LVVV APRU Deal has a long Road ahead But Work IS Happening!

Let's face it these kinds of things can take YEARS Not to mention trying to raise funding etc. I will not be focusing on the specifics of the deal made by LVVV But essentially Livewire walked away with controlling Interest in APRU for 95% off of market price an has been steadily doing work.... or so they say seems to be what people like to say about APRU. Then there is ADIA and RSHN Both needing work and Funding Which is the same Boat LVVV is in.. This is a Swamp of work but the Value in this Group of companies is Something that you should for SURE Research!

It is no secret that I on My Blog have said MUCH about APRU and in turn MUCH has been Misrepresented by people who claim i do not believe in Bill or Tony and the purchase of this company APRU.
Well that is just not true! I have always maintained that i liked the investment and thought that the shell was a Steal. I would NOT rally around many of the things being said over the last 6 months or so but I DO Believe that LVVV Got a Fair deal here and even with all the cleanup needed and Even if they lose RSHN to Taxes there is Much Value here that can be tapped. APRU Hit the bottom where I figured it would and YES I still believe in the Reverse Split coming. Am I right about everything?? Only so far.....

So now that we went over that....
Here is the Great news that Should make ALL Stockholders in LVVV and APRU a Bit Happier! YES There are plenty of people who will cry that nothing is happening or too many shares or who the hell knows But the fact of the matter is that things are happening Management is doing it to it!! It just takes time

You can Now Purchase he 7 Day Probiotic Direct from the Livewire Ergogenics facebook page. I hope to see new Products Added soon... However it remains to be seen if ANY Social Media will be able to work for Livewire Ergo because no matter if its a Investor or a Customer No one takes the time or energy to Follow and be a part of the Companies Facebook pages.

If each investor in Livewire would simply Share ANY Post or picture from The Companies pages or give them a "Like" everyday it would be a BOOM to the Sales of Livewire Energy!!!! It is not all on the clients and Investors though I have seen it come and Go in waves over the last year or so and I believe the Company lost out on a Lot of media by simply Not Interacting with people on Facebook like they should have... As a matter of fact its amazing how many people "Like" the page and how few "Likes" they get on Posts picture etc.

Anyway you look at it this is a neat addition to the facebook page and just another instance of Management getting the products out there and trying to sell them in all the areas possible. Actually this Backs up the 10K Report of doing MORE online sales!

There is positive news on Livewires Buyout of APRU. SOME of the APRU Investors are actually Promoting the Livewire Products as well now and this makes me VERY Happy to say the least! The Past Shady Management and Debt and Any of the issues that are out ther are actually NOT the biggest problem facing APRU it is the Investors of either company Accepting the deal. I believe that Apple Rush CAN be a Viable company and unlike RSHN which is now becoming more of a coin toss in the fountain as the end of the year nears.... APRU has had some work put in and is a Much better company because of it. We shalle see where it goes the sad thing is there is still likely far to fall considering a reverse Split that will be needed to loosen up shares scare out some debt and Shore up the Company! This in mind it is scary but one to watch and one that is in a Entirely different position than it was....

My Point of this?.... Well as more of the share holder bind together and get to know the other company as well the deal will get beter faster. Having Shareholder sit around coming up with off the wall things like going to $5.... Or.... Someone needs to Buy Bill out... Or... Do you think we will get a PR today is mostly just Morons with a few hundred bucks worth of stock unfortunatly they have nothing better to do than Publicly show they just dont understand life in general...

I believe that we will see products from this company. I do believe that the are working on things they said it is obvious wih the filed papers.

In the livestream you will notice Tony's answer to a question about APRU... It seems like he wants to say more but just legally cannot.... Hmmmm Intersting Stuff... NO A launch of Apple Rush Juice will NOT send this to the moon and there are literally HUNDREDS of companies that Launch new products every week around the works... Anyone with a few grand and a Pipe Dream can also Launch their product... It may cause some movement and it should...But just the kind that you should be ready to MOVE on if you own it... There are A Lot of issues going on that APRU will need to get under control and soon.... Treading water is its best Option right now it would seem..;-)

It is INSANE the Markup that MJNA is making on their RSHO. Do the math MJNA get about $600 for 2.1 or 2.4 Grams of CBD in their 21% or 24% I forget.. Is LVVV Stock a Buy now??

No clue that's your job.... Its been a Ride that's for sure and it is in a range now where people can go either way and hopefully NOT lose too much.. At the same time all of the hanging on and waiting have been for a announcement just like this... I will comment more on this later I am sure..;-)

ANY way you look at it this Chinese CBD deal is HUGE news for LVVV and should be interesting to see what happens as the news makes its rounds for the next few weeks. CBD Production in China is the next logical step here in this Fiasco that is American Legalization.

NT-10Q Stock Reports and 10K Report Information LVVV APRU RSHN

Will LVVV or ANY Particular Stock Ticker have a good 10Q?

A good 10Q huh WOW Now that's a good one you have a Crystal Ball?? There really is just no way to know there are far too many variables. Not only that other things may also pressure a stock like the Overall market of Who knows??

I am looking at one of My Larger holdings wondering this Exact same thing.. And Really I dunno. It really sucks to stand out from the crowd and be looking at things rationally... However with this particular Stock the 10Q could be Very Mixed to say the least... As a Matter of fact I wholly Expect a NT-10Q from Livewire Ergogenics (LVVV) and possibly Apple Rush (APRU) it just Depends on what they put on the Quarter Reports and what they save for the Yearly Report..;-)

I have had a VERY Long approach with LVVV Stock and had I been more of a "Trader" I would be up a Heck of A Lot more right now thats for sure. That said with all that Livewire Ergogenics seems to have going on as of late it seems like it is a STEAL! I would NEVER tell someone Buy this Stock or anything of the sorts... However LVVV Stock deserves to be looked into at least..;-)

New deals should Add Revenue!

There are MANY New deals that have been struck There have been reports. It is still not known to us just what will be finished and on these Quarterly Reports & What will be left for the Yearly but we have seen that there have been some Massive Changes that should be very interesting to see the result of. I am sure of 1 thing.. There will likely be something in there someone will hate.

The APRU Stock Takeover of 2013

Apple Rush and RushNet Or APRU and RSHN Whether you like the deal or not... It happened and is "Official" now no 2 ways about it.

APRU is By no means a DONE deal. There was Massive Debt that had to be Exchanged for New Convertible Debt. We still do NOT know what this actually cost APRU. We know people were throwing around the Numbers .05 cents or .10 cents on the Dollar. I believe if this were the case we would have already known.

Bill Promised this would be taken care of BEFORE the deal was official.. As any Business would. We have NOT heard how much for and I do NOT believe a deal was reached for anywhere near .05 cents on the Dollar. Were talking about many Millions in Debt here this Amount being LOW would be a HUGE PR so you can bet your last Nickel it was Not a Nickle.

This Final Number will play on the Price of APRU at some point it would seem. It will have to be figured in somehow for APRU

Hanging in Limbo

Right Now APRU is just hanging in Limbo and NOT releasing ANY of the Information and I really wonder if this will change with the 10Q. Sure there is Information we would Like to know and there is ever Information that they Could Share.. We have no clue what will be in those reports though... There are many thing that they will be able to hold off until the 10K... Let me say that Again.

Many Things may NOT show up in the 10Q for LVVV or APRU.

Yup.... Makes me sick to think we could have to wait even Longer but that is a for SURE Possibility!! Not that this is bad in the Long term of things but it could cause a shakeout of more weak Investors etc. LVVV of course Files Quarterly 10Q Reports and Annual 10K Reports like any Public non pink company.

With this in mind there are MANY Different Accounting Practices and Ways of doing things. I am starting to think that this just be the case here and we will be waiting 3-6 Months longer to know the Many things we would like to know.

All in all i expect a Overall Positive 10Q and I cant wait to do some reading.

What about RushNet (RSHN)

Indeed.. What about them... We hope they can get something done for them. However the Clock is Ticking and it is happening fast. For Rushnet to even keep a Publicly Traded Status they must come up with $40,000 by the end of the year there is MUCH that can be said on this. And there is MUCH that NEEDS to be done. However the "Rush" to talk about this one can wait for Now... Even though there is Great Need at RSHN It is Unlikely that much can be done at the Present.. APRU will likely get Funds first and of course LVVV and Adia Nutrition (ADIA). It would be Most likely the Work and the Funds will Support LVVV and APRU Before it can be spread out to ADIA and RSHN. No matter how you slice it though Bill has a Lot of Irons in the Fire and its getting warm.. Huge things ahead I am hoping..;-)

Reverse Stock Splits Good or Bad Split Stocks

It's all about Timing

Stock Splits and a Reverse Split can happen at ANY time and for Many reasons. Financial or Personal As a Ploy or as a Tool. Yes the Stock Market is full of loopholes and Tricks or Tools to impact stocks in many ways some good some bad. In fact some things that are good for 1 Company may be Wrong for or Bad for another company. WOW..... That's the way it goes though No matter how similar they may seem each stock is different and has Metrics and such that have to be carefully examined by management for every step or they will miss Opportunity.

Forward Stock Split on Shares And Reverse Splits

How your Investment will fare all depends mostly on how strong of a Value the company has to begin with the reverse split does not change ANYTHING about the Value of your shares either way they will be the exact same by scale.

One of the Major reasons that people believe that a Reverse Split makes a stock go down is Timing and just when the companies do it. There is A LOT more to it than just simply Adjusting the Number of shares.

The Big thing Reverse Splits accomplish is they Clean up companies from Noteholders who want to sell either way. They dont care if they sell at .0003 or at .73 after a Split either way they are selling.

The stock is only worth what its worth.. It will go up or down either way just splits Forward or Reverse have perks. They are a way for companies to take control of their shares and Increase their value over time!

With companies like APRU that have Large amounts of Convertible debt it is going to hurt a lot less if we can get them out around a Split instead of now They could Crash APRU to No Market and hold it down in the Dumps with no action for Years unless Changes are made at the right times which Protects the Company as much as possible.

It is almost funny how predictable people are. They Make the same pumps over and over and anyone who has been around long enough Knows they are buying and selling or if the Person is a True Long in companies. Either way the Boards are a Place for opinions and now personal attacks and suck it's funny how when peoples lies are exposed how angry they get..LOL Either way if I am going to type it I may as well put it here and keep it for all.. That makes it VERY Obvious what happened WOW

APRU is just Floating Shell till it's Salvaged

Just like a Project car getting restored.
Since they are Connected I am 100% behind both Stocks. One of the only Problems is the Actual Value of APRU and Including the $5 Million in Super Preferred Shares it Hands APRU a Market Value of Nearly $12 Million or Nearly 200% the Price of the Parent Company... Crazy talk not only that were dealing with a Shell that Bill paid less than $400k for.

Between 50 million APRU shares Dumped at .0001 and .0002 and Odd trades Buying Just .38 cents of stock in a Purchase it is Obvious there is MUCH to shake out over there... There is A billion shares from past debtors that will weigh on the stock and it is a Market Makers Playground as the Buy at .0001 and slowly make 200% on Pumps and Mislead Investors.

Its not a Question of IF a Reverse Split with APRU its a Question of when... We know thats a Timing thing and will be when they can shake out the Optimum number of shares Before and After the Split... It really makes no difference if APRU falls Before or After the Coming Reverse Split either way is Good for LVVV

Livewire paid only .000026 or so for APRU Bill knows that APRY was not worth .003 or even .0003 if it was Livewire wouldent have paid so little

Fact is Livewire Paid just under $400,000 for 77% or APRU & has a $5 Million dollar Note from APRU due upon demand as well.

The share price today reflects LVVV paid about 94% less for 77% of the Company There is No need to sit around and try and Prop up a share price like this..

APRU Printed over 16 Billion extra shares for Livewire and there is No need to Misrepresent their Value here No way those shares are worth any more than $1 Million Flat out The Note is Worth MAYBE a Extra $500,000 Hopefully once Dilution hits so 1.5 mil off of $400k is not to shabby.

Once APRU reaches a Fair Value it will be nice to see growth there As it is now they cannot even Accept payment without using Livewires accounts. There is MUCH work to do there and as it is done we should see value added to both stocks however trying to overvalue APRU is Not smart for Investors.

As it is Now The Stock that LVVV owns in APRU is worth almost 2 Times the Market value of LVVV.. The sooner things fall in line the better.

A reverse Split will not happen at APRU till the Timing is right. They must shake out as much Old Debt Before And After the Split as possible. I am Confident they Will Time it as needed... This is likely one of the reasons Why we see no sales through APRU and its all being sent through LVVV... APRU is just a Floating shell for now... Over time it will get some PR's here and there and there will be pumps and all sorts of fun stuff meanwhile...

Its Important to remember LVVV only gave up about $400k for the APRU and RSHN Investments and it is NOT too much cost considering all. It should be interesting... However the Faster APRU gets to a Real Value and not a Pumped inflated value the better... Just Real Products Real Sales and True Increases in Assets are needed here & there.

A Overvalued Asset helps LVVV none!

To boot No one is fooled by a incorrect value. Even If all the internal work is done at LVVV and APRU is done for this Quarter on the Buyout and we get to see it... Still APRU would be Overvalued to closing of that quarter which is Much higher than it should be.

People will read the reports and check it out they will know. And along those lines its Obvious APRU is Overvalued by far since the parent is worth like 40% less even with its assets taken into account.

If this was actual value than

16 Billion Shares of APRU = about 5 Million + $5 Million Super Preferred

WOW LVVV would own More APRU stock than the Entire Market Cap of EITHER Company... It will all level out and be taken into account it will just be a Much Smoother process at a Share price that does not cause panic with each and every trade.

It does not really matter if APRU Falls in this side or that side of a Reverse Split or After the Reverse Split. The Dilution is coming when the New Debt is Unlocked in the coming months and as we can see the old debt is Unloading at .0001 and .0002 as fast as possible.

A reverse Split will allow Companies & Investors to Buy or sell without Pushing the Stock Up or Down by 33% to 50% over Trades that do not and should not effect the stock....

What was it today on the first APRU trade a 1266 buy at a total investment of .38 cents WOW they only have to make 31 times their investment to make Money there.... Come on....

Pumpers, Dumpers, Liars Hurt LVVVStock

I have sent A Lot of people to look at LVVV ADIS APRU and RSHN Stocks Among others. LVVV is My Favorite of My holdings and the one I work on the Most. There is a HUGE Problem of Pumpers & Dumpers here though and I want to put out this Alert and Warning so people are in the know... Be CAREFUL!!

It matters NONE where You go... I hear People Talk Crap about Yahoo Finance Investors Hub, Investors Hangout The Motley Fool on an on.. Its NOT the Websites that are the problem nor will they Ever be. I LOVE reading Investors Hub and Seeking Alpha. It is important however to take some things as a grain of sand. If you latch onto just ANYTHING that ANYONE Posts and take it as truth you are only sitting yourself up for failure! Investors hub and these other places are GREAT Places but the post are just like anything ONLY Opinions or sometimes Lies to Pump or Bash for personal reasons. As with ANYTHING in Life it is Important to be on your toes and Verify Verify Verify!!!!

The Pumping Pricks are back... But wait there's MORE.. They are Pumping ADIA this time!

If you were a Dentist wouldent you make sure that you didnt hurt people with Shots? And If you were a Drug Doctor and you counted Pills into a Bottle for a Living. Would you not do your best to make sure that people got the Correct Pills instead of Giving someone a upper instead of Heart Medicine?? Of Course you would. MOST people are pretty Honest and do not enjoy Lying and Misleading people and truthfully we are all FAR to Trusting in life. There are about a Half a Dozen Investors that will do ANYTHING and say ANYTHING just to get a 10% 50% even 100% Pump so they can sell and start over. The main Ones getting these Toxic Pumps right now are ADIA and APRU

ADIA has been taken into like CRAZY this weekend. The main person doing this pump does the same things over and over profiting on you. He has worked his way through every stock in the Family of LVVV Brands and many others as well. I used to know this Lying Shill but have since Blocked him from all my Sites I could... The guy is Toxic and a Liar in every meaning of the word!

The Latest ploy is to Claim we can order ADIA Products on the ADIA Website... This person KNOWS this is NOT True and Will NOT help the stock.. He tried this before and we had to call Tony verify this prick was full of shit and go on damage control.... Once agaon its the same deal DO NOT ORDER ADIA PRODUCTS THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE YET!!!! The website is simply being set up and should work when the company is ready to start making products again.\

For now ADIA does NOT make anything again yet and is just treading water sitting on a Shelf... There is Nothing to Hype when there is Information the Company will make a Formal Announcement

LOL...Yup they are too lazy to even dream up a New Pump... It was Claimed when these Investors Crossed in ADIA these SAME Claims Product is for sale, Paypal is working etc etc etc

Even going as far as to take some washed up Video that has been out there for almost 2 and a Half years claiming it is a NEW Video.. LOL It's OLD and honestly should be taken down its Embarrassing to say the least... 360 hits or so in 2 and a half years... And Most have came from these last 2 Pumps.
That ADIA video got less hits in around 2.5 years than most uploads get in 3 to 6 hours... I doubt new management can even log into that account ADIA Has been and IS in a holding pattern for a LONG time even Previous Management expects nothing soon.

Someday LVVV may be able to make a go of it AFTER they take care of APRU and RSHN... But thats FAR down the Road and as Hot headed as Previous Management is over there I really Expect a Shipwreak just as easily as a deal.

I like ADIA in fact I like the entore basket that Bill Hodson is working on. However its Important to remember most of these companys ADIA RSHN APRU are like Beat Up Rusty old Project cars and will take time to get running again! Livewire Energy Chews (LVVV) Has been really doing A lot over the Last 6 months or so. Even though Bill Hodson has not had much to say there have been thing happening that's for sure.

When the whole APRU deal went down almost 5 Months ago now things defiantly took a turn for the worse and No One knew which way was UP and Which way was down.

Well Things have become a bit clearer and there are New accounts that have been added to the pile of locations that carry Livewire Energy. The place where the Stock is now seems to be Quite low and I am really hoping for a HUGE Turnaround. and some Great 2nd Quarter results. We shall see that's for sure We should see the 10Q in by sometime around August 20th or so. Most Everything will show on the LVVV Books However it will be interesting to see the APRU books as well that were "Cleaned Up" and we are expecting Announced Debt Deals and to see just how much it costs to operate this new Shell. LVVV is set to GAIN for Sure though it would seem.. ;-)

The new Livewire Ergogenics Website is live and you can see that now. It is NOT a done thing and Tony is adding to it almost Daily now and we should see some neat things coming up there.

This New Website is thanks due to YOU the LiveWire Shareholders that Participated in the Open Letter and Demanded better Contact and to see answers to Questions that were Nagging at the Minds of ALL. Yes even the ones who were Bashing the whole process and trying to make Trouble for LVVV by Misleading Shareholders that Assets would be Moved to APRU and almost any Lie the could get a Grip on!

However in the end the shareholders won out as i figured it would go & Bill answered ALL of the questions that were asked and also built this site around the Idea of being able to keep Stockholders better informed.

DON'T let Information, Pumpers or YOU mislead you!!

Nothing is a Done deal here at LVVV it is a Ongoing battle to have a Conglomerate that sits on top of quite the nice pile of Assets. The First time I started using Conglomerate in My Blogs many of the Investors Laughed... LOL No they post the Same things and its no biggie. I LOVE IT!!! Now that's Action happening no matter how you slice it. Livewire is being seen differently by the Shareholders and I believe they have almost Built a foundation that given the Time to grow will bring Fruit in Abundance!

I do NOT Expect to see Every Product talked about on that or any other site made soon... Maybe.. But that's not really what its about... They are just things we can Chase down now. The Time Effort and Money Will go where the Interest is... Someone want a Protein Powder, Vape Oil, or ANY Hemp or other product... Well BAMM Livewire through its Vast amount of Favorable deals in this Arena can Capitalize on these deal and Middleman the Project Making a Healthy return for No Liability etc!! What a Deal for Livewire.

It is really NOT worth getting worked up over a bunch of logos being added to a Website that is being Improved just because it was rushed out Late.. And people Complained. I have spent hours on the phone and many emails to Tony as have others and YES he has the site looking better and Better but its thanks to Investor Input and The Ergogenics site should show all of the brands. This does not mean Production is Imminent or We will Skyrocket tomorrow however it is for SURE showing that they are getting more and more set up and getting a better Online presence.

Just do't set yourself up for letdowns. There is Nothing wrong with being Enthusiastic and Pumped up about Prospects I am NOT saying that... Just make sure your not Depending on that being what Doubles your money... This is a LONG Game and I believe will bring good Results Long Term.. Also to get others believing things that are a long shot will only hurt the share price in the end unless its True and actually happening.. ;-)

Watch out for the Pump

I believe the right steps are being taken however I believe that people like to distort the truth and try and Pump things up to seem like more than they are and in the long term that hurts the stock as people then get angry as things don't go as they thought. This is Especially true for Holders of APRU as they seem to cling to anything and Obsess about it Wrong or Right all it takes is a Slight Mention
and the Story Grows like Wildfire!

Things Develop Slowly Especially in the OTC world.. I will not be surprised to hear the announcement that the made some kind of deal to "extend" the Timeline on the drinks and No fine No being made yet.. Like I say they are going to Invest where they see fit to Invest. Right now there is NOT enough money to Spread around to every small project on the table. There are MANY things that COULD happen its ALL Speculation at this point besides what is released and out there for sure from the company.

There is No reason for a company to POP 50% 200% or anything of the sort over announcements they are thinking about making a product... Hell it does not even matter when They spin out $1000 to $12,000 Worth of product.

This should have VERY Minimal effects on the stock price.... I know some will hate that I say this but COME ON PEOPLE we are dealing with a company that has a Combined Market Cap of over $10 Million Dollars...

What we need here is SALES, Revenue & Profits!!

I look Forward to seeing Massive Increases in Bottom line Assets in this Quarterly Report and Who know what Surprise Announcements and things to do they have been keeping tight lipped about!

Apple Rush (APRU) Where it stands.

Noteholders & Disgruntled shareholders are the main Problem there I believe and Shaking some of them is what is taking place over the next year or so..

I think it is only part Market Makers & they are just feeding the need... Once a bit more of the larger old debt is diluted out via sales on upticks it should level out Somewhat. However that is around the timeline for a reverse Split. As I have Stated Over and Over... Its not happening Tomorrow it will be during the Perfect Storm of Share Price Coupled with The Threat of the Reverse Split for Current Debtor's Coupled along with the New Shares unlocking in 8 months or so and them wanting out Before and After the Split.
There are around 1 Billion or so shares from the first reverse Split and the Noteholders from that. Plus plenty of shareholders that have a extra 450 million to 600 million or so the can dump etc.

At this point we know part of that has been moved around because of the volume in the last months (it can't be all pumpers) however as long as a few hundred shares can move this stock away from .0002 it will be a Hot Potato I think and only good for flipping till real Profits and news come down the line.

Just Yesterday we saw Around 35 Million share SOLD at .0001 The Market Makers are Simply selling between themselves and sometimes Naked Shorting I am sure at .0001 and .0002 and selling them back slowly to people at .0003 & .0004 its downright Criminal!

There will just be a lot that Affects APRU in the Future since so many of the shareholders there have the same Short to Med term mindset Even the ones who say they are serious know the shoe will drop as well. They even post it all right on the boards its Obvious people are trying to Pump and Dump APRU and it makes it really hard for serious Long Term Investors to get on it. Long term all this Shaking out of the old is Good for all tickers I believe.

I have seen it posted that Management has Given UP on APRU!!

Management has NOT given up on APRU!

This will be a Long Process and that's a Known fact. APRU can float between .0001 and .0005 for a long time YEARS even.. Swapping back and forth. It Seems like some of the larger Debtholders from the Corr days are getting rid of some of their 1 Billion Plus shares and Of course a bit of Market Maker Manipulation makes for a nice trading week.

Point is its a known fact there has been Gobs of Dilution and APRU stock is trading at much more than its worth. The Market Makers will gladly sell you today at .0003 or .0004 what the bought yesterday at .0001 but that does not have anything to do with Management. They are doing good work just right now there isn't a lot that can happen here when they have to use Livewires accounts to sell products and have no money to advance. That doesn't mean APRU has been given up on it just means its a Shell sitting on a shelf waiting for the right timing.

Even the Investors here that Buy it know they are in Short to Medium hoping to get IN and OUT before a Reverse Split... No Its not forgotten its just being remodeled and is not in need to be a Reporting Nasdaq by next Quarter or anything.

Any Way you Slice it there is A Lot going on it just makes sense to use Caution for sure when looking at these OTC companies... There is a happy medium between that and missing the boat..;-)

One of the things I have seen hurt more OTC Stocks is the Misleading things said by Investors that don't come to pass.... Really it can Totally KILL any Momentum when people figure out it was all just a "Hope/Lie" SURE there are things announced that are Imminent however some thing that people pull out of reports goes from reading between the lines to adding things that are Untrue real fast!

Beware of getting Caught up in these things Rely on Truths and What you can actively Verify online in Company Reports NOT just the Words of some Nerd on Seeking Alpha or some Blog Like Myself!

Remeber Adia Nutrition (ADIA) and RushNet (RSHN) More Irons in the Fire that are being worked on By LVVV ;-)

How Series C and Preferred Shares are used in OTC Companies.

Float increases Although NOT as important as Outstanding share Counts and Shares that are actually Issued. They do stand out to a guy! Whats gonna happen WHY the Increase etc. Hands down there can be MANY reasons why this can happen and with a OTC ticker even if it's NOT a Pink Sheet stock there is NOT usually much News. Some Companies really try and Connect and Give their Reasons and such Others just Slap it on as the see fit and others Yet seem to Bring the "Iffy" News at the Times when you were hoping for a Rally. Companies with series C or most Any "Special" Class of shares will come with "Special" Voting rights on the Stock that make a Regular shareholders vote not a concern anyways. These are not truly Public companies they are in a Iron Grip of a few people and this is a Known fact going in. The hope is... Well You get your own hopes up... It is good to know its NOT all bad with lot's of companies.

No way to spin it!

These shares have NOT been Issued they are just available if need be. However when they are issued restricted of not they count to the Outstanding shares. Yeah a Investor can talk about it being "Locked up" or say that they will not count because the company will only trade them as Restricted. Well Stone the messenger here but that does not matter one bit. I feel it is Important as a Investor to figure your holdings from a TRUE Value perspective and I guess the point here is this

NO NEW SHARES WERE ISSUED!
The Available share count was raised by 33%
The Previous Shares added Value!

In the case on Livewire Ergogeics or Livewire Energy Chews We know for a fact that they are changing the Available Shares Partly due to Major Purchases and Partnerships they have started This & Last Quarter. We knew they would have to increase this Number soon as the had already has 134 of 150 Issued and the APRU deal to boot so they were almost maxed out. There is at least the need for a bit of a buffer and According to many ways of thinking this was needed.

Hempwire deal & others

The Hempwire deal used up some of the last shares as did the APRU deal You can see the disclosures for that in the MJNA 10Q released earlier this month. these deals will Grow the bottom line and Asset value of LVVV and to Boot this deal with Medical Marijuana is Very Important to long term sale of CBD to Livewire I think MJNA is the #1 way to go in Quality Hemp Oil!

The APRU / RSHN deal should also add to the Bottom Line Asset value of LVVV starting this Quarter. This has not showed up before and with APRU leveling out down towards a real Value its a GREAT Sign and once some of the Convertible Debt (Old & New) is shaken out over the Next year or so it should start being a good asset for Livewire and Interesting on its own I would think.

Even the people who Own APRU Stock now know they are only in it Short to medium Term. and it's because they also know there is a Reverse Split coming and just like the Noteholders many of them will abandon ship as well. Only time will scrub this Asset and although some "Fluffy" PR's May be coming out I look for there not to be much in the way of earnings at APRU anytime soon.... Why in the Heck would they Entice Convertible Noteholders to stay? In any Takeover in control the Goal i to shake any other debt and increase value. If it works LONG term Investors will Profit if not it will just hang and wait for the next "Deal" where LVVV can Profit Another way... They have MANY Irons in the Fire! APRU will add lot's of Value once Managements plan comes full circle.
