Marijuana Stocks dealing with Legal Medicinal Weed and Recreational as well. We all know this is a ULTRA HOT Industry and Companies are flocking to the game with cash and ideas. This is like a Gold Rush in California its HUGE!! I have written on this for a long time now and have gotten to know a lot of the players and what their angle is on this game. There are SO many companies out the and I can easily see what it is the SEC is worried about.

There are SO Many scams out there in the OTC markets not even figuring Marijuana Stocks & Now with them in the Mix WOW The Scam level is Def out... Any .0001 to .05 Stock that says the words Marijuana or CBD in a PR is "King for the Day" and the Pumping and Dumping is on. If you are Lucky enough to have been sitting on a few Million shares then your "Stud for the Day" ';-)

The way the SEC went about it is pretty RUDE to say the least and it seems the wanted to hurt the Whole Industry. Let's face it the Big Corporate people Bribed and Scammed Marijuana into the Closet already once so there could be a lot of that at play here. However I tend to agree with the SEC the are a Awful lot of Scams out there. They have halted 8 Stocks in the last few months I have heard. However I also Lived through it with PHOT and That was NOT a Fun deal in the least. I believe PHOT is one of the Strongest and Best Pot Stocks out there and It got caught up somehow I have No Clue how Sucked for Me though..;-)

In the End No matter if you agree Pot should be legal or not and whether you Like what I am saying here. Fact remains you NEED to Research Marijuana Stocks ASAP

APRU Deal more unclear and Diluted

At some point you just expect thing to go a certain way

APRU is def Printing shares! I am Not a big time poster on IHUB But every once and awhile a poster will RE or Reply to one of my posting and I feel that I sometimes need to respond. HOWEVER... As I say something about a Stock My main concern is that My YouTube Subscribers and Friends on Facebook see the information

In a Nutshell 250 people on IHUB vs Over 25,000 on YouTube.. It's Obvious where I must Focus my efforts. SO I Will post Most things on My Blog & Or YouTube onto Facebook the IHUB sometimes Feel free to follow that channel and this website for updates..;-).

The Reply I Got Basically wanting me to "Approve" APRU or Change My Opinion on the Situation at hand.... I see no reason to do so... Nothing has changed.... Welll Besides APRU being Diluted by almost 80%

Below is my response on the matter.

APRU is still a main reason LVVV is down Sure Not what APRU Investors want to consider but....

As if the Extra 17 Billion or so New APRU shares were not enough. There is still all that debt that must be settled likely with shares again. Bill said settling that would be announced BEFORE the deal close..... I didnt see any announcement... Unless they settled it last week incognito... Not likely they would be proud of that if it had happened.

Or possibly the Noteholders all converted to shares of APRU at 50% of Market value last week as set forth in the Filings? and there is now 35 Billion to 45 Billion Outstanding APRU shares now?...

All the "PR" did is create more questions to stack on top of old ones for most every investor.. Well unless they own a bunch of APRU and dont want to look at facts etc.

Who knows but either way until all of this dilution which Hardly any of the Investors at APRU planned for. The Big Number APRU investors were Pumping is 4.8 Billion Outstanding .... However anyone that could read English could see they should figure on at least 12 Billion O/S... But 21 Billion... That was not figured in...
No one even figured the Debt would cost that many shares. There has to be still more dilution coming at APRU.

APRU is sort of like a chicken with its head cutoff until it is Revived in it NEW Form as Announced
Until the Current and Future Dilution is figured into APRU stock its a Problem for LVVV. Sure it COULD be held up the whole time on speculation.... Sure it's 1 Step closer... But Dropping the Ball and Not explaining the New Crap they knew would be a Question Like the New Bob Corr scam they have created with the HUGE Commission he could get or not I guess it depends on how you want to translate it all... In the meanwhile certain things just shows some Investors out of touch with Reality and Sometimes management is just not in touch with some of the basic duties of running this shooting match.

What does the Future hold??

Who the Hell knows.... LVVV paid its Officers almost as much as HEMP INC did... The big difference is HEMP is 10x Bigger in Market cap and 130x or so in sales. They have Assets... On and On comparing the 2 recently released 10Q's on and on and on... It makes it hard for Investors to bet on low revs and the future all the time. Management HAS to make things Clearer. They have went from being open to answer questions until all of the answer do not match the reports not there is no word from them.... Wonderful... I am hoping that they get things on track and there are enough people out there willing to be on LVVV especially with the way the APRU deal has TOTALLY Blurred what LVVV is& what it does and makes it harder for investors to Pick LVVV out of all the stars out there...

EVERYONE has to consider the fact that LVVV, FITX, PHOT, CBIS are all the same price now.. And there are so many buys out there.. LVVV HAS TO Start standing out more by getting back to being Clear on their actions!

Share structure is important but the other companies are so much farther along anf they have so much in sales that LVVV needs to stand out from the Crowd. Hopefully with the New Shells this will help us soon.

PHOT has already stood up to scrutiny of the SEC and could likely be a STEAL!!!

LVVV Conference Call on APRU RSHN

I would Not put too much Stock in this call.

Number one it has A Lot from Robert J Corr in it and I really don't know how much of any of that crap to believe. As far as What Bill Hodson or Tony Torgerud I really dont know. Most of what they say will happen, Well it seems at times like they are just hoping things go OK at some point.

What??? You dont believe they are working hard??

Well Not exactly... I think that they THINK that they are working hard.... If that counts for anything.

A Social and Online Investment world

This is a Whole Different kind of Investment world then it was in 2005 2000 or he 90's this market is ran by whoever can convey their Plan and what we do to the masses. Both to sell Product and to get the Stock Noticed.

One only needs to look as far as FITX to see this in action. Management at FITX has been on top of letting its investors know whats happening and as the rest of the market has went down over time. It has NOT been so Extreme in the case of FITX.

Standing up and Telling people what you do really can help the stock thats all there is to it... More Importantly NOT Conveying this Information can be the death of a company. LVVV Has done a Awful Job of getting out what they are doing or they are just not doing that much its pretty much one way or the other. No matter what the Facebook and Instagram accounts are hardly ever used except for simple postings that are to few and far between to matter. Something has to be done to up the amount of people that know about LVVV and at the same time to Tell the world what we do correctly.

Every single Goal that Management sets as a Timeline they miss... Every single one.. and They are the ones saying when it will happen. This month If I were betting on a 10Q or a NT-10Q there would have to be odds to get any action.

Like I say I would NOT put too much Stock in this Video I wanted to post it cause its Always neat to look back...

I remember My First Sharholder meeting in Butte Montana for Montana Power Company in around 1998 pretty cool for a Big company meeting and all but in the last 16 years I have heard plenty of Fluff and BS and The answers here are Full of it

Will there be APRU Dilution ~~ We are Exploring all options for Raising Shareholder value etc etc etc... LOL you get the Drift.... We know there will be Dilution How else will APRU handle the Debt.. I dont even get why the question actually.

Do I believe in Management?

That is a Hard question... Basically. I Can't say I believe most of what they say anymore. They have to make some changes. How can I say that when over and over again they do not come through. I'm all for being Positive But I am NOT going to turn a Blind Eye and act like problems are not happening. I have to be a Realist. I am not against them But I have been lied to right to my face and over the phone many times by Tony and Bill. I have watched as things change here and I watch as they are willing to Promise the moon and talk to you for a Freaking hour ON THE PHONE and NEVER Deliver.. Its like they just want to have you give their excuse to the masses so they don't have to say it and then in the end you are the douchebag and not them. I played that game for far to long. About 2 months ago I couldent any more. Its not like I think they are Crooks or Liars.... Well ok Lying is NOT really a stretch for some of this stuff.

Am I selling all my LVVV Stock?

Well nothing that serious just yet. I do Believe there is Opportunities here. However MASS Improvement is needed or they will Piss it all away....MASS Improvement!! I do not see that they are able to bring these improvements fast enough. Honestly at this point they HAVE to waste more time explaining their failures on the phone & making more empty promises.

It's like they answer questions one at a time Vis US Mail and the rest of the world does it Digitally. Why in Gods name would you NOT have a Standard way to answer the Common questions all at once... To Boot why would you do this and Not release it as they did on the open letter... Something Stinks... There just has to be more to why they are willing to waste all this time on the phone saying things they are not willing to put in print over and over... It just makes no sense without some alternative motive.

SADLY MANAGEMENT DOES NOT SEEM TO VALUE THEIR OWN WORDS..

Right now there is A Lot of Improvment needed in this company and they do not stick to what they say. For me I will be Evaluating ALL My investments and Being so heavily invested in LVVV for Me is Not worth it when there in Such a Loss of respect for the shareholders as we have witnessed with LVVV. Now is not the time to sell But My belief in LONG term thoughts have been questioned in a HUGE way.

Mismanagement caused one of the biggest selloffs in the Market!

I am a Huge fan of LVVV I hope all the best for the Stock and all of that wonderful stuff... However with all the deals out there and as low as all the stocks are right now in this sector I do not see a reason for me to Promise to be here forever. Especially with Managements Failure Time & Again to come through on what they promise. I cant tell people what they tell me and the have them not come through anymore. They have pushed too far and they have refused to act when they promised to and Mismanagement has caused one of the biggest selloffs in the Entire Market. To just Cheer Lead and act like they will do better is not the way to handle it.

What I post here will get more and more Surreal I guess More blunt. I am Far too deeply Invested in LVVV to just go away & be Quite... We are where we are on Price and thats that and Since I do not get ANY answers as Promised I will just make the most of what I have and Plan My Goals Accordingly.

If you own LVVV Stock now
I would say Keep trying and stay in touch with them I HOPE they get back on Track. When Its Low Consider "Doubling Down" It's Low right now.

If you have NOT Bought into this Stock yet.
My God LVVV is Cheap! However I would Consider Other Stocks as well. I would NOT Avoid LVVV in any way but I would Possibly consider Splitting your investment between LVVV and another Pot Stock with Potential until there is a bit more Clarity here.

WOOOOOOO A response.. Saying Yea Yea were gonna answer is 1 thing but Now I have a Email & I am Stoked

Believe me no one Knows better than me that this seemed like it took forever but when I stop and think about it... No it didnt take them but under a week to say YES we will be answering! That's Not too Shabby!

This is a Process thats For sure and beside what we think remember the following things

#1 They have to read my Crappy Rude Writing.

#2 There is A LOT of questions there A LOT I added more that you sent as well.

#3 Some may require a bit of thought as to what they can & cant say.

#4 This is a Entirely Diff kind of Release and likely only a Dozen or so Publicly Traded Companies have EVER had this sort of "Open Letter" Made to them for them to respond to. So it is not as simple as just answering I dont want them messing up either.

LVVV Stock Questions answered Equals Strength!

As many Youtube Subscribers & LVVV Shareholders know I made a Video on and also made a Blog and Page about a Open Letter to LiveWire Ergogenics (LVVV) and Brought up a Few of My questions and MANY from all sorts of investors and Distributors that sent in Questions as well.

Some of the Questions may Seem Small or Duplicate However These Questions are what people asked so I kept it as Original as I could!

I know that I am NOT the Best at Relying things and the way my Improper Punctuation and Typing Plus the Whole Redneck thing... Well.... Let's Just say My Social Graces are a Bit LOW and Vulgar Compared to... Well about anyone. I do Not feel bad for this I like me & those who listen close know when I like something or someone I am a HUUUGGEEEE Fan at the same time I expect the same Improvement and Honesty that I expect of Myself or its NOT worth My time!

I know I know I may seem Rude or just plain Wrong to some people. That's Ok It is My Goal here with this Letter is to soak up as many Questions for LVVV & yes I will take a much hate as needed to Succeed in Taking these questions to to management & Getting answers. I feel that As a Investor it is VERY Important that we find out what other Investors think and use this to Adjust our Investment Strategy. LVVV as a Conglomerate & Marijuana Holding company

YES Livewire Ergogenics AKA LiveWire Energy & YES I mean Conglomerate You know Like Berkshire Hathaway Inc.... Icahn Enterprises LP.... Proctor & Gamble.... Power Corporation of Canada etc etc You get the Picture. Its Been a busy year for Bill and Tony's Excellent Adventure & Best of all the Cheap seats are Still For Sale!

For Live Wire Energy the last 12 Months have been Quite Busy. Buyouts, Mergers, MOU's and a trail of Wins and Plenty of Products and Stock Profit makers to work on. Cleaning up other companies will be a Big Business for Livewire Ergogenics and when LVVV Holds all the cards it is VERY Lucrative Business! There are quite a few deals going on right now and these deals will take time. There is a whole new business that makes CBD & THC Chews that Livewire has started and is trying to spin of into a Subsidiary ASAP. TIME TIME TIME.... News should be around the corner I would think as some of it will come from required Filings. I believe Management is working hard its Obvious from the Updated Filings.

New Deals Bring New Questions.

It has been almost a Month now since the announced APRU & RSHN Deal and no real word on Debt. Recent questions popping up with subscribers and people on boards is How Long till its a done deal, (WOW No clue) How many shares are outstanding (I addressed this in the last Blog LVVV will own 7+ Billion of them) Will APRU file for Bankruptcy.. Who knows and honestly it does Not really matter. Its a Great deal either way. Another question was will LVVV be Diluted to handle APRU's Debt? (There is No reason for that all of APRU's woes are Central to APRU)

The Current APRU Debt & Liabilities are Totally APRU's Responsibility from long ago & Management is Making deals to Clean it all up for APRU at APRU's Expense!

If APRU has to Fill Chapter 11 it will just take longer for THAT deal to close. Truthfully It would likely be far cheaper than paying off all the debtors and a easy way to clean up the share structure. Either Way LVVV Wins if You are LONG on LVVV.

I have LONG been a LVVV Believer & Nothing has Changed for me or Livewire its only a Sweeter Buy! LVVV is Still making Everything they did before and MORE as we can see from Press releases. Right now they have announced many deals and sales that are Obviously being added to LVVV Revenue till we own a good clean "Middleman" All this profit popping off is Local to LVVV at this point. LVVV can Manufacture for its Private labels and Wholesale clients through these new shells and also attempt all sorts of new products. The deals that Livewire is making will bring us New Customers in ADIA APRU & RSHN and Increase Revenue and Asset Value in the years to come.

LVVV is where the money trail Starts and Ends.

LVVV will Profit from their 60% Ownership in APRU as a Asset value... LVVV gets to claim 60% of APRU income as Revenue
PLUS
LVVV Is the one selling to APRU and its new Brands and profits on the Manufacturing of Everything made on a whole different level..;-)

Management of LVVV Have worked for 5 years on their master plan.

Management Owns the Lions share of LVVV Stock.

Management did NOT get to this point so they could give away all of LVVV's Profits to another company they don't own.

LVVV has 2 shareholders who do NOT sell Bill Hodson & Brad J. Nichols... They are not just giving everything they worked for here at LVVV for Free to APRU.. LOL Bill and Brad personbally own LVVV stock and at about 30+% of the outstanding Plus special shares Their Value is in LVVV. Last year we had this same sort of deal in a way with ADIA that is sitting Shelved as LVVV works on the current deal.

The APRU is a Small deal for LVVV in respect to Livewire's Size. The amount that Livewire paid is about only about 6% of its market Cap for the Shell.... LOL Actually 2 ;-) I believe it will be Very Benificial over time!

LVVV only gave about $400,000 for Control of APRU Vs LVVV's own outstanding market cap of $9,000,000.00

As you can see this much talked about deal although a Great deal is still just a Tiny part of the Machine that is LVVV... About 6% to be more exact

Some People Jump ship to get in the Rowboat. However the rowboat brings the treasure back to Captain Bill!

It is Really Amazing when You consider what is happening and if you are a some wars under your Belt you may just make a mint in the short term trading back and forth. However for the safe LONG Term bet its LVVV all the way!

LVVV is a Monster Energy CBD & Marijuana Play Why Not a Bank to Boot??

Livewire Ergogenics has The RIght Management Team in Place that has the Skill to run a Conglomerate and its plain to see this is More of a Power Play than most anything I can think of in the OTC world.. :-)

LOL Sound far fetched?? Maybe not. How will APRU and ADIA pay for the Product it sells?? I dont think LVVV will just make it all & Give it to them for free... There are all sorts of solutions and All seem like it would be even MORE $ On Livewire Ergo's Bottom line!

There may even be a way that LVVV can Increase ownership or Further Profit through offering Credit to APRU & ADIA... Or maybe they can raise funds LVVV can use Cash as well..;-)

I have NO CLUE how that will work out but LVVV may have to bankroll the whole thing & It will be interesting to see how that plays out as well. Any way you slice it LVVV is a pretty safe bet in the OTC Markets world I think. All of this should add up to Profit & Asset value for LVVV!!

WOW Asset value AND Actual Equipment to make products and Owning & Controlling other Publicly Traded Companies.. It is a No Brainer Most other OTC Stocks have no Assets own nothing and have massive loads of Debt. NOT Live Wire Ergogenics!! It is nice that is not the case here. In fact LVVV may even be in the position to Leverage Product at a profit as a loan to These companies. We all know Manufacturing is top of the line and where the real money is made. If a company does not manufacture its own products The profit Margin is slashed in a Massive way Livewire seems to have been on a Very Planned and Calculated path & has set up all it needs to be top dog!

Break away from the Crowd Stand out. Anyone can buy a Mutual Fund and let it sit and Make Minimal Returns.
That IS Safest... But you will Never get the HUUUUGGEEE ones like that.... There is a Happy Medium that Suits everyone's Risk level... LVVV Is one that I have found to do just that for Me!

Be Careful who you listen to online

Watch out Forums, Blogs Investors Hub or I Hub & Especially Seeking Alpha. Although there may be some good info there.. ANYONE Can Post Anonymous Lies in these places hiding behind fake screen names... They say anything they want & Profit from their dishonest practices.

Just because someone else bought is NO reason to Buy OR Sell. Do your OWN Research. I would Start with LVVV its one of the best and most Stable in my OTC picks.... ;-)

Places like I-Hub Yahoo Finance and other investors boards although nice to get a feel for the company pulse etc see how active it is. Also is a place that NO ONE is Real most Everyone is Anonymous. Nothing is based on Numbers Research or ANYTHING its all 1 Liners Like "To the Moon" and GO GO GO GO RAH RAH RAH Its always the same game to them.

Any information that is out there that does not support their Blind Approach to investing is met with Personal attacks & Claims of Lies. When people are in Denial there is no reason to reason with them, its not about Reason.

Most Penny Stock Investors are Day Traders and Short term Holders. That is a whole different kind of Investing and MANY Profit from it. It is shorter term and you have to watch more and there is A Lot more risk and as we know that May equal a larger reward. This week I made a choice to sell APRU and Invest my money elsewhere in short term APRU may advance and I may have made the wrong Choice. However one MUST have a Strategy and a core set of investing values & TRY to stick to them!

On a final Note I am 100% Behind the APRU/RSHN Deal at the Price Livewire is paying for them! I did sell My APRU Stock & It may likely may prove that I should have waited a week or??? Who knows All I know is this. I get behind companies that Promote things that are True and The Management of LVVV Has Always been Up front with their Shareholders at Every Turn & I am Motivated by that! I believe that a Company that is Honest in the Long run is Rewarded! The Stocks I promote to My Subscribers are Above board stocks & occasionally one that is a TOTAL Gamble! I only had 4 Million or so shares of APRU

Right now there is A Lot of Angry people that own APRU stock & they feel scammed by past Management. Most any of the older APRU Holders have been through a 1500 for 1 Reverse Split WOW ow its only worth about a tenth of a cent. If I was a Old stockholder in APRU I would For SURE have to Double down at some point after a 1500 for 1 Split... For SURE!

It seems there is a lot Stockholders who are Promoting APRU & "Leaving Out" Facts to artificially Inflate the Stock Price & will Kick and scream & deny Facts to keep up the Image & try and Leech as much of the Thunder LVVV has Created By claiming old Numbers and distorting Facts. This does steal a bit of the "Goodwill" or "Glory" from LVVV in the Short term. Most who buy stocks like this with so many questions are Short Term & Hope to get in and out. Its a Risky Game You must Decide..;-) Plus there is the whole tax issue for flipping as well so its a lot of work to build it up & Keep it.

I dont see the Final outcome of that being very long term. Some will Make money & Many will lose I think. I want No Part of that kind of investing. I believe in what I say and if everyone is just going to create a rats nest of deceit I Cannot Suggest it to People I know. It is a Hard Choice & My approach may even prove to be Less Profitable in the Short Term but it is also A Lot Less risk & most of all it is Honest so That is the Call I made.

When Bill & Tony get APRU all cleaned all up and figure out Debt is going to cost APRU we will have a better Idea of true Value of the new shells and deal!

There is a HUGE difference between Being a Long Term Holder or Being a Flipper/Day Trader... BOTH have good Points and Different Risk & Reward Levels. Everyone Must develop a Strategy and Stick to it or the whole thing falls apart. Always Stick to your investment style if it works!

And I believe this with all my Heart! However there has been some Misunderstanding as to just What is happening here. HOPEFULLY You already know Because I am going to get Right into Numbers!

The below numbers are close do your own math they may change according to share price and outstanding shares this was Pretty correct +or- 1% to 2% Earlier at some point today April 3rd..;-)

How much is APRU Worth?

LVVV Paid 5 Million shares of Livewire Energy stock and $50,000 cash for 7 Billion shares of APRU 2.5 Million of those shares are Now a asset to APRU giving them More Bottom line Assets than they have had in quite some time. So really LVVV likely only paid .00006 to .00007 per share if you figure they get 60% of the 2.5 millon as a asset value in APRU and YES that's 7 1/1000's of a cent.

So YES Bill got a Great deal and once we move through getting this debt satisfied we will have a Great deal. That leaves the big question of what to invest in??

As I did all the math I realized that I would Not put a dime in APRU right now I would Buy more LVVV its a FAR better Buy right now! Below I will show you why!

The APRU deal has seriously Screwed up the MOJO over at LVVV. As you may or May Not know Awhile back LVVV made a choice to buy APRU. A defunct Drink maker that don't make drinks... Debt and a Questionable CEO, & Enough shares to Wallpaper the entire Western Hemisphere. Yes APRU has its Problems and so does the ever forgotten about RSHN they are both at the core Penny stocks i would NOT touch unless making a POWER PLAY!.... Well This is indeed a Power Play! And will add value to LVVV in the long term!

I have Long promoted LVVV and Many other Penny and Pot stocks. I never bargained for APRU. However sometimes deals present themselves and that is what happened here I guess Problem is that it could take MONTHS for people to Grasp just what is happening here in theis Complex situation!

I have grasped ALL I need to grasp and as I Publicly Struggle with the Choices to sell or Buy and when to do It. I KNOW now that I made a mistake on APRU I should NOT have bought so soon in the deal. If you follow this Blog you will see My concerns mounted and I backed off due to nothing but blind faith.... No more I am a Math guy now on this one

Marijuana and Penny stocks sometimes just cannot be analyzed easily and that certainly is the case with LVVV. However I have Poured over the Numbers for weeks and as I have found and You must Find... Livewire Ergogenics is Where you want all your hard earned cash.... NOT APRU!!

When I came along to Market Livewire my idea was simple Invest HEAVILY buying 3% to 5% of a Penny Stock company that I like the product and believe in it. Take this product that has No real HUGE Following it and Market Market Market!!. Sure I dont have $1,000,000.00 for a Big campaign BUT Over the last few months I have easily Spent $1000.00 a Month on Google Adwords and made over 65 Videos on Livewire on My YouTube channel which is one of the biggest things I figured I could bring to the table over 25,000 Subscribers on YouTube and Facebook channels I own and Operate.... And even Locked on about 5000 miles of driving Signing up all sorts of New Distributors. It was a BLAST and was so nice to meet these people and see old friends and new one's..;-)

Well that was cool too and A Lot of Subscribers tossed in Cash and BOUGHT LVVV and FITX PHOT and Made Good Money!

So WHY is LVVV down lately?

I don't think people understand whats going on yet. In the End LVVV will own 60% of APRU in this deal. That will add A Lot to the Balance sheet of LVVV... Problem there is no one can really understand that till it is all recorded in Quarterly Reports in more than 3 months. WOW Thats a Long time... In fact it is so misunderstood that I got into a back and forth with people on the APRU board at I HUB NOT on purpose.. Just it is not understood just how this deal works and there are parts that I dont know everything about. However with LVVV does truly Own 7,000,000,000 shares of APRU. This is Important to the overall health of the LVVV ticker and I do see that the value of APRU is less than what shows it is worth now and that is a Issue as long as this is distorted LVVV will pay the cost.

When Livewire Ergogenics met APRU We didn't need APRU. LVVV was doing fine on its own and this "Takeover " Has been Bumpy to say the least But Tony and Bill are working hard at it!!.

APRU had been Climbing BEFORE LVVV Came along. That was Because of a Failed Takeover from another company that fell apart at the last minute. SO when LVVV took the reins LVVV saved APRU from falling back to near .0001 again where the value is if not for another company to come in and save them.

In Fact the other "Buyer did not even Disclose they were Out of the running until AFTER the New deal with LVVV a "Pot Stock" was announced... WOOOOOOOO Did Apru ever take off on that news!! I mean that was HUGGGGGEEEE for them!!! Then the drop... Now it is back up a bit but the only reason that is because LVVV Investors Jumped ship and are Cheer Leading APRU so they can day trade it and profit in the short.. & Hope in the long..;-) To Boot APRU I am sure some previous Stock owners Doubled down on their old bets...

The Value is the Shell! It's NOT the products or anything else its having a Publicly Traded Entity to do business in for LVVV.. Also it means LVVV can Dilute APRU and Not its own stock in takeovers and to raise capital. Overall its a Interesting deal and will add long term value at LVVV. However this transition period is REALLY hard to live through as we have saved APRU from drowning and its too much weight until LVVV Develops some better Muscles to swim faster!

Only A Minor setback!

This is where it is Hurting LVVV and shouldn't be. LVVV is STRONG LVVV has been Growing a lot. When I happened upon them I steadily kept upping my bets etc as I became to believe in the Product. Then of course there is the delivery Method which I saw right away would be PERFECT for the RSHO or CBD Integration and I started asking away and bugging management right at the turn of the new year.... Awhile back It happened!! WOOOOOOOOO What a Great thing Livewire Ergogenics is Placed right on the front lines of the Marijuana and CBD Revolution and it is a VERY good time to be a LVVV Stock owner if they can pull this off. AND as we have seen through it's new deal with MJNA its not only coming it's HERE! Really this is HUGE and I think could really Grow Revenue over time once all the bugs are worked out...Who knows what will happen next around here...;-)

Either Way it's a Great deal!

It is Truly... However The market must see this all play out on the charts. APRU was NOT a Pot Stock and never had ANY Possibility of being such without someone else taking over and doing it... They were in DIRE Straights. Once their Previous deal fell through which took no Pot Stock Speculation into count.... Investors wanted to see APRU go down because of that and they still do. The few problems with the takeover by LVVV has caused MASS Confusion and People have Bought into APRU and Now have slowed this coming Downturn in stock price.

APRU had no reason to BLAST from .0001 to .003 before our news... but it did... 3000% UP on the day of the "Takeover" it stood at 6000% UP so in relation that is about the same percentage of a rise in FITX and it is more than 2 Times the amount of rise in PHOT except it took no time flat. and they were Broke with no business. This is the Problem here

LVVV is Chocked FULL of Potential!! LVVV will Make it with or without APRU. These type of integrations take time & Notoriously take a Temporary toll on short term stock prices. Even though it sounds Cliche We have a GREAT Team in Bill and Tony & they are working hard!

I will put some MORE very Important numbers Below

Market Cap & Bottom Line Asset Value

LVVV will add a Bunch of Value to its Brand by owning this Stock in APRU. However at this time I think the HYPE has No place in APRU. I get SO many Questions about what to Buy and what to sell and I DONT KNOW!! Do your own research but LVVV is a pretty Oversold Stock at this point I think!

Lets just SAY that APRU was worth around .0015 that would give them a Market cap of around 18 Million dollars... Or almost DOUBLE what LiveWire Ergogenics Market cap is worth..

LOLOLOL Really LVVV owns 60% of this company and its worth half as much being the Rescuer and NOT the one being rescued... Mind Blowing... LVVV has Actually went down 35% over this and it is Now in STEAL Territory Especially with the APRU takeover going in the books soon!

Lets look at this another way.

Lets say No one from LVVV would have bought APRU... It would have Dropped like a rock. The Main thing keeping the price of the APRU ticker up right now is all the LVVV sharholder promoting that its the next Big thing. Sure it will be a neat Project but LVVV is the one making the deals and doing the deeds. When you get your FREE CBD Chew you will notice it will come from Livewire Energy NOT Apple Rush. Apple rush is a Corp Kit folder on a Shelf thats All really. Until the value gets reasonable & People are "In the Know" LVVV will pay the cost in lower stock price

How much did LVVV pay for their shares of APRU??

Well thats pretty simple to start

5 Million shares of LVVV and $50,000 AND They are doing the books and Making Debt deals for APRU

SO LVVV Paid about $400,000 or less than .00006 cents a share for 60% Controlling interest in APRU... and people are paying .0015... WOW I was there too but No more!

and it Jumps to .006 LOL REALLY... Who is doing the Math here My dog Breeder the Beagle??? Twice LVVV's Market Cap at 18 Million for APRU

YES Pot Stocks play by a VERY diff set of rules but ALL of the Built in stock price was in it BEFORE LVVV came along and people in the Know just dont see the value of APRU being how it is. To really understand the share structure and just where the Money and Value is you have to read all the 10Q and 8K and ALL the info out there... But that's too boring right... Really though NO ONE does that... Well Call me Kooky But I read every Damn line!!

Either the LONGS on the LVVV Stock were NOT that LONG or they just dont understand the structure etc Even though you cannot base value on Standard Indicators in these stocks You most certainly know the owner is worth more than the one that is owned..;-)

I dont see APRU Dropping to .0001 again anytime soon however .0013?? hmmm I dunno about that and the Investors that have flocked over to Promote or Day Trade APRU and many and it has created Undue pressure on the LVVV Stock Ticker... Really LVVV should be Worth MORE than .145 a share now on all this news but #1 it is so VERY Complex and #2 the ball has been dropped a Few times here so this will take a minute or 2..;-)

Once APRU Bottoms out and the Debt is handled and LVVV oficially gets issued 7,000,000,000 shares in APRU I Think the deal will be more Understood and With LVVV making the Product and Selling it to APRU at a Markup and Controlling the Whole shooting Match.... Well lets just say LVVV is a BEAST!!!

People have Split some of their LVVV Profits out to BUY APRU for the Wrong reasons I Myself have NEVER sold LVVV but I bought 4 Million shares of APRU & After waiting and waiting and doing the math... Well I am out.and with that I am Sold all My APRU stock on thursday... Back when I bought I did NOT add up the Numbers and I BLINDLY Jumped into it. Simply as a bet The old CEO owns 3 Billion + and Debt holders from Previous deals own 1.3 Billion or so so that .. These note holders and Stock holders were just WILDLY Diluted in APRU and like 1 share for every 1500 to 2100 shares... WOW... This is not a article to say APRU is Worthless however I do believe it is Worth Less LOL.. Of course you wont directly own APRU with LVVV Stock But LVVV dies control the whole thing.. I just cant own APRU right now when the same money in LVVV gets me more and I figure that if I type this all down once I could send people here and save me some time..;-)

LVVV is VERY Strong and there is SOOOO Much Upside in it that it is Pitiful!

Take a 1 month chart for LVVV and a 1 Month chart for APRU and look at them together. Lay the Charts over each other APRU goes up LVVV goes down makes no sense.... Either way My bets are made and I will take LVVV ALL THE WAY!!!

Remember this sort if Deal takes A Lot of time and Bill & Tony are working hard to make this work and finish up on the debt deal I would NEVER tell anyone what to buy or sell But I will put all the Numbers down and let you all do your math. Like I said from the beginning When I sell from My Portfolios I will Tell people who have heard that I bought I will do this also if anything changes I Have Not nor do I Plan to sell any of my LVVV stocl if amything I am a Buyer!!

Do Your research i think You will agree LVVV is Grossly Undervalued even without news... With news.... Look out!! I believe we will have News SOON Some of it is required and some is NOT However we cannot expect to hear every decision. Sometimes there will just be News and sometimes it will seem like it takes forever.. Even if you cant grasp the whole deal I know you have a calculator..;-)

Plenty of upside here!

Yea... Thats no Joke The TOP Gainer being FITX Followed by LVVV I mean WOW!! I will write a Bit about all of these and Share this again with My investing Subscribers..;-) HERE WE GO!

Again... FITX IS AMAZING!!! Its up 20 times more than MOST anything I own Nothing can compare but my Netflix stock RESEARCH THEM More later here~~~

If you are in DXM You know consolidating markets and all that DXM was CHEAP and I have many Purchases ant VERY Down Times and have bought quite a few shares over time here and have liked this one for a ling time I got a Bunch BEFORE the Merge with Super Media and also had stock in supermedia so YES there is a Chunk of this in my account now..;-)

LOL It sounds funny but hey lets face it I have A Lot of people who watch the videos I make and When I see Problems or I see Good things I will Call them out just as fast as i can!!! I would NEVER Not "Report" Something after getting them all on board that just would NOT be Fair! Thats not to say I will always be right thats just impossible but my Portfolio shows im right about 99% of the time so Im LVVVing it LOL...

For LVVV i think .08 or so was our bottom it was just all figured that way Now with a 30% or so Recovery since yesterday. It is a more reasonably priced deal now. SURE I think its a bit low still but thats ok for the moment. also I said i thought APRU could have a ways to fall and we also saw that happen. It could get worse... That all depends at this time APRU is still up 300% to 500% and that would NOT be Unheard of Right now the Value is for sure in LVVV however for those that have held APRU for awhile AND MOST OF ALL!!! Yes I am Happy that the Damage from the handling of the "Buyout" is Finally being understood. I dont think we will have that problem again although people will Always have something to bitch about!

LVVV Shares as Cash

Obviously these Penny Stock companies that are not Profitable yet have to fund operations some how (Wells Fargo dont visit penny land much) and it is very nice to be Involved with a company like LVVV who really has a tight grip on the Outstanding shares etc. The CEO and President own about 1/4 to 1/3 of the outstanding stock so any Dilution to the company is HUGE Dilution to them. I dont believe we will see this here. Its Nice to have the Extra shells on order here with APRU and RSHN it will be a VERY Interesting year! The company has made it a long while with the low number of shares and when the were increased by 50,000,000 that was a Insanly low Number considering what the float is on other stocks like this. That extra stock is awesome it is what the company can sell or trade to maintain or enhance operations. Now the preferred stock that was issues is not something that I am a fan of bringing back at all and I hope to see this disappear again once LVVV have a bit better footing and can run on its own so to speak. Right now though we seem to be plugging along!

It is simply Hilarious to watch someone take the stand that since Authorizes Shares went from 100,000,000 to 150,000,000 that the stock is Diluted...LOL Thats "Possible" Shares If we give them up there will be added value. Lets say APRU Falls in half from where it is now... We still have about 3.5 million in Book Value the same as our outlay and + these New entities. SO Authorized it NOT outstanding its for things like people Buying more shares or trading for Equipment or?? Who knows and NOW we have 7,000,000,000 Shares of Apru to play with as well..;-)

I know I have said it Over and Over but LVVV is on a Tear and I really believe in this Stock PLEASE do some research and Check it out yourself!

Any one that lucked out enough to get in on the HUGE discount drop at around a Nickle WOW.. Amazing!! FITX has been VERY good to me and Currently i am up about 6000% from my lowest buy and 3000% avg on this Stock Both FITX and HEMP are in a bit of a slump and even though FITX has recovered a lot these to tickers are 2 of the main stocks i am buying right now If you want the LONGER shots that have not Popped as much consider researching FBEC and MDNT Which I took large stands in last month!

But wait Nathan can only Buy LVVV he should NOT buy other stocks its just not right!!

Yes.... in this Crazy crazy world This was a REAL Comment on a Video i did for PHOT awhile back. What the heck this isnt China and I will buy what i want to buy!! YES I own a Ungodly amount of LVVV and almost as much FITX. I f someone told me to pick and I had to pick... Really though Dont do it SURE 10 shares of google is A Lot of money and YEA 100 shares of FB is nice but $68 a share REMEMBER its not about the shares its about the Investment! Your still a Bawler with 1 share of Google!!

Just make sure you dont pay the brokers too much is my motto...;-) I will usually not ever put less than $250 to $300 into a buy although more makes the fees less at $300 that 6% in Fees (buy & sell) you will have to make back to be even. 6% is "OK" but I rarely buy Lower amounts like this. Just keep it spread out You will have a longer healthier Investment future. ALSO this means Mutual Funds or a Spyder fund type thing Think QQQ. Being Diversified in your Investments will help keep you safe. Your age plays a Big role in just How risky you should invest as well.

Next & LAST OTC Market Manipulation!

LVVV Fully Depreciated on Bad News?

Well here We are quite a few days into the mix and it has been PRETTY PRETTY Nasty out there! However if you are a LVVV or APRU Stockholder there is a Diamond being made in that thar Coal!!

LVVV has really taken a dive as I said in a Previous Blog I believe this is in Part due to just NOT Laying it all out right for us. Really there is NO PR that is Required and Bill always trys to relay Important Relevant Information to us and I believe the conference call would have really cleared alot up if it would have worked properly. As it was People had Questions and were Afraid of Robert Coor and the DEBT

At this point NO ONE can call Bottom on ANY Marijuana Stock its just too new of a Market with too many Variables and Possibilities Legally and Otherwise.. Of course you should already know this about Marijuana Stocks if you know much at all so that's a Given...

Remember if it smells bad We WALK No bad No harm done etc This is a Deal that Depends on all the facts being what they were represented as and any lies or misleading is a Federal Offence as I understand it. So I am sure Robert was Very Candid.

NOW its the Bottom I believe

Seeing LVVV Touch the 7's is just well Unwanted hows that! Its HARD as a LVVV Investor NOT to be Like DAMN IT APRU!!! But that's not the full story. Hands down it was coming 1 way or another Study ALL of the Companies PHOT HEMP TRTC FITX any of them they all had to Diversify the Holdings and Profits Somehow. Its either LOTS of new shares or its Buy a Shell and Operate through that. This is truly the Best Approach because it puts us into control of the other companies Products and Profits.

So I think it was Needed somehow But why would I think we hit Bottom... Well I think more than that... Right now at .08 cents or so LVVV has lost .06 cents a Share thats .06 x 83,000,000 That is 4,980,000.00

HMMMM Interesting thats about the amount DEBT that's owed Well its more.. Seems like Investors as Always Figured the Obvious in and we are a that point. Anyone who has done research and made calls know A Lot more of the story and should be set to profit! This should Improve as the deal Proves to be what it is Supposed to be! I mean we are Obviously NOT paying 5 mil for 4.5 mil And HOW WHEN WHY WHERE

LOL You and I will all know at the same time but the Deal has been Accounted for in LOST stock Price for LVVV and UP from .08 is about the way I see it going!!

And if you figure out the APRU Stock end well thats a bit harder with the Share issuance and 60% being owned By LVVV it all boils down to Millions more in LVVV Book Value with the APRU Stock. EVEN THOUGH As I have said Before. APRU Stock was set to go back down and I lost Money making a Buy on it I wish I would have waited on! LVVV is the Buy here cause you get 2 Scoops (60%)of APRU with every share!! In the end its still Millions in value for that Clean Reporting Company with new Balance sheet! It's Not like LVVV thinks APRU is worth a fortune because of the HOT products it is a Entity to do Business in that is Of value since it is Publicly traded. To do a Reverse Merger would be ALL Cash up front.. We dont have $500,000 and to boot the Promoters and Lawyers would FLEECE us in the Process! The VALUE will be in the Ticker that will be cleaned up and New Symbol etc.

We Will know A Lot more in a few weeks MAX i know and have emailed and Called and I feel Secure as can be right now!

APRU May Retreat lower but that's ok in the short term

From there once we can get that Debt taken care of That will really Prop it up and once there are some Products being made by LVVV for APRU.... WOW That will really get things Cranking!

A few pallets of this going out would change the game like right now!! There is time to make it all happen and Normal Dilution to stay Operating is Expected. If someone is not in it for the long tern take the profits and Buy FITX or HEMP Oh wait the Entire Marijuana Stock Sector is a Crap Shoot.. At least we have a Product line and our Equipment to fall back on. LVVV is NOT some company putting someone else's Lights in a Trailer made by someone else or some dream of how we could do this or that WE HAVE THE PRODUCTS This is just the Best Vertical Integration Around!

There is ALOT More to this than what i say here. There is No way anyone would have the time to put it all in 1 place for you and answer every little question you have about every little thing. This is NOT a BS Show Like Pawn Stars where you call your buddy Jeb to see what its worth... This is the real world little girls Learn how to Email the Company and ask Questions or My GOD I know we are like Super Humans now and text like a bunch of 13 yr olds at a sleep over BUT Pick up a Damn Phone!! Call the Company! You want to know Be Proactive Use Google Search things every way you can You want LVVV info do ALOT of search

SOMETHING though I would not want to be around and be that worthless.
