The Deal is Announced 8K Released
Yeah thats what i see APRU deal is Complete & Just as I figured We (LVVV) Ended up with even MORE APRU Stock and own and control 77% of the company. Great deal for LVVV in the end here.
Does this mean the Debt has been Handled?
NO... I do not think so nor do I see mention of it anywhere so No Clue on that one. I do know it looks like about 21,000,000,000 Thats 21 Billion Shares are now outstanding UP from under 5 Billion so the Dilution is at least started and Now we can deal with the Debt and Move Forward with Name and TIcker Change. This is a Exciting time for LVVV and will be interesting to see if they can Buck the Trend here

So I am thinking with this Super Majority or Super Preferred Stock Gone it looks a bit cleaner and Should be Interesting to see how this plays out on the Debt.
