the LVVV and APRU deal now as well. Sebastien DuFort With IDGC Global and PRCM with whoever is running the show there and many more have tickers that shareholder claim are connected to LVVV. on the ADIA deal Jason Combs recently started talking up a storm on I Hub after a long silence and oddly enough he is slinging mud.

These are all problems that will work themselves out over time but along with it comes a bit of Pressure on LVVV stock. When Corr goes off and makes these Outlandish MOU's that I doubt he can even come through on due to current dealings with Livewire. I have spoken to Tony from APRU where Corr made the Original deal and Tony has stated he is working on getting that situation under control.

I must admit with both PRCM and IDGC I looked at the tickers and did some research on them and back when they were cheaper they would have been interesting if not for the fact that they were just posting lies to promote their stock price. With this last one in gets burned game... Well I dont lay it although there may be profits to be made. As time goes on truth comes out they go down. Maybe someday they can rise on their own merit.

Keep the Trash Out!

Right now is a VERY important time in LVVV's History and YOU need to make sure and Research and Keep straight what is and is not true.. In the past people have been talked into selling LVVV to buy APRU and that just was not a good trade off.

I still Love my LVVV Stock and hope for a Bright Shiny Future I hope to see you there. I do Not own PRCM or IDGC but who knows I hear some fish do walk maybe a 10% stake is in order following a selloff ;-)

Seriously though these Tickers trying to get in on LVVV as a premium in this OTC world is long played out. People are able to easily dog on PRCM as a Shell etc and they have no connection to LVVV except to make a commission by middle manning a ad... Just like Buying a Extra Value Meal at McDonald's.. Its just a Purchase not PR for PRCM as a connection and new target... And IDGC... Well thats a Mess spurred by APRU Shareholders who follow Corr and are Savvy to Shady deals and Quick buying and selling from what I see. IDGC Got a Transfer of shares from its owner who owned them since long ago and simply transferred them to his shell. Sure he gets a Free ride for awhile and likely Dilutes out in the meanwhile if possible.. What a Game this is.
