LVVV and Bill Hodson are for Real!

That is hard to find in a OTC Penny stock. However I have Met and Talked with Bill and other Management members Many times from LVVV and I get the feeling that they are Plugging along with Goals in mind. Sometimes things are not as quick as some think and Life may throw he curveball now and then. But Bill is in it to win it thats for sure. I really do enjoy being in on this opportunity at this early of a stage and from what i see at this time I feel I am in the right lace at the right time.

IDGC or APRU Shareholder Pump and Dumps are all the Rage...

Watch out for these tiny shells that use MOU's and PR's along with Shareholder organized Pump and Dumps to Promote their stock price. There are MANY of them trying to connect to the LVVV and APRU deal now as well. Sebastien DuFort With IDGC Global and PRCM with whoever is running the show there and many more have tickers that shareholder claim are connected to LVVV. on the ADIA deal Jason Combs recently started talking up a storm on I Hub after a long silence and oddly enough he is slinging mud.

These are all problems that will work themselves out over time but along with it comes a bit of Pressure on LVVV stock. When Corr goes off and makes these Outlandish MOU's that I doubt he can even come through on due to current dealings with Livewire. I have spoken to Tony from APRU where Corr made the Original deal and Tony has stated he is working on getting that situation under control.

I must admit with both PRCM and IDGC I looked at the tickers and did some research on them and back when they were cheaper they would have been interesting if not for the fact that they were just posting lies to promote their stock price. With this last one in gets burned game... Well I dont lay it although there may be profits to be made. As time goes on truth comes out they go down. Maybe someday they can rise on their own merit.

Keep the Trash Out!

Right now is a VERY important time in LVVV's History and YOU need to make sure and Research and Keep straight what is and is not true.. In the past people have been talked into selling LVVV to buy APRU and that just was not a good trade off.

I still Love my LVVV Stock and hope for a Bright Shiny Future I hope to see you there. I do Not own PRCM or IDGC but who knows I hear some fish do walk maybe a 10% stake is in order following a selloff ;-)

Seriously though these Tickers trying to get in on LVVV as a premium in this OTC world is long played out. People are able to easily dog on PRCM as a Shell etc and they have no connection to LVVV except to make a commission by middle manning a ad... Just like Buying a Extra Value Meal at McDonald's.. Its just a Purchase not PR for PRCM as a connection and new target... And IDGC... Well thats a Mess spurred by APRU Shareholders who follow Corr and are Savvy to Shady deals and Quick buying and selling from what I see. IDGC Got a Transfer of shares from its owner who owned them since long ago and simply transferred them to his shell. Sure he gets a Free ride for awhile and likely Dilutes out in the meanwhile if possible.. What a Game this is.

Marijuana Stocks dealing with Legal Medicinal Weed and Recreational as well. We all know this is a ULTRA HOT Industry and Companies are flocking to the game with cash and ideas. This is like a Gold Rush in California its HUGE!! I have written on this for a long time now and have gotten to know a lot of the players and what their angle is on this game. There are SO many companies out the and I can easily see what it is the SEC is worried about.

There are SO Many scams out there in the OTC markets not even figuring Marijuana Stocks & Now with them in the Mix WOW The Scam level is Def out... Any .0001 to .05 Stock that says the words Marijuana or CBD in a PR is "King for the Day" and the Pumping and Dumping is on. If you are Lucky enough to have been sitting on a few Million shares then your "Stud for the Day" ';-)

The way the SEC went about it is pretty RUDE to say the least and it seems the wanted to hurt the Whole Industry. Let's face it the Big Corporate people Bribed and Scammed Marijuana into the Closet already once so there could be a lot of that at play here. However I tend to agree with the SEC the are a Awful lot of Scams out there. They have halted 8 Stocks in the last few months I have heard. However I also Lived through it with PHOT and That was NOT a Fun deal in the least. I believe PHOT is one of the Strongest and Best Pot Stocks out there and It got caught up somehow I have No Clue how Sucked for Me though..;-)

In the End No matter if you agree Pot should be legal or not and whether you Like what I am saying here. Fact remains you NEED to Research Marijuana Stocks ASAP

LVVV Conference Call on APRU RSHN

I would Not put too much Stock in this call.

Number one it has A Lot from Robert J Corr in it and I really don't know how much of any of that crap to believe. As far as What Bill Hodson or Tony Torgerud I really dont know. Most of what they say will happen, Well it seems at times like they are just hoping things go OK at some point.

What??? You dont believe they are working hard??

Well Not exactly... I think that they THINK that they are working hard.... If that counts for anything.

A Social and Online Investment world

This is a Whole Different kind of Investment world then it was in 2005 2000 or he 90's this market is ran by whoever can convey their Plan and what we do to the masses. Both to sell Product and to get the Stock Noticed.

One only needs to look as far as FITX to see this in action. Management at FITX has been on top of letting its investors know whats happening and as the rest of the market has went down over time. It has NOT been so Extreme in the case of FITX.

Standing up and Telling people what you do really can help the stock thats all there is to it... More Importantly NOT Conveying this Information can be the death of a company. LVVV Has done a Awful Job of getting out what they are doing or they are just not doing that much its pretty much one way or the other. No matter what the Facebook and Instagram accounts are hardly ever used except for simple postings that are to few and far between to matter. Something has to be done to up the amount of people that know about LVVV and at the same time to Tell the world what we do correctly.

Every single Goal that Management sets as a Timeline they miss... Every single one.. and They are the ones saying when it will happen. This month If I were betting on a 10Q or a NT-10Q there would have to be odds to get any action.

Like I say I would NOT put too much Stock in this Video I wanted to post it cause its Always neat to look back...

I remember My First Sharholder meeting in Butte Montana for Montana Power Company in around 1998 pretty cool for a Big company meeting and all but in the last 16 years I have heard plenty of Fluff and BS and The answers here are Full of it

Will there be APRU Dilution ~~ We are Exploring all options for Raising Shareholder value etc etc etc... LOL you get the Drift.... We know there will be Dilution How else will APRU handle the Debt.. I dont even get why the question actually.

Do I believe in Management?

That is a Hard question... Basically. I Can't say I believe most of what they say anymore. They have to make some changes. How can I say that when over and over again they do not come through. I'm all for being Positive But I am NOT going to turn a Blind Eye and act like problems are not happening. I have to be a Realist. I am not against them But I have been lied to right to my face and over the phone many times by Tony and Bill. I have watched as things change here and I watch as they are willing to Promise the moon and talk to you for a Freaking hour ON THE PHONE and NEVER Deliver.. Its like they just want to have you give their excuse to the masses so they don't have to say it and then in the end you are the douchebag and not them. I played that game for far to long. About 2 months ago I couldent any more. Its not like I think they are Crooks or Liars.... Well ok Lying is NOT really a stretch for some of this stuff.

Am I selling all my LVVV Stock?

Well nothing that serious just yet. I do Believe there is Opportunities here. However MASS Improvement is needed or they will Piss it all away....MASS Improvement!! I do not see that they are able to bring these improvements fast enough. Honestly at this point they HAVE to waste more time explaining their failures on the phone & making more empty promises.

It's like they answer questions one at a time Vis US Mail and the rest of the world does it Digitally. Why in Gods name would you NOT have a Standard way to answer the Common questions all at once... To Boot why would you do this and Not release it as they did on the open letter... Something Stinks... There just has to be more to why they are willing to waste all this time on the phone saying things they are not willing to put in print over and over... It just makes no sense without some alternative motive.

SADLY MANAGEMENT DOES NOT SEEM TO VALUE THEIR OWN WORDS..

Right now there is A Lot of Improvment needed in this company and they do not stick to what they say. For me I will be Evaluating ALL My investments and Being so heavily invested in LVVV for Me is Not worth it when there in Such a Loss of respect for the shareholders as we have witnessed with LVVV. Now is not the time to sell But My belief in LONG term thoughts have been questioned in a HUGE way.

Mismanagement caused one of the biggest selloffs in the Market!

I am a Huge fan of LVVV I hope all the best for the Stock and all of that wonderful stuff... However with all the deals out there and as low as all the stocks are right now in this sector I do not see a reason for me to Promise to be here forever. Especially with Managements Failure Time & Again to come through on what they promise. I cant tell people what they tell me and the have them not come through anymore. They have pushed too far and they have refused to act when they promised to and Mismanagement has caused one of the biggest selloffs in the Entire Market. To just Cheer Lead and act like they will do better is not the way to handle it.

What I post here will get more and more Surreal I guess More blunt. I am Far too deeply Invested in LVVV to just go away & be Quite... We are where we are on Price and thats that and Since I do not get ANY answers as Promised I will just make the most of what I have and Plan My Goals Accordingly.

If you own LVVV Stock now
I would say Keep trying and stay in touch with them I HOPE they get back on Track. When Its Low Consider "Doubling Down" It's Low right now.

If you have NOT Bought into this Stock yet.
My God LVVV is Cheap! However I would Consider Other Stocks as well. I would NOT Avoid LVVV in any way but I would Possibly consider Splitting your investment between LVVV and another Pot Stock with Potential until there is a bit more Clarity here.

I really did not know if I was going to put this video up or not. The Interference is bad at points, The information from Robert Corr could make LVVV look badly, A Lot of the Answers are just pretty standard fluff. I like to put out information on a company that is solid and means something I will say there is not much in this call and everything fell apart after it.

LVVV Outstanding Shares & APRU Share Structure

Come on in, Have a Apple Rush, Go into a death Spiral..

Holy Crap its 05-08-14 can someone loan me a Nickle.... Well such is life HURRY UP and WAIT.... Etc etc etc. It was Amusing to watch people come from the APRU board looking for ANY Connection to LVVV they can make last weekend. In the meanwhile the more it is supported at this time the lower APRU will drag LVVV Stock.

The share Structure and Every Question asked are all possible reasons why the share price is lower... Understanding Share Structure especially with the APRU deal has been the most asked question.

We knew from the start APRU would fall just we STILL dont know how far..... When a Company issues 60% more stock at .00005 or so it kind of makes it worth A LOT Less A LOT... That's assuming its worth anything to begin with.. With APRU Its Not worth the paper its printed on when we arrived. LVVV has done a lot to raise this but still if LVVV walks there is less than no Value in APRU.

APRU is a Junk worthless Stock...

Yes... That's just how it is.... There is No need to act any other way about it. Sure LVVV got a great deal and if we could buy at the 90% discount to todays .0006 as they did it would be a steal... Well If we make the deal... LVVV could walk...

For all the talk the APRU pumpers do at this point on 05/06/14 at 12:24 in the afternoon 36 mins from the close of market about $22,000 worth of LVVV has traded and about $600 worth of APRU has traded today... Even on the 7th on a UP day still we are talking under $4,000 in APRU its Junk... Unless Bill Succeeds and we go through the lengthy Process of Rebuilding after Diluting it to Cover prior Debt.
All you have to do is listen to the uneducated comments the APRU investors put out there to see that they are for the most part just

A Suitor like Livewire Ergogenics is the ONLY thing that will Ever make a Empty Misused shell like APRU worth anything again. The ones Promoting it are simply out to profit on their past investment many have sat waiting for YEARS to Unload this worthless APRU stock. The small fry are trying to make a big score by lying about a worthless stock. There are a few that are just stuck or have made their bets and that different they are not the ones calling for $3 + share prices and Posting Links to trademarks LVVV or APRU does not own either. There is hope of course Just its all for a New company New ticker New share structure the whole deal. It will take time and will be interesting when its done Either way..

If LVVV walks APRU Crashes and LVVV Skyrockets! If LVVV does takeover and Dilute APRU to dismiss debt AND/OR Reverse Split same Deal LVVV Up APRU Down... Its like Pushing a Reset Button for APRU then we can do some Business & see it all grow.

Right now there is A lot of worry as to how this affects LVVV... Well Quite Simply there is No real Bad way for it to affect LVVV except all the lies and Misinformation about the deal which puts Doubt out there & Drags down the Stock.

LVVV Needed a Shell to Shied itself and Separate the CBD and "Other" Business. Its a Great setup Unless you actually are Invested in APRU Before The Actual takeover.. This happens and since management could not afford to lock up the outstanding stock on this one as MJNA did with CANV and AXIM That is MUCH cleaner and Allows for the deal to be Structured Properly.

A deal Like we got on APRU leaves Current shareholders Swinging in the wind. There is no value there No income and No Money.. Why the Hell else would it be so damn cheap. There are plenty of deals out there on Shells that's no doubt why APRU? Who Knows Who cares its a Stock that at BEST should be worth .0001 at this time and anything over that is mostly just Speculation and Manipulation.

There is only about 500 Million shares out on APRU that are avail to trade TOTAL The rest is Robert Corr and Preferred & Large Shareholders.

About $325,000.00 in all able to trade WITHOUT Figuring Longs who bought in at .0001 who are holding on for now

LOL Thats OK LVVV Bought at almost HALF of that so we are ALL good on that end.... In Fact LVVV is worth MORE for this deal and one HUGE reason that LVVV share price has fallen so much is LVVV investors who Bought into APRU or LVVV Investors that Believe the Lies and Misinformation being Spread by APRU Stockholders.

This is where Most of the Hype comes from people who bought in on APRU at.0001 and .0002 PUMPING for all they are worth. And people who want to take advantage and Push the stock up since it is such a Shallow pool & Easily manipulated.

Earlier this morning (May 06 2014) I had a Subscriber say that looks like they had a hayday on Blaming life on "Yeardman" on IHUB... LOL I havent signed in for about 3 days or so but am pretty sure where that is coming from. Its all good.. It's one way I know im a Bawler... I have Haters LOL Thanks guys and girl...;-)

There are 2 Major things dragging this stock down right now
The fact Management is Slow to do things at times. and
The biggest is having the APRU Weight around our neck.

As soon as LVVV Dilutes the hell out of APRU to get rid of the debt does a Reverse Split OR figure out it wont happen and walk the better off LVVV will be!

Right now its a work in Progress and We MUST Clean up Debt and Shady Corr People. I knew it would be a Pain in the Ass from the start and It has been even worse. The APRU Stockholders mostly injured shills who have lost their butts, Some are Great people and some bought in at just the right time. Now it is all up in the Air we shall see someday I guess..;-) Most of them (Not All) just want it any way they can get it OR Bought in at bottom and are now lying their Asses off to try and get that Pop anyway they can.... It's all at LVVV's Cost as I have always said... We are separate and will be until a deal is made... YES It would Be AWESOME to be DONE with this deal!! That would be HUGE news! Why would LVVV go down on Kannaway and Vitamin Shoppe news?? LOL Simple....

APRU... That is LVVV's biggest Problem in a Nutshell

This can't be how this was planned...

LOL... I mean REALLY Come On!! There are many reasons things can go so far south. Sure things could have been handled differently by Management. The fact that we really have Not heard much since the botched Conference call is NOT good at all. YES YES YES Many things Could have been different But they are not... I really HOPE Management has learned something this time. We are where we are.. What can we do but move forward...

Well you can do as some have and SELL Run Bail etc etc..
You could Double down and get really place some bets...
You could just sit tight and ride it out.

In the end only YOU can decide what to do. Everyone that is here and Angry now were happy and content at .11 to .14 without APRU Since it does Truly add value to the balance sheet of LVVV I believe that makes us worth more. The fact that LVVV is 50% owner of HempWire is a HUGE deal and the new Vitamin shop account... ummmm WOW.. Still we fall to HALF of out high.. WOW.

That's just Crazy talk... Do Your research make your choices and Good Luck to You I can say I Hold my Position and Will continue to believe in Bill and Tony and that they are trying... I know they say it really nicely...

Why no response to the Open Letter yet?

I dunno.... I cant make anyone answer I can only post their responses if I believe them.... Since their last promise I have heard nothing Believable about when they will post this information. I know that I stopped calling and passing on what the answer is cause it just does not come through as planned. Other people will fill that void though and pass on Managements promises and excuses till they tire of it. You will see the Posts "I called Tony and he said".......... LOL I give a Crap less... We don't need more BS... Have Tony put it in Print!!

Until shareholders as a Whole demand Management stick to what they say and call BS when they don't... This will continue...

The manner in which LVVV releases the response will be unique according to the email i got from Tony and Posted. There are Legal issues not only in What & How they answer the questions but also How or If it is connected to APRU.

#1 We do NOT need APRU Questions on the Livewire Energy Website that would not be wise at this point unless its a Done deal..... The APRU Deal could all fall apart tomorrow... So once again APRU is Holding LVVV back... I Really wish we did have answers NOW but i still believe we WILL.. Although its been a week longer than promised... Thats Just the way it goes sometimes..

Things often take longer than we want them to...

In the end the sooner this is done the sooner LVVV can start marketing CannaBliss & CannaRush Or Move on and Market a diff name if we walk.. Its all simple stuff but we are in a holding pattern here over the APRU deal no doubt about it. We have been caught up in the mess that Bob Corr made for too long now and I am hoping for some Speedy Choices.

The IHUB Connection

I have some ask why I post my information to YouTube and Facebook and not IHUB... Its simple.. My Audience is on YouTube and Facebook it Is and always will be where my posts go... To my Subscribers any Secondary sharing is... Well Secondary...;-)

It's all a HUGE Expensive Chess game.. I know the players & know what will happen with information just as others do... I know good & well if I tell So & So something He will run off and tell Tony on me...

However Some are also rattling cages.. Whether they do or dont share that info on IHUB seems to depend. It is such a Crappy way to get or disseminate Information. One Investor makes a post and it gets copied and pasted all over multiple tickers with opinions added etc and pretty soon it does not even have the same meaning. .. Yeah I played that in Kindergarten as well....

Last thing I read was on Saturday when people from APRU were sharing Trademarks on IHUB that are owned and filed By Robert Corr or Family members... Claiming More BS about APRU... these are NOT Owned by APRU or RSHN... Fact is the companies only own a few trademarks as of last month 1 Corr or another was still registering New trademarks and It looks like Someone will compete and set up a new shop somewhere else or expects this deal to go south... Who knows.. I have no clue all I know is there are well over 100 Trademarks with the Corr Names on them.. I think we get about 5 or 6 of them... Pretty interesting to see what this guy has in store this time around.

I have Never been big in posting In IHUB and I did post A Lot for about 5 weeks.

I can't waste my day responding to Juvenile Investors and their off base views anymore. I have not signed into IHUB since my last post in LVVV Sat the 3rd or so and for the time being I will not be doing so unless to Post a Blog or new Page I create like I will do with this one etc.
However opening messages from people who just have no clue and taking the time to read and respond is just not worth anyone's time....

Really I have seen some of the most retarded postings EVER come for 3-5 Regulars of APRU.. Hilarious to say the least.... Right now the only thing that matters is LVVV.... If per chance a deal is reached and the Ball is Rolling that may change things... At that point.. No matter what the day to day is APRU is just Grossly "Overspeculated" & carries a Much inflated price Go for it if you must... Just research the risk

How big is the Vitamin Shoppe Deal? Lets attempt to figure this out....

600 Vitamin Shoppe store +or-

We do NOT know the size of the order it was not disclosed so I will do all my figuring from a Minimum amount here.

We know from pictures and orders that the old towers are out and the newer Better Tilted towers are in. Not only that they hold 4 Boxes each and the standard is 1 to 2 towers depending on the location SO... We will say 1.5 Towers to figure in between

1.5 X 4 = 6 boxes of 12 4 packs each location

48 chews per box x 6 = 288 chews per store

600 Stores x 288 chews = 172,800 chews

172,800 x .31 wholesale price per chew

$53,568.00 Order

Like i said this is a GUESS and I actually Guess each one will get 8 not 6 but i sure like figuring LOW so if there is a Mistake its in my favor.. Any way you look at it this is a GREAT order!
Key Points

Thats about 1/4 of the Entire amount of Chews sold last year TOTAL
This is just guessing at 6 I would think 2 towers are best so less distribution so these numbers Could be higher as the Optimum shipping amount is 2 full tower of 8 well just call it even in case there was any discounts etc.
This does NOT take into account reorders over the rest of the year. Even if its not a HUGE hit in every market My best guess right now is that I think My distributors are at a 20%-25% reorder rate in 2 months of having product and i do not have enough data to figure 4 month or 6 month etc but they will obviously go up some in that time. Actually 1 place is getting ready to place another order for 15,000 More chews.
Think of the exposure for the Company by being in such a HUGE Branded Location. I believe Vitamin Shoppe is in almost every Mall that's left in America and they are priced well if your in their Buyers Club. I have bought Protein Powder there in the last 3 months..;-)
There is no doubt about it this is a VERY Nice account for LiveWire. I am hoping it adds to our sales Big time and the reorders roll back in ASAP.
Its important to keep in mind the size of LiveWireire vs the size of the order. We are Growing!
With Reorders this deal could easily be worth half of last years sales combined!

Sure the fight is not over but at the current discount i see LVVV Trading at I Think it is a Great chance for cheaper shares in a Long term Investment Strategy in this stock I can say that I Cannot Buy anymore at this time I MUST Spread out since LVVV Now easily Represents 40%+ Of my investment Portfolio and I have NEVER been that weighted in 1 stock before.

Becoming Profitable is a Goal that looks A Lot more Promising with these kinds of deals.. A few more deals like this WOOOOOOO ;-) This will for sure put us in front of A Lot of New People Not only to buy the Product but also to Buy the Stock as well. CThere could just be a LVVV Stock shortage as People nationwide See More and More LiveWire Energy Chews in store see the Ticker Symbol on the Box and Look us Up!!!

The Open Letter Fiasco

Yes... I hate when someone makes something Appear harder than it is. Is this the case with this letter?? They say they have the answers and would Answer early last week. Well Obviously they could not deliver on that promise. I get emails and Calls and I tell People YOU can Do the Most now Email [email protected] Please know I have Put ALL My Energy into getting it this far and I would appreciate Anyone who wants an Update just to send a Nice Polite Email telling them.
I do believe with LVVV we have a company that is growing and it is Obvious everywhere from these Awesome new Deals to Growing Pains and things that Scream HEY WE ARE GROWING!! Likely the best part of this has been Managements willingness to Answer Questions and Get Investors the Information that they can get us and Answer and Questions we have. As you know I made a "Open Letter" to LVVV and Last week I got Confirmation that they would indeed answer these questions that YOU the Shareholders asked. This is going to be Huge News and will really clear up some of the issues and misunderstandings that are out there.

Not only that it seems we will have a more regular way to ask New questions of get answers in the Future out of this which would be HUGE!!! The Company even hinted at a Blog..;-)

Now some have emailed me Complaining that HEY It's LATE in the Week NOT early like they said!! Well thats just how the Nutsack swings.... I have said it a Bunch and believe it to be true.... Not many companies EVER in the History of the Stock Market have been presented with a "Open Letter" from Shareholders. I am 91% Satisfied with the response we have got so far!! I saw Jesse post on I Hub that they are getting a Lawyer to review what they say... Great Idea & Yes that holds it up awhile.... But we need to hear SOON I believe if this could have been released Mon the questions would have been less and we would have seen a bigger POP on this news today as well. WE MUST GIVE THEM TIME TO DO IT RIGHT!! However I have to Agree This is a Little pathetic Seems How they say they are Ready and waiting on Review or Web Help etc. They MUST get Better at Doing what they Promise!... It stands for a Lot more than some Answers.....

There is one thing for sure Livewire has signed some HUGE accounts this year and 1st and 2nd quarter 10Q's will be interesting to see.

What about ADIA APRU and RSHN

Well none of this has anything to do with APRU so there is No reason to hear from them. Down the Road I would Imagine that ADIA Products Would do Great in the Vitamin Shope. I dunno if there will be alot said on these stocks. I do know that All of this was asked about and I dont believe a whole lot can be said that has not already been said till they seal the deal and become reporting.

If you follow the stocks you know

ADIA is just sort of waiting to Pounce Its up a bit down a bit but in a good range

RSHN it just pretty much trading Flat and sticks in there at .0002 +or- ANY News here would just be Amazing for the stock but it also has the most work to be done I would guess, Or Tony would be cleaning it up first instead of APRU

APRU if you follow you likely seen at .0006 for most of the day today and is still a bit scary to buy at .0006 that is NOT Bottom in my opinion it could fall in half from that to .0003 to .0004 That would still give them a 3.6 to 5 Million dollar Market Cap upon completion of the deal. Not to shabby when the APRU market cap was only $480,000 a few months ago.

I sold APRU almost a Month ago between .0017 and .0014 I have Not sold any LVVV and have bought RSHN Long Ago. I am NOT Against APRU ADIA or RSHN Stock in ANY WAY. I am a realist on what their Value is and Invest based on that. I welcome any opinions other than mine even the nasty ones it helps Forge stronger Reasoning for How I Invest and Write. I may Buy in again or more of or sell any of these as I see fit its getting Interesting.

WOOOOOOO A response.. Saying Yea Yea were gonna answer is 1 thing but Now I have a Email & I am Stoked

Believe me no one Knows better than me that this seemed like it took forever but when I stop and think about it... No it didnt take them but under a week to say YES we will be answering! That's Not too Shabby!

This is a Process thats For sure and beside what we think remember the following things

#1 They have to read my Crappy Rude Writing.

#2 There is A LOT of questions there A LOT I added more that you sent as well.

#3 Some may require a bit of thought as to what they can & cant say.

#4 This is a Entirely Diff kind of Release and likely only a Dozen or so Publicly Traded Companies have EVER had this sort of "Open Letter" Made to them for them to respond to. So it is not as simple as just answering I dont want them messing up either.

It's all new here so bear with em I am!

#2 Give Livewire Ergogenics a REGULAR medium for Investors to be able to ask questions and get answers and by regular I mean AGAIN when there is More Questions I mean Here is what it says once again

LVVV Stock Questions answered Equals Strength!

As many Youtube Subscribers & LVVV Shareholders know I made a Video on and also made a Blog and Page about a Open Letter to LiveWire Ergogenics (LVVV) and Brought up a Few of My questions and MANY from all sorts of investors and Distributors that sent in Questions as well.

Some of the Questions may Seem Small or Duplicate However These Questions are what people asked so I kept it as Original as I could!

I know that I am NOT the Best at Relying things and the way my Improper Punctuation and Typing Plus the Whole Redneck thing... Well.... Let's Just say My Social Graces are a Bit LOW and Vulgar Compared to... Well about anyone. I do Not feel bad for this I like me & those who listen close know when I like something or someone I am a HUUUGGEEEE Fan at the same time I expect the same Improvement and Honesty that I expect of Myself or its NOT worth My time!

I know I know I may seem Rude or just plain Wrong to some people. That's Ok It is My Goal here with this Letter is to soak up as many Questions for LVVV & yes I will take a much hate as needed to Succeed in Taking these questions to to management & Getting answers. I feel that As a Investor it is VERY Important that we find out what other Investors think and use this to Adjust our Investment Strategy. Please know I am only trying to help and Your Responses & Questions were Awesome!! If we disagreed in the Past Pleas know I hold NO Grudges Life is too Short No Matter What Board it is I want no fights!

However this Matters NONE if the Company is Not Willing to be Clear on its Goals and Present Standings!

Bill Hodson and Tony are just Spot on and have been 100% Open EVERY time at answering ALL Questions. There Should be a Easier way for them to answer in Bulk and for the answers to be used to make our choices

I Do NOT have ALL the answers right this second. But I have Conformation & I WILL Update this and Feel that ALL Will be Up and Answered By Thurs/Fri for SURE!!!

If you are LONG on LVVV I think you will be VERY Happy with the Clarity that Bill is Wiling to show. Explaining the 10k and your general questions is gonna make us SO STRONG!!!!!

I like it A Lot Their Earning are good and Steady Their Stock Price is LOW & They Come up in the top Spots Over and Over in Internet Searches for Jobs and General Job Market Type Keywords I would say hey are one of the TOP Companies for Jobs in The World. Why do I like them so much... Well if that was Not enough for you than I will Add this I think that the Job Market Will Pick up in the Not so Distant Future and Monster's 9.21 x P/E look more like Amazon or Ebay in the Many more times multiple. Anyways I just Bought 400 Shares Today an I do think its a good buy at $4.27 However I thought it as a Good Buy at $5.85 a share as well and we see how that turned out. As it Stands I Have 544 Shares and High Hopes for them
