CBI Corr Brands IDGC deal gets rid of Bob even more!!

LVVV Moving along with the Plan.

There was a release Yesterday about CBI and IDGC... This release makes it clear how the "Other" Trademarks will be promoted By Bob Corr with a different company that he has now made some sort of deal with. IDGC long stagnant and They have been printing shares like Crazy over the last year. Has inked a deal to be the public shell for CBI or simply license Trademarks to them that much is still unclear. Which really just goes to show these guys are all just chasing stock right now. I look to see some deal similar to the LVVV APRU deal here between them and Corr and Dufort walking away with a bunch more stock to sell. And either way at least Bob's time is being spent elsewhere.

Other APRU shareholder Lied and acted like APRU would sell these other Trademarked Bob Corr Products and today we see that also is untrue.. Meanwhile they Love to say Im wrong and later it all comes out. No way to be but honest here... Thats all its really about and there are still a bunch of Lies being pushed at APRU it will take time to live all that down..;-(

Make no mistake about it LVVV is right where they need to be at this time. Sure the Share Price has went through WWIII and is Not in the best shape of the last year that's for sure. However we are in a Totally Different Position than we were 4-6 months ago and A lot of legwork has went down. Bill and Tony have worked hard on making sure this setup with APRU is the best it can be. In the end deals Change and for this reason or that reason are just changed as the boil out the details. This Obviously happened in the APRU RSHN deal or we would have heard about the debt of APRU in the last 10Q. If you look at HEMP you will see that they have Corps and Dummy shells like APRU that have been in Place With LVVV we are jut getting this set up later is time to rock. We Started in this process and once your in so far in is all you can be. Any way you slice it this should be a Profitable Venture in the end.

The latest is APRU Shareholders trying to Connect to IDGC in the New release from IDGC it is just not Honest and that is Just IDGC trying to attach to LVVV and APRU. Its a sentence or 2 that gets overblown by both sides back and forth and beat like Ike Beat Tina in hopes of Inflating stock prices.

IDGC and Sebastian DuFort is a Very Minor player in the whole scheme of things for APRU and IDGC only owns like 1/3 of 1% of the Outstanding shares 31 Billion including Super Preferred and they only own 135 mil so Nothing really... They would be Lucky to get $30,000 to $40,000 out of those shares.

APRU Shareholder are Causing drag still!

It is easy to ay I am Bashing APRU by being a Realist... This is not the case however... No Bashing here from me Livewire made a Great investment... Even with APRU at .0001 Livewire would be up 300% nearly!! I am all on board...But APRU has not set a Value yet... In fact with all the debt deals that we will hear about this Quarter it will show A lot... It will not be as pretty as expected or we would have heard about it last 10Q.

Over time as the Market figures out just how much LVVV paid and just how much Debt and Reorganizing there is to do APRU just keeps falling till people see value. Shareholders of APRU are Misreading and just simply Making up things. The People Who watch this every day and worry about the price per share and post a bunch of lies are the ones bashing APRU. Once all this is shaken APRU can go up. No one needs to bash this stock the shareholders do just fine at that on their own and I really wish it would stop.

Now they are trying to connect anyway to IDGC any way possible Even though it is already Public knowledge that there is no connection. it is Shady and just Not true.....

These Shady things are Why APRU is not taken seriously and falls Until the scams are shaken out it will be shaky... Well that and the fact its just not worth the Prices it has seen. And yes this hurts Livewire and has dragged it down.

Its always the same story and some APRU Shareholders have argued with me all the way down from .004 to .0035 and they have lost almost 90% since then.... It is sad to see for those who believe the Hype.

The CEO of APRU does not even own stock and is TEMP in his Position... He took payment just awhile back too and could have got APRU stock but took LVVV instead... That also speaks HUGE about the direction here.

I dont care one way or the other there is tons of value here when bottom is found... Well From Livewires perspective at least. It will be interesting how profit here work out to say the very least....

"Hey Tony You got a Purchase order yet"

"Yeah Bill How do i pay for it"

"Oh I dunno just Sign this and Give me that money back we used to make this deal."

"Ok... How much is the price again?"

"Oh just leave it blank well see what happens & will work something out when you get more money to give me"

This is a HUGE deal and I would never Bash it. The setup could Never be better for LVVV. However I will look at it for what it is and in doing so place a fair value on Livewires Investment. And YES I still promote the chew and will promote ANY Product that comes down the pipeline as much as I can.

In the end No one will know when that perfect time to invest is. With the bid going down to .0003 today that is a good sign lower is best at this point... Will I ever Buy again? I really don't know... I might... There will be a Reverse split in the next 6-18 months and depending on how soon the 6 figures can be raised to uplist, How the Debt deal looks, and again mainly the impending reverse split. There is A Lot to work out thats for sure... We shall see.. For now I am happy owning My chunk via LVVV for now.

Marijuana Stocks dealing with Legal Medicinal Weed and Recreational as well. We all know this is a ULTRA HOT Industry and Companies are flocking to the game with cash and ideas. This is like a Gold Rush in California its HUGE!! I have written on this for a long time now and have gotten to know a lot of the players and what their angle is on this game. Let's face it the Big Corporate people Bribed and Scammed Marijuana into the Closet already once so there could be a lot of that at play here. However I tend to agree with the SEC the are a Awful lot of Scams out there. They have halted 8 Stocks in the last few months I have heard. However I also Lived through it with PHOT and That was NOT a Fun deal in the least. I believe PHOT is one of the Strongest and Best Pot Stocks out there and It got caught up somehow I have No Clue how Sucked for Me though..;-)

In the End No matter if you agree Pot should be legal or not and whether you Like what I am saying here. Fact remains you NEED to Research Marijuana Stocks ASAP

APRU Deal more unclear and Diluted

APRU is def Printing shares! I am Not a big time poster on IHUB But every once and awhile a poster will RE or Reply to one of my posting and I feel that I sometimes need to respond. HOWEVER... As I say something about a Stock My main concern is that My YouTube Subscribers and Friends on Facebook see the information

In a Nutshell 250 people on IHUB vs Over 25,000 on YouTube.. It's Obvious where I must Focus my efforts. SO I Will post Most things on My Blog & Or YouTube onto Facebook the IHUB sometimes Feel free to follow that channel and this website for updates..;-).

The Reply I Got Basically wanting me to "Approve" APRU or Change My Opinion on the Situation at hand.... I see no reason to do so... Nothing has changed.... Welll Besides APRU being Diluted by almost 80%

Below is my response on the matter.

APRU is still a main reason LVVV is down Sure Not what APRU Investors want to consider but....

As if the Extra 17 Billion or so New APRU shares were not enough. There is still all that debt that must be settled likely with shares again. Bill said settling that would be announced BEFORE the deal close..... I didnt see any announcement... Unless they settled it last week incognito... Not likely they would be proud of that if it had happened.

Or possibly the Noteholders all converted to shares of APRU at 50% of Market value last week as set forth in the Filings? and there is now 35 Billion to 45 Billion Outstanding APRU shares now?...

All the "PR" did is create more questions to stack on top of old ones for most every investor.. Well unless they own a bunch of APRU and dont want to look at facts etc.

Who knows but either way until all of this dilution which Hardly any of the Investors at APRU planned for. The Big Number APRU investors were Pumping is 4.8 Billion Outstanding .... However anyone that could read English could see they should figure on at least 12 Billion O/S... But 21 Billion... That was not figured in...
No one even figured the Debt would cost that many shares. There has to be still more dilution coming at APRU.

APRU is sort of like a chicken with its head cutoff until it is Revived in it NEW Form as Announced
Until the Current and Future Dilution is figured into APRU stock its a Problem for LVVV. Sure it COULD be held up the whole time on speculation.... Sure it's 1 Step closer... But Dropping the Ball and Not explaining the New Crap they knew would be a Question Like the New Bob Corr scam they have created with the HUGE Commission he could get or not I guess it depends on how you want to translate it all... In the meanwhile certain things just shows some Investors out of touch with Reality and Sometimes management is just not in touch with some of the basic duties of running this shooting match.

What does the Future hold??

Who the Hell knows.... LVVV paid its Officers almost as much as HEMP INC did... The big difference is HEMP is 10x Bigger in Market cap and 130x or so in sales. They have Assets... On and On comparing the 2 recently released 10Q's on and on and on... It makes it hard for Investors to bet on low revs and the future all the time. Management HAS to make things Clearer. They have went from being open to answer questions until all of the answer do not match the reports not there is no word from them.... Wonderful... I am hoping that they get things on track and there are enough people out there willing to be on LVVV especially with the way the APRU deal has TOTALLY Blurred what LVVV is& what it does and makes it harder for investors to Pick LVVV out of all the stars out there...

EVERYONE has to consider the fact that LVVV, FITX, PHOT, CBIS are all the same price now.. And there are so many buys out there.. LVVV HAS TO Start standing out more by getting back to being Clear on their actions!

Share structure is important but the other companies are so much farther along anf they have so much in sales that LVVV needs to stand out from the Crowd. Hopefully with the New Shells this will help us soon.

PHOT has already stood up to scrutiny of the SEC and could likely be a STEAL!!!

LVVV Conference Call on APRU RSHN

I would Not put too much Stock in this call.

Number one it has A Lot from Robert J Corr in it and I really don't know how much of any of that crap to believe. As far as What Bill Hodson or Tony Torgerud I really dont know. Most of what they say will happen, Well it seems at times like they are just hoping things go OK at some point.

What??? You dont believe they are working hard??

Well Not exactly... I think that they THINK that they are working hard.... If that counts for anything.

A Social and Online Investment world

This is a Whole Different kind of Investment world then it was in 2005 2000 or he 90's this market is ran by whoever can convey their Plan and what we do to the masses. Both to sell Product and to get the Stock Noticed.

One only needs to look as far as FITX to see this in action. Management at FITX has been on top of letting its investors know whats happening and as the rest of the market has went down over time. It has NOT been so Extreme in the case of FITX.

Standing up and Telling people what you do really can help the stock thats all there is to it... More Importantly NOT Conveying this Information can be the death of a company. LVVV Has done a Awful Job of getting out what they are doing or they are just not doing that much its pretty much one way or the other. No matter what the Facebook and Instagram accounts are hardly ever used except for simple postings that are to few and far between to matter. Something has to be done to up the amount of people that know about LVVV and at the same time to Tell the world what we do correctly.

Every single Goal that Management sets as a Timeline they miss... Every single one.. and They are the ones saying when it will happen. This month If I were betting on a 10Q or a NT-10Q there would have to be odds to get any action.

Like I say I would NOT put too much Stock in this Video I wanted to post it cause its Always neat to look back...

I remember My First Sharholder meeting in Butte Montana for Montana Power Company in around 1998 pretty cool for a Big company meeting and all but in the last 16 years I have heard plenty of Fluff and BS and The answers here are Full of it

Will there be APRU Dilution ~~ We are Exploring all options for Raising Shareholder value etc etc etc... LOL you get the Drift.... We know there will be Dilution How else will APRU handle the Debt.. I dont even get why the question actually.

Do I believe in Management?

That is a Hard question... Basically. I Can't say I believe most of what they say anymore. They have to make some changes. How can I say that when over and over again they do not come through. I'm all for being Positive But I am NOT going to turn a Blind Eye and act like problems are not happening. I have to be a Realist. I am not against them But I have been lied to right to my face and over the phone many times by Tony and Bill. I have watched as things change here and I watch as they are willing to Promise the moon and talk to you for a Freaking hour ON THE PHONE and NEVER Deliver.. Its like they just want to have you give their excuse to the masses so they don't have to say it and then in the end you are the douchebag and not them. I played that game for far to long. About 2 months ago I couldent any more. Its not like I think they are Crooks or Liars.... Well ok Lying is NOT really a stretch for some of this stuff.

Am I selling all my LVVV Stock?

Well nothing that serious just yet. I do Believe there is Opportunities here. However MASS Improvement is needed or they will Piss it all away....MASS Improvement!! I do not see that they are able to bring these improvements fast enough. Honestly at this point they HAVE to waste more time explaining their failures on the phone & making more empty promises.

It's like they answer questions one at a time Vis US Mail and the rest of the world does it Digitally. Why in Gods name would you NOT have a Standard way to answer the Common questions all at once... To Boot why would you do this and Not release it as they did on the open letter... Something Stinks... There just has to be more to why they are willing to waste all this time on the phone saying things they are not willing to put in print over and over... It just makes no sense without some alternative motive.

SADLY MANAGEMENT DOES NOT SEEM TO VALUE THEIR OWN WORDS..

Right now there is A Lot of Improvment needed in this company and they do not stick to what they say. For me I will be Evaluating ALL My investments and Being so heavily invested in LVVV for Me is Not worth it when there in Such a Loss of respect for the shareholders as we have witnessed with LVVV. Now is not the time to sell But My belief in LONG term thoughts have been questioned in a HUGE way.

Mismanagement caused one of the biggest selloffs in the Market!

I am a Huge fan of LVVV I hope all the best for the Stock and all of that wonderful stuff... However with all the deals out there and as low as all the stocks are right now in this sector I do not see a reason for me to Promise to be here forever. Especially with Managements Failure Time & Again to come through on what they promise. I cant tell people what they tell me and the have them not come through anymore. They have pushed too far and they have refused to act when they promised to and Mismanagement has caused one of the biggest selloffs in the Entire Market. To just Cheer Lead and act like they will do better is not the way to handle it.

What I post here will get more and more Surreal I guess More blunt. I am Far too deeply Invested in LVVV to just go away & be Quite... We are where we are on Price and thats that and Since I do not get ANY answers as Promised I will just make the most of what I have and Plan My Goals Accordingly.

If you own LVVV Stock now
I would say Keep trying and stay in touch with them I HOPE they get back on Track. When Its Low Consider "Doubling Down" It's Low right now.

If you have NOT Bought into this Stock yet.
My God LVVV is Cheap! However I would Consider Other Stocks as well. I would NOT Avoid LVVV in any way but I would Possibly consider Splitting your investment between LVVV and another Pot Stock with Potential until there is a bit more Clarity here.

I like to put out information on a company that is solid and means something I will say there is not much in this call and everything fell apart after it.

Are LVVV & APRU Good Stocks to Buy?

Livewire Energy LVVV Shares and APRU Buyout Causes Questions.

Going into the weekend I will be doing some Logo work and getting a bit of formulation done for one of My Businesses. At the same time there are So many questions from Subscribers. Either should I Buy this or that should I sell. How many Outstanding in each when will we be done, why have they not answered the letter... SO many things... & I cant speak for the comp-any I do believe they have dropped the Ball & have had Many Opportunities to take advantage of untapped Social & regular means of Promotion and Just simply do what they say. In this blog I am just kind of getting the whole Should I Buy Should I sell Question out of the way...

We Need a done deal We need news on these deals... If they give a date for completion they should at least give a Excuse at some point odds just say it has to be getting closer... You just wait... Once LVVV does This and that and this and that and if this and that happen as planned and we happen to....

Thats just it though APRU is Worthless unless LVVV does everything and wipes APRU's Ass Nice and Neatly.... Anything is Valuable if you Clean it up and Remodel it enough... Wherever we put that effort into will be Awesome however Even if the new venture is Successful its still a min of 3-6 months behind LVVV and will have a lot longer wait to show profit.

Its not that there Cannot be Value in APRU it is simply that LVVV must build it and in this case rebuild on many things & that takes time. People want to hear news of some sort especially when its promised.

There really has been a shakeout....And Yes I & many others have lost an Insane amount of "Paper Value" WOW Kinda sick... It is the way it goes though.

Will LVVV Recover?

Well I sure hope so. Its a bit hard for me to tell anyone what to buy it all depends on what you hold and all that. I can say I cant believe its this low and there is no real Rhyme or Reason.... Seems Oversold in a Panic sale or something to that degree. However I am NOT going to Cheer lead and Scream what a steal it is at this point, Management has said they have answers to questions that have been asked by shareholders but are weeks overdue at responding. That is Not good and does not leave much a person can say... If they cant say anything good about the Questions and such everyone has how can I? Its just Not Possible Until they Clear up some things it will be tough.

Should you Buy LVVV?

Well that is the Magic question isnt it?? LOL I cant tell someone what to buy. I know what I beieve which is that it is oversold. You will have to decide what to do.

Should You sell LVVV?

Again I cant answer that for you... It sure would not seem smart at these levels though.... Especially after sticking in there this long.

Should you buy APRU??

This is the same answer as the LVVV answer. I am sorry but No one can tell you that sort of thing on penny sticks like this. Its a Great Stock Gamble at some point I am sure. If not for so many Ifs it would be even better but hopefully those Problems will be taken care of at some point.

Should you Sell APRU?

WOW I dont know about that I guess it would depend on where you bought in at and Where you want out at. Sure would seem like you came a long way to leave the party now...

It wont be Much longer....

LOL... Really I know... I think we have heard that one before but there are reasons I believe this to be true....

It's Pretty serious now... It is getting to be time that they HAVE to say SOMETHING. Not much more people will put up with.. And just the Odds man there HAS to be something soon.

News is an a as Needed to release basis it would seem.... I make at least 1 Video Everyday and at any given time am ahead of myself by a week or so and can issue videos with control... The same goes for PR and News releases... I believe that they have things just sitting and they will bring something up soon.... At the very least they have the answers that they say they had ready i guess we just wait.

How Strong will it be.. LOL I dunno... LVVV had 3 PR's that I thought were rather large in April and we last our asses at LVVV.

At some point in this mess APRU will stop falling IF LVVV takes control. If this happens LVVV will see asset value added we should see results.. Will be interesting to see if we sell APRU Hempwire or?? also maybe even loan them funds to make product who knows.. Thats just the issue its 5 weeks longer than when they said the deal would close with no announcements.. I feel they will say something about something soon...;-)

The only way the APRU mess can be cleaned up is a DONE Deal.... A deal is made with Debtors.... Getting Products and Sales... I still hope something can be done & This deal can he salvaged.

If Bill and Tony can close this deal it should be nice times next year.

Have we reached the Bottom??

Well it is low thats for sure... These odd times Could Skyrocket Either Stock... Heck in this market ANY Stock can. In a Value sense though LVVV Really has sold off and seems to be cheap as can be... If I had to make a call I would say it COULD Drop a bit just because of Low bids etc but we are close to or At Bottom at the .045 bid we saw yesterday. i dont see it going under .045 and I never thought I would say that number again. It should be Up fromhere.
With APRU I really dont know the Speculation and Manipulation is Rampant on APRU and is still overvalued in the state its in. According to all sense of value and timing which should def be behind that of LVVV... I may have a nice bid in at .0003. If Bill can close the deal or announce a done debt deal that may change things as well. Amazingly Good news always changes everything.

There is A Lot of Value that LVVV will be building in whatever New Shell LVVV Happens to make a finalized deal with and I sure hope we are close on this one.. And I sure do think that was bottom yesterday for LVVV...;-)

LVVV Stock Questions answered Equals Strength!

As many Youtube Subscribers & LVVV Shareholders know I made a Video on and also made a Blog and Page about a Open Letter to LiveWire Ergogenics (LVVV) and Brought up a Few of My questions and MANY from all sorts of investors and Distributors that sent in Questions as well.

Some of the Questions may Seem Small or Duplicate However These Questions are what people asked so I kept it as Original as I could!

I know that I am NOT the Best at Relying things and the way my Improper Punctuation and Typing Plus the Whole Redneck thing... Well.... Let's Just say My Social Graces are a Bit LOW and Vulgar Compared to... Well about anyone. I do Not feel bad for this I like me & those who listen close know when I like something or someone I am a HUUUGGEEEE Fan at the same time I expect the same Improvement and Honesty that I expect of Myself or its NOT worth My time!

I know I know I may seem Rude or just plain Wrong to some people. That's Ok It is My Goal here with this Letter is to soak up as many Questions for LVVV & yes I will take a much hate as needed to Succeed in Taking these questions to to management & Getting answers. I feel that As a Investor it is VERY Important that we find out what other Investors think and use this to Adjust our Investment Strategy. If we disagreed in the Past Pleas know I hold NO Grudges Life is too Short No Matter What Board it is I want no fights!

However this Matters NONE if the Company is Not Willing to be Clear on its Goals and Present Standings!

Bill Hodson and Tony are just Spot on and have been 100% Open EVERY time at answering ALL Questions. There Should be a Easier way for them to answer in Bulk and for the answers to be used to make our choices

I Do NOT have ALL the answers right this second. But I have Conformation & I WILL Update this and Feel that ALL Will be Up and Answered By Thurs/Fri for SURE!!!

LVVV Fully Depreciated on Bad News?

Well here We are quite a few days into the mix and it has been PRETTY PRETTY Nasty out there! However if you are a LVVV or APRU Stockholder there is a Diamond being made in that thar Coal!!

LVVV has really taken a dive as I said in a Previous Blog I believe this is in Part due to just NOT Laying it all out right for us. Really there is NO PR that is Required and Bill always trys to relay Important Relevant Information to us and I believe the conference call would have really cleared alot up if it would have worked properly. As it was People had Questions and were Afraid of Robert Coor and the DEBT

At this point NO ONE can call Bottom on ANY Marijuana Stock its just too new of a Market with too many Variables and Possibilities Legally and Otherwise.. Of course you should already know this about Marijuana Stocks if you know much at all so that's a Given...

Remember if it smells bad We WALK No bad No harm done etc This is a Deal that Depends on all the facts being what they were represented as and any lies or misleading is a Federal Offence as I understand it. So I am sure Robert was Very Candid.

NOW its the Bottom I believe

Seeing LVVV Touch the 7's is just well Unwanted hows that! Its HARD as a LVVV Investor NOT to be Like DAMN IT APRU!!! But that's not the full story. Hands down it was coming 1 way or another Study ALL of the Companies PHOT HEMP TRTC FITX any of them they all had to Diversify the Holdings and Profits Somehow. Its either LOTS of new shares or its Buy a Shell and Operate through that. This is truly the Best Approach because it puts us into control of the other companies Products and Profits.

So I think it was Needed somehow But why would I think we hit Bottom... Well I think more than that... Right now at .08 cents or so LVVV has lost .06 cents a Share thats .06 x 83,000,000 That is 4,980,000.00

HMMMM Interesting thats about the amount DEBT that's owed Well its more.. Seems like Investors as Always Figured the Obvious in and we are a that point. Anyone who has done research and made calls know A Lot more of the story and should be set to profit! This should Improve as the deal Proves to be what it is Supposed to be! I mean we are Obviously NOT paying 5 mil for 4.5 mil And HOW WHEN WHY WHERE

LOL You and I will all know at the same time but the Deal has been Accounted for in LOST stock Price for LVVV and UP from .08 is about the way I see it going!!

And if you figure out the APRU Stock end well thats a bit harder with the Share issuance and 60% being owned By LVVV it all boils down to Millions more in LVVV Book Value with the APRU Stock. EVEN THOUGH As I have said Before. APRU Stock was set to go back down and I lost Money making a Buy on it I wish I would have waited on! LVVV is the Buy here cause you get 2 Scoops (60%)of APRU with every share!! In the end its still Millions in value for that Clean Reporting Company with new Balance sheet! It's Not like LVVV thinks APRU is worth a fortune because of the HOT products it is a Entity to do Business in that is Of value since it is Publicly traded. To do a Reverse Merger would be ALL Cash up front.. We dont have $500,000 and to boot the Promoters and Lawyers would FLEECE us in the Process! The VALUE will be in the Ticker that will be cleaned up and New Symbol etc.

We Will know A Lot more in a few weeks MAX i know and have emailed and Called and I feel Secure as can be right now!

APRU May Retreat lower but that's ok in the short term

From there once we can get that Debt taken care of That will really Prop it up and once there are some Products being made by LVVV for APRU.... WOW That will really get things Cranking!

A few pallets of this going out would change the game like right now!! There is time to make it all happen and Normal Dilution to stay Operating is Expected. If someone is not in it for the long tern take the profits and Buy FITX or HEMP Oh wait the Entire Marijuana Stock Sector is a Crap Shoot.. At least we have a Product line and our Equipment to fall back on. LVVV is NOT some company putting someone else's Lights in a Trailer made by someone else or some dream of how we could do this or that WE HAVE THE PRODUCTS This is just the Best Vertical Integration Around!

There is ALOT More to this than what i say here. There is No way anyone would have the time to put it all in 1 place for you and answer every little question you have about every little thing. This is NOT a BS Show Like Pawn Stars where you call your buddy Jeb to see what its worth... This is the real world little girls Learn how to Email the Company and ask Questions or My GOD I know we are like Super Humans now and text like a bunch of 13 yr olds at a sleep over BUT Pick up a Damn Phone!! Call the Company! You want to know Be Proactive Use Google Search things every way you can You want LVVV info do ALOT of search

I will be the First to state I dont know everything and I am the most worst speaking person around... I am BLUNT to the Point of being RUDE. I am LOUD and Vulgar... I dont like me all the time. Bill & Tony and everyone at Livewire have always been Happy to Help answer Questions Investors and Distributors have I hear it over and over. To me this is a GREAT sign and helps out alot I Talked to Tony for well over 2 Hrs and can Honestly say I feel No more Confident than I did before hand... WHAT?? Well Come on there is only so much that can be said... but it is Nice to see they have a clear view and Know the things that we Obviously Knew that had to know to begin with. With LVVV It is Nice to Have Bill in Charge Especially with his Background. The New Deal with APRU is Unique in many ways and We do NOT Understand this yet in any way and at this point we are NOT meant to. All of these sorts of dealings are NOT public and Sometimes We want too much and Myself included just feel NOT in the know. This is a thing that MUST be overcome in ANY stock here in Penny Land it is even More Important in the long run because We could Profit more than EVER if we wait it out. It takes Faith... BLIND FAITH at Times but that is what it takes

I Get asked A Lot

Should i sell I AM NOT SELLING I am Investing MORE!! I sometimes get so many calls and questions in a day that I am not able to work on My own Businesses enough. I have SOME answers I have A Lot of Opinions But Really what it all boils down to is until everything is set in stone and Bill has all the issues Handled It would Hurt the Deal to reveal too much Information to the Public. Bill will always Stick to the book and do the right thing and at the same time some things have to be more Private like between LVVV and APRU until Finalized!

I WANT TO KNOW MORE and I just like YOU will know more as Soon as is Humanly Possible! NOW is NOT the time to lose faith! I believe the LONG Investors here will see Gains like we never dreamed of! Trust in Bill it is Important that we are behind him!

Already its WHAT ABOUT THE STOCK PRICE!!!!

Come on You cant just Hover over that Price Everyday and Worry about it. We have to believe enough to Stay the coarse and Move ahead. We will Know when we know right Now We know that we have a Possible deal that includes a TON of Stock that we can trade through as a Marijuana Company! This is HUGE call it a Shell if you will We really have to wait for the cleanup and announcement from Bill on this one and i think in a few weeks we will know A Lot more. Meanwhile AGAIN If there is Something You think Bill should know. And AGAIN I AM NOT SELLING!!! I BELIEVE

Livewire Ergogenics Now to Manufacture Adia Probiotic.

We all had A Lot of questions last week but i think Bill sort of summed it all up very well here in his statement. Between that and the 8K filed by Adia We are as up to speed as we can be. I do think that in time we will hear more about this and it will play out well for us. SURE There will always be Questions but sometimes for whatever reason we expect More Info or Faster Info.... And Well thats just not how it works. When Bill Gates buys a Stapler he does not do a 8k or a PR there is just a Bunch of things that will happen that we just will not know about till we know about it. I am as content as can be expected but it is always Interesting how long things can seem! I know in the last month What I have seen seemed Very Encouraging and I think this Company has Great Leadership and a Great Team and LVVV Will be a force to be dealt with for others!!

I think once we have product in the Probiotics as well it will give the company a Springboard to get the Livewire in the Adia Accounts and Vice Versa. NO I do not feel that this will be a Overnight process but what this Represents is a Move by Bill that seems VERY calculated and It is Very Nice that he sealed up the Equipment and then pretty much all we had to do is wait for Adia to come back around to get more product. Should be Very Interesting.

Also the Whole Chew as a Delivery Method is a HUGE Advantage to lots of other Delivery Methods that some people just dislike Especially Pills. This is a Exciting time and I will Get another few videos up soon I dont have anything like this However I have some coo Behind the Scenes stuff coming out this week.
