Legal Weed or Marijuana in Colorado & Washington
Legal Weed what was that?? Dave's Not here man!! Prohibition How long since you heard that word. well that's what it is and Alcohol Prohibition only lasted from 1920 to 1933 Although they really started cracking down in the late 20's early 30's when the Alcohol Prohibition ended the gloves came off all those lost jobs and Empty jail cells. Marijuana Prohibition which came around literally a few years later in the form of the 1937 Marijuana Tax Act, has lasted from then till now. Don't worry though the Government is on your side... It's just a small tax. It is said that people did not even understand what was being banned or "Taxed" due to slick wordplay. I remember to this day as I was studying Herbs as a Kid I read "The Emperor wears No Clothes" By Legendary Activist Jack Herer below I will put a Link in the Button this book although VERY Taboo and Hard to find when I was a kid is Now FREE on the internet thanks to Jack! Side note Jack Herer even has a Strain of Marijuana name after him "Jack Herer" by Sensi Seeds in Amsterdam..;-)
So why is 1 Owner Car Guy big n these Stocks? Well its simple one of My main Businesses is Manufacturing and Private Label Wholesale and Retail of Herbal Supplements and Vitamins My Main Company Discount Herbal's LLC Owner of www.Vita-Depot.com and also Cleanses and other brands I cannot mention. This and my 20 years of Marketing herbs does give me some Marketing savvy which is also why i like Livewire Energy LVVV so I think I know a bit about it and these stocks are in the news now that's for sure! Below I have listed the Marijuana or "Weed Stocks" If you will and I am pretty deep in Lots of stocks so Pretty well spread out. This does make up 10% or so of My portfolio o if it all went down the chutes it would hurt but not the end of the world.. Remember Invest Smart!

So if its SO big Why isn't R.J Reynolds making Joints?? Well thats a VERY Valid Question and at first glance it would seem its Obvious. Really it is a VERY Complex Issue.
R.J. is HUGE and Very Powerful with A LOT of Cash and Resources. However if ANYONE Knows about Govt Involvement in Business and What it costs they are at the top of the list on that one! They are not going to risk what they have to sell weed.. Hell No one is. What you get here is Fresh New Companies that are going to give it a go! In the future I could see Big Tobacco sticking a toe in the water through a secondary Investment or something like that. But till its a bit more Proven I dunno. I am not hanging on my seat for that
At the end of the day Whether You Like Weed or Smoke Weed or Hate Weed I think it is Very Important
#1 that People should have Access to a Natural Medicine they can Grow
#2 It is Important for States to Collect Lost Tax Revenue
People will NOT stop Smoking Weed No matter how long Archaic Prohibition Lasts so The States may as well Tax it and Benefit from it! Your Opinion May vary and mine May be influenced by My investment However. I believe if we all quit tearing the other parties rights apart they would leave others alone etc.. Weed, Gun Control, Gay Marriage, Healthcare its a real mess out there... Legal Weed in Colorado huh?? There is a Hilton Right?? Do Planes Fly there?
