LVVV New Conglomerate With APRU Stock Buyout Deal

New deal put LVVV in the run for new Investors and Products.

Well Here we are LVVV Just had a Conference Call today announcing some New deals Below is the Email Address for You to ask questions I am being FLOODED with them and Think that We ALL Should Do research and See what we can find out!

WHY??

Where is the Value in APRU Apple Rush Company??? I really do not know.... Where is the Value in RSHN I dont know that either. I do NOT see the Due Diligence and Clean Tidy Books like LVVV has However Bill Hodson with his Background and Knowledge will Be able to DO something here to increase the Value of these stocks I think and to boot there is A lot of Value that come with ANY Cannabis Stock and that Alone may be enough to keep the APRU Rally going we shall see. Either way these are VALUABLE Trading Stocks that LVVV Now Would Control and use as a Asset and Operating Capital. 

There are A Lot of Questions people have asked me 

How will we pay all this $6,000,000.00 (Supposed) in Debt that APRU has on the books? Bill had no answer to that today.. That will of course be in the 8k

How much are we paying for 60% of this Company??? That is a HUGE Question i mean if we are paying Market price on a stock like this that JUST had their deal fall apart to be bought and we are the ONLY reason or way they can keep the share price up we had better be getting one hell of a deal. Lets face it NONE of us know all the Facts and Hopefully they will come in the next few days. And I would think we got a Favorable deal.

Why do we need them?

I DONT KNOW We need Some Entity and these 2 Shells Sure Qualify as that and have A LOT of shares and A LOT of Active Investors!

So after all that WHERE IS THE VALUE??

So many Questions DO we Need APRU?? How do they help when We already have Everything we need to make this Product and Starting a New corp is a EASY deal?? I really dunno. Why not just do it ourselves and start with a FRESH Company that does not have all the issues outstanding? Well A Lot of the Value here may be that we get this Company to be legit Marijuana arm we can play with here since LVVV owns 60% but the Shady Past and Debt need to be Addressed... and I am sure they will. There is no need to be in Bed with bad people on this. BUT I dont know enough to even make the call Bill says he has dealt with them for a year well good then he must feel confident..;-) I Believe in Bill!  I really do not see what they offer us besides Market Value... Through their stock... which is VERY Inflated and any Remaining value will be Thanks to LVVV or their stock would have fell FLAT today  since their other deal fell apart.. I sure hope we are in this for a song and a dance.  That is what really matters here PRICE! Why did the other company pass is interesting as well but we will never know that. As a LVVV Investor this brings MANY Questions. Questions that could NEVER be answered by a Conference call set up for a few hrs after the announcement. I can tell from the I Hub Board and from the questions and comments I get that Investors are either Not Happy or confused or just Frustrated. You can email ANY Questions to [email protected]

At the end of the day I am in this for the Long run and I can only Trust that Bill Hodson is making all the right choices.... Well thats his job right. Remember this is only a Memorandum of Understanding So NOT really the Meat and Potatoes of this press release yet SO IF YOU HAVE CONCERNS GET THEM OUT NOW GIVE BILL A HEADS UP!!! Now is the Time to Ask Questions while it is just a Memorandum... Wait a second... Its a MEMO??? LOL I just got that We have a MEMO not a deal. Seriously though Dont talk smack get out there and add to the value like I say If Bill likes these new companies I do too for now..;-)

Should We BUY ABRU and RSHN  ??

Well I did.. & NOT Because I believe in It and Not because I trust the People... NOT YET... I Trust Bills direction though and have met and talked with him MANY times in Person on phone etc etc etc and if he sees Value here well then... I Blindly Followed him to the tune of $8,000 more Dollars today Early on in the pop of these new Companies But NOW stuff gets Serious.. NOW I want to learn about this New Opportunity and Embrace Bills new deal and WILL Just as soon as it is all hashed out.


I may Not sound like the biggest Fan of this deal and I am quick to say that I am NOT a fan at all until some questions are answered.. And the Conference Call LOL After Pulling my hair our to make mine as good as I could and feeling it sucked cause i did it and all that today I felt GREAT about how My livestreams worked out now! GAWD that was Awful.. And the Guy scratching or with phone in his pocket seriously someone to stupid to get to a quite area Geezzz.. I am sure the Next one will be better! Anyways I sure hope Bill will do another Livestream with me at some point so we can bee a bit more Transparent someone even asked me if I thought that someone was hired to make it go bad so they didnt have the chance to ask questions... It sure could have been BUT NO I DONT THINK BILL WOULD GO FOR THAT LOLOL and thats what people are worried about there is just NOT enough information out there yet. The Important thing is SEND QUESTIONS TO BILL and Do research and SEND THAT IN whatever you think Your say Matters to them I think and I cant wait to find out more..;-)

Awesome Ecostobank You seem to know about APRU products. PLEASE Help us understand what you are saying here. I bought a few Million shares of APRU today because I believe in Bill and LVVV and the direction we are headed. I am a LVVV stockholder in a Big way. And as a LVVV Stockholder I am trying to see the Value here and Really would like to know what these Products are?? and where they are sold? is there any revenue?
